The lady really new android and gave me good advice on phones to get and how far my phone is down the pole mine is its are the bottom of the line
This is my favorite Verizon store anywhere in the area. Excellent staff that know what they are doing and cut through the confusion and just help you the right way with whatever issues you may be having with your phone tablets or anything else. Highly recommend Verizon and this location to anybody wanting improved technology or cell phone services.
Natasha & Erica were the best !!!My phones software completely shut down... No fixing it. They both worked hard to figure out my best options & unfortunately it was to find a plan elsewhere due to a zip code issue... No Verizon towers in my area... If I move or Verizon finds a way to set up in my area Ill definitely will be back.Ive been a loyal Verizon user since they started a business. Bittersweet...😔

Yeah theyre very sweet and caring employees. I would give it 5 stars but the only reason I would give 4 is because the lack of technical help. Which is fine, I mean they directed us and that was fair enough. But it could have been done over the phone instead of making me come to the store just to tell me that there is nothing you can do. Not the employees fault, more of customer service mishap over the phone I think
Customer Service is horrible. Originally, I had asked one of the employees to add me to me an account that I have with someone and he was in a hurry to get out of the store and turns out he never added me to the account! I had called customer service to get some information about our account, and they said I did not have access. I had my pin and they said that I was unauthorized to do anything with the account. I had told them someone was suppose to add me, apparently they didnt. Then they continued to tell me that I cant access my account and kept transferring me between 3 different people only to keep telling me the same thing. I would never recommend Verizon to anybody, AT&T service and representatives are much better and actually care about helping you!
Friendly and helpful fixed my problem without trying to sell me something else
So i get a brand new phone that doesnt work.. how is it that you hand someone a bag with 2 phones which cost 1299 each with out making sure they turn on. You would have checked before you stopped letting people in the store but now you just grab them hand them over with out checking them... i called tech support they couldnt help after i waited for 1hr on hold then 1hr of them asking me to keep turning it off they tell its a dud and i have go back to the store and hope it works out this time...
I took my mother there to have her phone fixed. On the second trip back the phone couldnt be fixed and they ordered as re replacement phone for her
Came in to switch from At&t to Verizon and its the best decision we’ve made! Nicole helped us with everything from start to finish, even when at&t tried to hold my wife’s number hostage Nicole knew just how to fix the issue. If your on Verizon or thinking of switching this is the store to use!

The guys at the Broadway store helped us realize that Nicole at the Penn store had sent us on a wild good chase telling us that we could switch a iPhone 5s over from AT&T to the Verizon network- we waited over 12 hours for the phone to connect to a Verizon tower and finally my husband took it to the closest Verizon store to his work on his lunch break and these guys knew immediately that she was messing with us by knowing it would never connect. They refunded us the activation fee she charged us to bring the phone over, and traded us the AT&T phone for the Verizon on the spot. Fast, super knowledgeable service~ thankful for their help!
Nicholas was very knowledgeable and super helpful! He went above and beyond and made me feel at ease with my newly purchased phone. He even showed me some very cool features of my phone. He also helped me with a minor issue with another store in California with complete optimism. The other employees including the assistant manager, Charles, were friendly, professional and very helpful. This is why I have Verizon! Quality, caring employees!

Showed up to try to buy a new smartphone. Staff was unhelpful, making it abundantly clear I was dealing with a bunch of hourly employees who would rather be anywhere else than selling me a 800 dollar piece of electronics. I was even buying it outright, meaning it should have been easy, but their tones and body language could not have made them appear less interested. I left without a phone and Im not planning on returning. I had much better luck at the 33rd and Boulevard location where the staff seemed to take an active interest in helping me out, so Id recommend visiting that location if youre looking for a Verizon device.
I received quick and accurate help with a small issue on my hotspot. I Described my business needs and was given appropriate choices. Highly recommend James. Well spoken, knowledgeable with a clear desire to help the customer.

