I bought this pants. It has a manufacturing flaw. The right leg is shorter than the left leg. I went to the customer service at this location and i talked to the lady at first and she said we cant return it without a receipt because it is ovetlimit while the price was just $11.99. After that i asked for the manager and he said the same thing and it is ovetlimit. I asked him what was the limit and he said he doesnt know. In this case, they cant say they wont return without the receipt even if it is their fault. I believe that the store manager has given guidelines for customer service to be just for white people because i saw how nice they were with a white lady then they turn differently when it is a minority. I wont buy from this walmart at all.

I would love to share my experience that I exposed to last week. This location have an honest employee. I went to shop, and I gave the cashier her name was Margaret 50$ and my total amount was 20$. I was thinking I gave 20$, but this cashier was amazing and honest. she told me that this amount is more than I have to pay, so she gave it back to me.I was so surprised because of having these honest people around us. I am so thankful for her, and I would love to tell Walmart that you chose a right and honest person to work in your company.

Walmart has most everything. Last time I shopped there, the shelves were mostly bare. They were out of stock on a lot of items. They could use some more new associates! :)

Good assortment of merchandise. Not enough employees and I resent having to ring myself up due to so few cashiers. Usually a last resort to shop at.

Decent smaller thrift store at good prices . Found lots of good used cameras and vintage hard shell suitcases at good prices. Nearly everyday is half price on most items .

One of the largest Walmarts in the area but the grocery section seems below par compared to the supercenters in other states. Not terrible but not great. 3.5 stars .

Super huge with an elevator..3 stars I asked greeter for cart he said there. Were none or it would be a while to get one!! Grr still found what I was looking for. Heavy and no basket. Grrrr. As I was leaving there was a space with carts!! 🙏😱. So i got one and left 3 stars

Ive been to the Walmart at Parkway Plaza twice today, specifically electronics, and attempted to get assistance from and ployee named Josh (whose name badge says Leon and not Josh). On both visits josh (aka-Leon) refused to be helpful and behaved as though I was bothering him and/or he wished Id just leave him alone.On the first visit I encountered Josh (aka-Leon) and asked him about a Bluetooth transmitter/headphones package from Monster and that I did not know if i was looking in the right place. I did say I did not see any on aisle B10 and he told me, without trying to help or offer alternatives, We dont have that. Josh (aka-Leon) then returned to the photo computer he was messing with (and not for a customer, but for another employee).Never-the-less, while I did not pick-up anything on my first visit, I lamented long enough on a few other things and returned for the second.On the second visit Josh (aka-Leon) couldnt be bothered to ring up my transaction and instead told me first I was trying to by a Halloween decoration that was broken. I showed him that it was not broken and he proceeded to tell me that he wouldnt sell me the decoration because it was a display unit. It was not a display unit and the try me/demo button was on everyone of the card backings for the product except that one because somebody (unknown to me) tore off the card and left it on a random display.I took my goods to Customer Service, reported my experience and was able to purchase everything, including the Halloween decoration, with the lovely lady there.In the end, I dont have a problem with Walmart at Parkway Plaza, I just dont have to submit myself to Josh (aka-Leon) and his poor attitude. So, take this as a warning, Josh (aka-Leon) doesnt want to help you or care if Walmart gets your business. So, find someone else to help you.

Yeah This Spot Is Not As Good Other Walmarts. I Only Go There Because They Are Close To Me. Yup The Employees Are Average & Not Really Friendly. I Been Coming Here For About A Month & The Escalator Going Up Has Been Broken This Whole Time. Oh I Been Trying To Buy Ice The Past Month & Still No Ice. Oh Dont Try To Get Anything Thats Locked In A Cabinet Because It Will Take Forever For You To Get It!

Went to find a few school clothes here as well as vitamins. Jeans and pants in the womans and juniors section has a good selection. We needed jeans with no distressing or holes, as my child cant wear this to school. Blouses were not so plentiful. Most were all sleeveless or designed to have their stomach hanging out. The new high school my grandchild is attending has a code that is called dress for success. Prices were good on everything we bought so Walmart has tried to keep their prices down.

