Last visited Edmond Store. I Liked the customer service. It was vey quick service.

A best place to get a prepaid sim with all facilities at cheap price and the service is excellent.

Great, fast, courteous service! I went out of my way to visit this store based on reviews and it didnt disappoint. I was coming in as a new customer and was in and out in 15 minutes. Recommended.

Horrible customer service waited on hold for 45mins. I was promised by not 4 but 5 reps that the case they created for my missing payment would be applied to my bill. Only to not have services the next day, meanwhile they put my phone on an extension and did not tell me my services would be interrupted. Once I called they turned them back on and I awoke today to no service, so far I have paid $380.00 to ensure my bill would be paid and I still show only a $5 credit. I was told by a rep Mar that the supervisor would be able to assist only to be transferred to a line that had a busy signal. More than like about to just switch providers to AT&T

Not much knowledge of any phones. Way over charged me for an LG k51. Paid over 300 bucks on an upgrade to that pos phone. Not much inventory and cannot get them to ever answer the phone to call and check inventory. Horrible experience

I purchased a new phone from Domingo. I spent almost 300.00. This is the worst phone ever. It glitches since the 1st day of use. cracking sounds when I am on the phone. It is so slow and freezes. I havent even downloaded anything to it yet. I have called every day for a week straight left several messages to ask for help or guidance. I explained I need a good working phone I do a lot of business on my phone for work and it is the worst experience thus far from Metro and a new cell phone. Really disappointing! I called again on 8/20/20 and they claim they will not help me other then to order me another phone. I had to factory reset this new phone 5 times and it wont turn on at all now. i asked to speak to the owner and the manager Domingo said he wont call me. this is the worst customer service ever. I will be changing carriers asap. I will not deal with Metro again and I have been a customer years!

Completely incompetent. Just call Metro PCS customer service rather than wasting your time and breath and gas to drive here. I am certain they will not be in business for much longer. The employee inside the store was basically just a prop and it was obvious he wasnt there to do his job. Very unfortunate. 0 stars.

Just switched to Metro from Cricket and I love the staff here. They are super helpful and I consider them friends. Absolutely recommend them!

Well Ive called this place twice.. No one answers the phone...

Went in to pay my bill, manager was with a trainee which did not have a mask on, had to tell her to put one on, she was rude, made it so awkward and frustrating when I had trouble with their card reader, manager had to step in due to how disrespectful she was being to me, very disappointing experience please just pay it online people.

Uneducated employee turned me away saying its not possible to port in from project Fi because the number is owned by TMobile, which is false. Then when I said Googles project Fi owns the number he said they cant port from Google, which is also incorrect. Please educate your employees. You lost my business.

Best place to get cell phone sevrvice at really low rates on the best T-MOBILE networks and the customer service here is awsome they will truely go above and beyond to satisfy your need.

Tried to reacitvate on old. After getting everything ready an set to pay was told they DO NOT take credit cards. Who does not take credit cards???? Asked for my phone back and left was going to call Metro PCS directly when I got home only to find the store KEPT the sim card and now I have to go buy a sim card to activate it. Will not be staying with metro PCS if this is the kind of service they provide.
