Great place to get off road stuff. Lifts, tires, shocks, off road lighting lubrication supplies, tow ropes, off road clothing, etc, etc. Friendly staff. I had my Lexus GX-470 running gear updated and lifted with new shocks, springs, spacers, and new Falco 285/70/17 all terrain tires (rock, snow, mud, and sand). Looks and rides fantastic. They have a little bit of everything for the adventurer. Was a bit hectic getting some of the parts ordered due to the virus pandemic, however they did their best to get everything together.

None of the employees wear face masks. I will not come here again

Amazing customer service! We recently purchased a Jeep and were excited to get a lift and new wheels and tires. Got great recommendations from Dakota and he knew things we needed that we didnt think to ask for and made sure they were included in the order (locking lug nuts, extender for spare tire, etc.). They were realistic about when they could get the job done and delivered on time as promised. Well definitely use then again!

El Cajon ORW is the place to be to lift your truck CORRECTLY. Oscar, Performance Adviser, provided an overview of coil over suspension and the different brands. He asked all the right questions regarding the customer wants, desires and budget. As a customer, the wealth of knowledge from Oscar and their teamwork to cross-check each other to make sure the customer is getting the correct options to decide was incredible to experience. Ryan, Suspension Specialist, executed a flawless job of a full set of Kings 2.5 coil overs same day. Be very confident with these performance professionals.

Great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Super helpful. But in too much of a hurry. Bought an Optima yellow top battery for a custom job. They dont make one for my vehicle 1/8 bigger than stock. Planned on using side mounts, bought screw in terminals to do so. Planned on cutting off top terminals. But the screw in terminals the associate gave me, werent completely wrong. Not a deal ender, but still an inconvenience.

Incredible job. I was a little hesitant to get my truck lowered but ORW calmed my nerves. The truck looks fantastic and drives like a dream. I recommend them to everyone.

Been using ORW for awhile now. They will always do their best to beat out the competition. Service and staff are super knowledgeable. Just do your own research before you go in to the store. It makes things smoother and takes the guessing out of a situation.

We werent called to tell us the bumper was in. When we called to check on it, we were told it had been there for 2days! Then when we went to have it installed, it was the wrong years model. Now we are waiting for another one to be shipped.!!!! Oh and they couldnt tell us when it would be here!!!

Am looking to complete a project truck. The branch in San Diego was awesome and got my sway bar and bumper installed perfectly, on time and on budget. Unfortunately they burned down. One of the guys referred me to the El Cajon branch. Despite multiple calls/attempts to set up a quote etc, I have been unable to get anybody to call me back. So unfortunate. No business should make it hard to do business.

Told them what I needed and it has been ordered.

Wanted to buy some parts to repair my lift.they said theyd have to install the parts that they cant just sell parts.said it was the law.Im no lawyer but I was able to buy the parts elsewhere.I dont do business with liars

Off road and new truck parts. They really pay attention to detail during installation. Top notch.

Husband dropped his truck off on a Friday and was returned to him the following Tuesday. After $2,800 worth of suspension work ORW burned out the truck batteries and refuse to replace them. Cant complain about the suspension work but wish they would have been more clear on the battery issue since they claim it burned out the first day instead of waiting for day 4 when we picked up my truck. Now we have to shell out more money to replace the 2 batteries on the truck in addition to loss of pay for getting to work late because the truck wouldnt start this morning. We give them 2 stars because of the customer service issue.

I always seem to get the not so smart person behind the counter whenever I go there. Maybe she is new, we all have to start someplace. Thankfully there are lots of other places to go to get me off road parts.

The first guy probably got a special order part that was NOT Returnable. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of parts through them and never had a problem. They have even gone to the extent of having custom shock specifications built for me.

I have walked into this store twice in the last two weeks wanting to talk to someone about installing a tow package on my truck and have never had anyone acknowledge I’m standing there. Today three employees walked around me. One at the counter another stocking items on a shelf he had to walk by me to get to. Done coming here. God luck with that OFW

On the way to another neighboring business, an employees crashed into our work truck in the parking lot and manager refused to give any insurance information, even after repeateed requests. I guess they dont believe in responsible business management. Enter that parking lot at your own peril.

I went to ORW after calling NICK and didnt have any problem getting a Warn 10-S for my Raptor without replacing my front bumper.... I asked 4Wheel Parts the same and they told me that was custom mods and very costly.(I dont like liars) and on the same day they screwed up the installation of l.e.d lights that rattle on my lower front bumper. 😬☆ ORW is also correcting the 4WheelParts mistakes.ORW is the answer for smart people. Quality assurance baby.😉
