I’ve tried calling this store several times, was told to call by the store manager. Rings twice, then automatically hangs up.

We always go into the stores where you leave with a phone. This store does not have any phones in store but don’t let that deter you! We had excellent customer service from Ebony! She was such a great help with getting us set up from start to finish! A ray of sunshine she is! We had new phones in 2 days and she made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Appreciate the awesome service we received and are happy Sprint customers!

Upon the end of my “flex-lease”, which should have been the purchase of my phone (after 2 years). I realized my bill continuously increasing. Even after my phone being paid for. Trying to handle the problem consisted of me being in a T-Mobile store whilst on the phone with sprint. An hour passes of talking in circles and getting nothing done I was told by the associate in store they agreed there was a discrepancy needed handling. While the barely English-speaking gentleman on the phone strongly disagreed, kept referring to points off topic in an effort to deter my attention away from the mystery charges. After an hour longer of getting nothing done I find myself at a competing store starting a new phone service plan. Theft is theft, with zero accountability on their end. I will leave a negative review upon every platform in hopes that I save even 1 customer from dealing with these crooks.

Very helpful staff, parking is an issue because of Starbucks drive through line.

Got told I could take care of my problem by myself instead of the sales reps helping me. They gave me a number to call instead of helping me and the number I called wasn’t even for the problem I was having and the guy I talked to on the phone even asked to talk to the sales rep because of how they acted. The sales rep still told me that I could do it myself and that’s she wouldn’t help me afterwards. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Adam is the store manager at this location. It is no wonder, as he is beyond knowledgeable, the most consummate professional, and extremely expeditious. There is nothing he will not attempt in order to make you, the customer, happy. We dearly appreciated his service, as well as the products we now own. This is our first experience with sprint. So far, so GREAT. Thank you sprint, and ADAM!!

Was told to take my business somewhere else. I have sprint and a new iPhone. They put a screen protector on my phone months ago and said “come back” to remove or replace it. We came to sprint to remove it and they said go to another store. I see why Verizon’s is leading the nation.

Went in for an upgrade on my phone and walked out with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Mannie is an exceptional Sprint tech and went above and beyond to help me pick a phone out and got it all set up for me. Mannie also took the worries out of my new purchase and was very insightful and informative and incredibly helpful, ensuring my apps, contacts, and photos were transferred. Go to 2nd Street Sprint store in Edmond, they are professional!

I upgraded a phone today at this store and the service was exceptional. It is always pleasant to work with sales personnel that understand quality customer service and also demonstrate it. Both the store owner Chris and the sales rep Cody went above and beyond. I had been on the phone with a Sprint agent (international location), online at the Sprint website, and in a chat with an agent (who knows where) and could not accomplish the upgrade. I went into the store extremely frustrated and ready to end my relationship with Sprint but the excellent and attentive service provided by Cody changed my mind. Well done!

Sprints service is horrible but the employees at E 2nd st are great! Me and my husband have been waiting for our refund for going on 4 months!!!!! They should be ashamed and embarrassed. I will not ever ever ever recommend sprint services but if I know someone who has their service already I would recommend E 2nd st!!

About 6 weeks after I purchased a new phone, phone case, and screen protector the screen protector just popped off in my hand. I went back to the store explained the circumstances and they gave me a new replacement and installed it for free! These guys understand customer service.

This location is new(er) but the best by FAR! My husband and I went to this location to switch carries; a gentleman named Cody is who helped us & he was great! He made our decision easier. Ive been to the location on Broadway & every time I go, all the workers are ridiculously rude & unpleasant. I did not experience any of this at this location. I would highly recommend this location over others; I would also recommend Cody as well!

Great customer service. I highly recommend Manny. He gets the job done especially if any problems come up in the transaction or with the specials that Sprint is running.

STAY FAR AWAY!!On June 16,2017 we switched service from T-Mobile to Sprint because they were having a “special “ “exclusive “ event on Father’s Day weekend for that quote on quote store. They advertised the LG G6 had a “special” promotion going on that ended on June 18th for the amount of $5.00 a month if you purchased before that day! The switch to Sprint was not an easy decision particularly because it sounded to good to be true. We were supposed to save a large amount of money to have service with them for 4 lines in total. We were told with taxes,fees,insurance and phone payments it would cost right around $190 monthly. First bill came around and we 2 LG phones were far from $5 a month as advertised. 290 is far from 190! It was a scam entirely on the manager and his crony Cody! Do not go to that store period for service, I implore you do not go! Go to Broadway where the corporate store is! Now we have to get the BBB and Attorney General’s office involved. Run for the hills and away from this store! They are lying 🤥 scheming con artists! You are warned!

This place was awesome!! Had an issue with my phone order and 1 of the phones i ordered would not connect!!! Operator tried for 2 straight hours so i went to sprint store in edmond ok and they tried hooking up my Daughters new Iphone X upgrade to no avail so now im 3 hours into this project!!! Go another sprint store off broadway in edmond and finally 2 more hours later we have Service on the phone and my galaxy s9 they sent from the warehouse was replaced with th3 ordered s9+ and was set up for me!! Thanks Guys!!!!!!

Came in to the store today to get a iPad 5th gen and they were very happy and helpful to get this done and happy to help me with any question I had today I will decently be back every month to this store in Edmond on 2nd street to pay my bill and add store when I can