Its always dirty, kids running around eating food and dropping on the floor, the can see what they r doing and dont care. Walmart was my favorite place to shop but now I dont like it.

I’ve had several bad experiences at this Walmart and haven’t left a review until today because I have been tipped over. There were no carts anywhere to use. I had to go back out to the parking lot and stalk down another customer who was unloading to make use of theirs.There are consistently not a lot of lanes open and most being self serve which is hard if you have a lot of stuff.The escalators are consistently broken.The flow doesn’t make sense.Terrible Walmart and needs much improvement.

Lake Murray is a diamond in the rough right in the middle of our city great hiking walking jogging and biking trails family-oriented lots of water activities such as kayaking fishing and boating and nice picnic areas I definitely recommend this place

Staff Was Very Helpful And Experienced. The Store Was Well Stocked, And Everything Was Easy To Locate.

No matter how busy this store is, they only have a few lanes open. Even in the afternoon, the upstairs lanes are all closed which makes it inconvenient if you park in the parking stall. So many items are locked up, with no way to summons a worker unless you hunt them down, which is not so easy since they are very under staffed. Even items that are only a few dollars are locked up. I understand that they lose a lot of money to shoplifting, but there must be a better way than to assume every customer is a potential their. So many times I pass over an item and get it from Target, because it just isnt worth the struggle. Also, they have much few selections than they used to have. So much better experience shopping any where else.

I love going to shop at last minute before closing there is no waiting and I can get what I need fast. also they are stalking the shelves with new items. Also they have good rollbacks.

I didnt like having a second floor. The elevators are terrible. The door closed on me and my cart twice! Things are not labeled correctly. The prices were more expensive than what the gift registry said. They didnt have a teen section to really speak of. The worker said the teens transferred to adult womens. Just totally frustrated with my visit. I wont be going back to the Park way plaza Walmart, ever!

Its situated like all Walmarts and theyve got some really amazing employees. The new regulations are a lot to get accustomed. If you want to do your shopping in peace, go really early in the morning, otherwise its always busy. Tax is cheaper in El Cajon, than in the surrounding cities, and thats a plus.

Its a Walmart. Its like other Walmarts with all the Walmarty things.It is a two story Walmart, so if you have anyone who is easily amused they are going to want to watch a cart go up or down the special cart escalator. And, when your cart with your stuff in it gets stuck, a helpful employee will restart it.

Fletcher Parkway Walmart the best. If they run out and dont have your size at the other ones - aisle are organized. Products properly displayed. Easy in and out and lots of parking.

Usually great service, for the first time rude guest service, like the employee hater her job. Didnt ask did you find everything okay, or a thank you for shopping at Walmart. Talk to youre employees, and tell them to take Joy, and live up to the reputation of the vest and name badge

We came here with a deaf friend and some of the workers wernt exactly friendly about it, there was 1 bigger guy who was extremely nice and helpful towards him deserves a raise, they over work there cashiers and definitely need better management, besides that the store was easy to navigate and understand

Horrible workers Cashiers that steriotype after I bought over 100 bucks worth of stuff I was basically hardware to prove I bought what I bought before I left the store. The Ghetto Wal-Mart at Grossmont Mall....Have Fun with all the Associated there that are Undocumented workers!

Too many fights in the store between customers. A man dressed as a woman came by blowing kisses at me and then pulled his dress up. Noone did anything to help me. I was scared. 😨

A very complete and super big store, it is one of my favorite walmart stores, because you find everything, the clearance area is huge and also a super clean store.

Its cool here....its a smaller Walmart, so they dont carry everything that the big ones do... but it does the job...staff is usually super friendly and theyre usually pretty stocked on the stuff they do carry....

