Had a great experience today! We went in to add a watch to our account but were told about a better deal and ended up getting two watches instead! Really appreciate how thorough they are here and we will return to this store for future cellular needs.

I entered the store on Danforth 9/2/2021 around 5:20pm. There was one customer and two employees were helping the customer. No one else was on the sales floor. Neither of the employees acknowledged my presence. When i entered they all three looked my direction but then went about their focus on the customers phones. The employee who was standing, had his hands behind his back and appeared to just be observing what the seated employee was doing to assist the customer. He periodically looked in my direction but never said a word. I left after about 10 min of standing at the podium in the entryway. I was quite surprised at this behavior as the guy standing wasnt a young kid so he knew better, just didnt care. I hope this isnt a regular occurrence. If so, i can see at least two reasons how at&t can improve their customer service.

Lucas was awesome! He was knowledgeable and took time to help me and my husband. He had excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Lucas and the AT&T store on Danforth in Edmond!

Let me tell you.... My husband and I came into this store to fix our plan and upgrade our phones on Christmas Eve. (Not a smart move but I wanted my new phone with the new camera for Christmas pictures!) We had a few issues with both phones not being update or backed up. Heather not only met but far EXCEEDED our expectations in perfect customer service. (Which is usually a struggle in the cell phone business.) She was patient and kind the whole time. (She handled it way better than me!!) Her and the manager Byrd handled themselves so professionally and were extremely courteous to us, even staying 30 min late to help us finish up the transaction. Never rushing us or even showing any type of frustration. I think we even became family!! I will never forget this experience and I will always come back to this store for any more of my AT&T needs. (Even if they may never wanna see me again!! 😂)

Manager Gilbert was great to work with. He answered all my questions and took the time to work with me to figure out the best plan and updated me on all the new promos and features. Appreciated his focus and ability to help me.

Elijah was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to get me a great deal on my new iphone12.

Be careful what you set up. They will add items for sales. Took me 3 months to get my account fixed after these con artists ripped off my account. Thieves.

For phone it’s great. To discuss your bill or anything else I was told to call 611… 1 person in the whole store at 2 pm?????

Great friendly service! We went first thing Saturday morning and it was pretty busy but the staff made sure to greet everyone and got to each consumer in a timely manner. Special thanks to Calvin for answering all of our questions and making the process of upgrading easy!

Lucas was thorough and efficient in updating our service and getting our daughter her first phone.

My husband and I came to this store on Saturday. We had a wonderful experience. We went home and the next day my husbands phone quit working. We went back to the store at 1:15 pm and ended up being there for 6 hours going through customer service rep after another. Lucas was in the store with one other employee and was forced to multi task between several different customers at a time. At one point there were 5 other customers waiting. Lucas remained calm and tried everything he could think of to help us fix my husbands phone. I was pleased with his service but SO disappointed in the scheduling and management of the store for placing only 2 employees (One of which was not very helpful). Lucas keep working hard because it will take you far, but AT&T you need to step up and treat your employees with more respect!!! As I sat and watched him work his customers and the others employees customers because she wasn’t adequately trained or just couldn’t keep up I fully felt sorry for him having bounce from one customer to another. I will continue to come to this store as long as Lucas is there!!

Molly Rodriguez needs a RAISE!!!Professional so easy to talk to and did my set up on my new phone with ease.Less stress for me...She was FANTASTIC!!!!Needed a phone to replace mine quickly and she went above the mark of excellence!!Thank you Molly....

Gilbert the manager was fantastic in helping me today. In general the store was top notch.

My husband went in to get a new phone and to switch over from Verizon. When he got home his phone could not receive calls or texts. I brought it back to the store as I needed to order a new phone and switch over myself. A different employee from the previous, Patrick J, was able to identify the issue and help fix it. He was patient, friendly, great at multitasking (able to help other employees without stopping his progress with me), and overall wonderful to work with. One star removed as the step originally missed was incredibly important and without being done made the phone line completely useless.