Great service most of the time. Can be a bit slow to get to you. Last time 3 associated were looking busy. One took off to someone who came in after me, because they had been in earlier. Once you get theyre attention you usually fully have it.

Nicholas helped me out by getting my new phone from a promotion that was going on. He stayed assertive, motivated, and patient talking to customer service and working out the best deal he could for me. He is an astounding asset to Verizon and as long as he stays with Verizon I stay with Verizon.

I went to this store today right after it opened and was served fantastically. Yesterday I had an issue where my phone had debris in it, but once cleared it wouldnt charge. When I went to the store on 2nd street I was not given clear advice, and when I asked about a replacement phone using my warranty I was told to talk to my insurance provider. Today I went to the Broadway store and received impeccable service. The staff there (Keith Branscum especially) took a look at my phone and suggested multiple issues it might have and immediately looked into the warranty process for me. Within about 5 minutes my situation was all handled and I was given two solutions, offered advice on phone care, and given recommendations on other options in the future. This store is very good and the employees are well informed, nice, and ready to help. Thank you for your help today.

Went in and told them I was ready to buy a new iPhone. There were 3 customers and 4 employees. 1 took my number and said they would be right with me. 25 mins later, 2 other people had walked in and started being helped immediately. I walked up to the counter to inquire what was going on and they acted like they hadnt seen me before...awful.Drove down the street south to another store and was helped immediately. Save yourself the frustration and go to any other Verizon store.

The store friendly. But for yhe love of God if your not first. The wait could be like waiting for grass to grow. The phones are way over priced. I paid 800 bucks for mine. Im still paying monthly. However that heing said, I am happy with my Samsung 8+. Note wirthy a replacement charger is 40 bucks. You have to buy them at a Verizon store which is a 30 minute drive one way for me.

Second time I tried this Edmond store on Broadway to help me out. The first time was about a year ago I came in to unlock a phone no longer on a plan to sell it to someone else but they just said the other persons carrier said they would do it.This time I called with a specific problem about connecting a WiFi device to my specific router. On the phone they said to come on down and they would get me fixed up. They didnt have a device that could plug in to my router and also tried to give me 2 other devices which did do what I needed them to do. I very much dislike going somewhere just to have my time wasted.
They were helpful and not pushy like other Verizon stores Ive been in.

My wife and I were lied to almost 2 years ago at this store. The sleazy sales rep lied through his teeth to get us to get two tablets with the jetpack onto our plan. We said numerous times no contract on anything, and he assured us that there was no contract we could drop the lines if/when we wanted. After 6 months, we no longer needed the jetpack and wated to drop it. Big shocker, he lied to us and put us into a 2 year contract on those 3 lines. We are now 3 months away from the 2 year mark, and we are so excited to get a different carries. They have stolen my last dollar.Dont verizon, because they will tell you to deal with the store. When you try to deal with the store, they tell you to call the 1800 number. Never-ending loop of frustration and theft. I dont know how this company gets away with this type of fraud so often.
Closer to Christmas, more and more packed. Still a great place.

Hands down, the most unprofessional, inappropriate manager I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with - Javier. I rarely write reviews, as we are easy going people, however, as a Masters level Professional Mental Health Therapist, when I recognize such inappropriate behavior from a working adult, I felt compelled to do so. The squaring off with me and giving a very anti-social glare as well as the hijacking of my phone while in the store is the behavior which determined the completion of this review. I simply asked him: Yes can you please help us? as we had been waiting a good 30 minutes, and he was busy talking with a friend that entered the store who was female. His reply, I am the manager, I dont help people, as he squared off with me, less than 2 feet away, glared in a very anti-social manner and stated Do you understand?. Seriously? He had helped other customers in the store previous to my request. I have since notified the Verizon Corporate office, as no one should have to experience this kind of inappropriate and attempted intimidation of anyone employed as a customer service agent, especially the manager.
