I love Cutz Vinyl!!! Cutz has been my go-to place for all of my vinyl for the past couple of years. The owner and the employees are so nice and very helpful! Their prices and selection are the best around and their products are the best available. Covid has made things challenging for everyone, but they have really done a good job of trying to support their customers to the best of their abilities with the restrictions they are under and with a small staff. I appreciate and highly recommend them!

Love to get to watch their kids grow up from behind the counter. Great prices for the absolute best quality product. They are always more than willing to answer questions and help out with projects if you are unsure. They have donated MULTIPLE Times to local youth organizations as well as other charitable events/programs that I personally am involved in. Dez truly love her customers like we are family! COVID rules suck and change regularly but that’s not anything they can control. If they don’t follow the rules we could lose out on literally the best deals for the best quality. I have never had a bad piece or vinyl from this shop. And I have tried dozens of shops. She takes time to vet each supplier and makes sure she is an authorized seller to be sure we can run our homes businesses with honest product and integrity!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Never a bad experience! I went here for my first time today and I was really impressed! It’s a veteran owned and operated business. The prices were great and the vinyl there is great quality! They also have military discount. The gentleman helping me at the front desk was really friendly as well. I will definitely be going there again!

Love this place since I heard about it, i live in chula vista so when i decide to make the trip i know exactly what im going for. Since covid i use the online pick up on back makes it so much easier and convenient since i have an 8yr old. They have rules just like any other place which doesnt bother me because i as well work with customers. Best/inexpensive glitter htv ever. Thanks for being open during pandemic. Im always recommending this place to all my cricut friends.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! I went here for the first time after hearing about it on a Facebook crafting group. I walked in with a budget of around $3-5 HUNDRED dollars. Im new to the crafting world so I was going to stock up (as I plan on doing it for fun not income). I was In the store literally under 10 minutes and the woman who was running the store let me know if I had any questions to ask her so I said okay thanks. I was trying not to touch much as we are in a world pandemic so I was kind of just scoping the place out a little at first (even though it’s extremely small) I was just trying to see what I liked and didn’t like. I asked a question and she rolled her eyes. I was Caught off guard but didn’t say anything. I proceeded to keep shopping. By then I had a good stack of sheets in my hand and she told me that I had to “hurry up and she needed to start scanning my items because I was taking too long” I apologized and said, “I’m sorry I didnt know there was a specific time limit I needed to get done by” she had a bad attitude and was like, “look, I have a line outside and it isn’t fair for them to wait for you to be in here so long” MIND YOU IT WAS UNDER 10 MINUTES FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN. I then said that I was shopping and I assured her I was not wasting her time that I planned on purchasing everything I was grabbing. She mentioned again that it wasn’t fair for people to be waiting on me and I really needed to grab and go. I told her that my mom was waiting outside because since it’s only one person at a time she was going to run in and grab whatever she thought I was missing. Other than my mom outside there was one woman who wasn’t waiting very long as I said I was in there under 10 minutes and the lady was conversing with my mom outside so it didn’t seem like she was in a rush and she had gotten there a few minutes after us. The worker (didn’t catch her name) had a nasty attitude and kept trying to get me to “hurry” when I was just trying to shop. I asked her how she expected me to hurry if I planned on purchasing literally everything she had. I wanted a little of everything. I got Super frustrated because her attitude was just nasty, I mentioned to her what my budget was and that I planned to spend a good amount of money (3-500) and asked how I was supposed to hurry if I wanted to choose what I wanted and not just grab first thing I saw. Her face was shocked. She had nothing to say after that then I said it’s okay I won’t be taking anything if you won’t let me shop in peace. And I left. I was so infuriated I wanted to cry at how angry I was. The store was one person in at a time but she had other people (workers/family/who knows) walk into the store and go to the back room with her, but my mom couldn’t be in the store with me to shop? This is the worst customer service ever! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! Also, a lot of the vinyl had wrinkles in it and scratches so I was trying to get the ones in the best shape. The place also had a lot out of stock. From the few minutes I was there I also noticed that some of the vinyls weren’t even in the right spot. The number labeled would say one thing and the back of the actual sheet would have a different number. Never going back. I have friends and family that recently started crafting and after hearing my experience they refuse to ever go there as well.

Dont bother ordering from Amazon or anywhere else local to San Diego! Hands down best prices anywhere, I wish Cutz was a chain across America. I spoke with the owner Dezaray and she was incredibly friendly and more help than I expected. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in crafts. I am looking forward to going to a class there!

Amazing store and great customer service. This is a veteran and family run business. And they know their stuff. Their vinyl is top of the line, but their prices arent astronomical. And you can buy adhesive vinyl by the 5 foot roll, so its super convenient. Great store. Support your local business and buy locally instead of buying the terrible Cricut vinyl. You wont regret it.