Heather and Lauren were both great and helpful. Heather spent 4 hours helping us get multiple phones traded in and new ones set up. We had a few issues with some things, and she made sure we got everything worked out. She was personable and fun to talk to, and made things easy for me and my kids. Lauren helped us put on our screen protectors and assisted us with a trade in on a different day. She was very nice and helpful as well.

I had put off upgrading phones for my daughter and I because its such a huge pain in the backside...or at least it had been during previous visits. Tyral and the whole staff were AMAZING!!! They were so helpful, fun to talk with and answered all my questions, no matter how off the wall they were. If Tyral didnt have what he thought might not be the right answer, he didnt hesitate to ask (which I highly respected) the manager or any of the other staff and they were all willing to pitch in and help. Lots of teamwork which was really admirable! He even recommended me getting a 3rd line for only $10/month for my business. Money well spent!!Teamwork makes the dream work!!

Heather at the Santa Fe and Danforth location went above and beyond to provide customer service.... was having massive phone issues...i could not restart.....I could not power off...phone was in complete arrest....was 6pm on Friday night...couldnt make any calls or send texts....couldnt access any apps. She let me use their house phone to call Geek Squad to make appointment at Best Buy but in the meantime...she made attempts to do a hard reset...and she FIXED MY PHONE!!! Too bad hugging isnt allowed....because I certainly could have!! This is true customer service....and I couldnt be more pleased with Heather. Thank you again!!! Debbie

The AT&T store on Danforth, located in Edmond OK, is the worst store to get help with any of your AT&T services, The Representatives are not helpful and very rude and if they feel they don’t like the customer, they will go to the back room and stay until you leave the store. The worst thing about all of this, it was a Asst. Manager named Gilbert who left me hanging!I contacted the Regional manager Named: Patrick and he just apologized, but never could help me with my New Wireless Plan that I wanted.

Heather was great! She was very patient and honest with us. But the male manager that was there on 1-13-21 kept turning up the music so Heather would have to turn it down just so we could hear each other. My parents had to go back on 1-22-21 to fix the bill as well as have my Mom’s brand new phone fixed and the male manager was there and had no interest in eye contact with my parents. Anytime he would make a comment, he would be looking down or elsewhere. My parents thought he seemed VERY arrogant and said they would never recommend him.

Worst customer service at the ATT on Danforth. Added a line to my plan claiming that it was cheaper for me. I spoke to ATT customer service and it the extra line I didnt need would cost me more each month.The phone my wife upgraded to was added to this new line, so we couldnt cancel it without having to pay for phone outright. I spoke to the manager and he wanted me to bring in the new phone, we were still in the 15 day window to return, so he could return it and give us a new phone, so he could close extra line.Dont do business with this authorized ATT retailer. Find one of the corporate stores to go into.

Trying to set up a business account and we had a trainee helping us. His managers couldn’t be bothered to leave the back office and come up front and help us get it set up. Ended up having to leave and go to another store. Definitely would not recommend wasting your time coming here

The male representative that helped me yesterday was extermely rude. He did not give me any information on service I was looking for and said I had no options on services and only said I could do the $100 + plan. I called customer service today and they helped me get on a plan half that cost with the new iphone. I will not be returning to any at&t store due to poor customer service.

I went to get a sim card for my phone since when i activated it at a different at and t store they never gave me a sim card so i switched phones shorty after that and i needed it a seem card i went to this store as its closer to my house and after explaining everything to one of the employees he was super rude and just said well you have to go to the same at and t store that you first went to activated the service and just turned around and left me talking. Never ever going back again

Stood in line for 20 minutes before some even acknowledged we were in the store.

Do not waste your time going in the ATTStore on Danforth! Horrible service, would not even acknowledge I had entered their establishment. When I finally got to ask what the wait time was, the guy wouldnt even look at me. I told him I had called ahead for an appointment and he grumbled that they dont take appointments. He said i was next, but clearly another lady was waiting and she had been there longer. She looked at me and just shook her head in disgust. All of this and I had been told I had an 11:30am timeslot. NEVER, EVER going back there.

The worst customer care ever. The guy waiting on me was so uninterested and then after an hour of doing nothing for me, he said he couldnt help me and I would need to go to the other store. Waist of time, this place should close.