Started with online purchase of a vendors item that was warehoused by Walmart. The item was delivered damaged by FedEx. I tried to get a replacement, Impossible. Refund only, but since I checked on this on line I could no longer return it to the store. I will have to wait longer now due to poorly designed return/replacement system used by Walmarts A.I. system. I would start at the local stores service desk in the future.The service clerk tried to help but was grouchy.

I got a beyblade here, so this obviously deserves 10 stars outta of 5 but the powers that be only allow the max of 5 so here we are.

Great store low prices and you find everything you need

While this was a really nice store and everything was well stocked, there were a few individuals that pretended like I didnt exist when I asked a question. There was one nice lady that dropped what she was doing to take me to what I was looking for.

Employee service sucked lots of people working but no one smiled asked if we needed help nor did anyone know where things were when finally asked or found an employee. And the checkout lanes by lawn and garden were closed already at 7pm on a Monday night.

Its two stories lot of stuff they have here they dont have other Walmarts its never too crowded since most people are enjoying them all and you can get in and out and pretty reasonable amount of time

I made a quick pit stop and did not find anything on this trip. This place can get crazy busy but was not bad—at least no line to wait as I have seen on other occasions. My visit before today was pharmacy pick up that I was able to call in and brought out to me. Although I have had a few visits where all spots taken for pharmacy pick up but no one in their vehicle. I will often defer and return later or on another day.

From cashing checks, to get affordable fashions, large selections on all items you need and just about anything you need it will be there or something close to what you need. I go at least 3 to four days a week. Got it way not use it.

Pretty nice store. Never been in a 2 storie Walmart. But interesting n unfortunately there is no meat department/ fish/ or produce. But for minor things grocery wise its okay otherwise what other walmarts have it has as well. 5🌟employees and clean place for shopping! :D

Pretty crowded, all the time here with strange check out procedures

The Store itself was surprisingly well organized and in good face. The one issue I experienced that was not was the lady whom was in charge of the money center. When I was looking to purchase a gift card she was sarcastic and acted as if I was not very intelligent due to my not being able to locate the gift cards but evan after I stated what I needed she proceeded to tell me what I wanted was a Walmart visa card which I reluctantly purchased only to find out it would not be usable for my goal. Then after all that I wound up with the wrong card and had to purchase the one I needed because there is no refunds on the card she recommended and then the next day after jumping through hoops to activate the card I lost 9 dollers of my money emediatly and still was only able to get a percentage of my money after fees and I think she was deliberate in her misleading me. Very foul way to treat a customer.

I dont like how finding someone to help is not easy.They should put more people in each department or a need help button by the cash register.

If you like buying Chinese cheap stuff its the place for you but dont we all buy at least a few cheap things made by people making less Than a few cents an hour. Shamefully....

Excellent customer service when I went to return an item. I was made to feel important as she focused on me and addressed an issue as an associate with knowledge.

Unfortunately, at this particular location, you really need a personal shopper to tag along...one with a key to unlock everything you need. Neosporen?...need a key. Bandaids?...need a key. Razors?...need a key. I was shocked and felt bad disturbing the really sweet employee. Finally got fed up and just drove over to Target.

Clean and organized always find my basic needs and wants.

I just went in there to use restrooms. The restrooms were dirty. They could use some seeing to. Ended up getting diet dr.pepper. i did the self check out that went well. Just the bathrooms unpleased. Everything else was excellent.

The selection if clothing in smaller womens sizes was disappointing. I love buying clothes from Wal-Mart. But on this trip the selections lacked appeal.

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, many of us that preferred to shop IN stores for our mainstays, were facing the daunting task of online purchasing. Im a person driven by color & texture, scent & taste, so it became a challenge to select make-up, clothing, home goods & various other items, without seeing & touching the actual products. Walmarts online items were perfectly pictured & very accurately described. I even ordered hair color online from Walmart. Everything that I selected arrived on time with frequent tracking updates to ensure delivery. Nothing was damaged due to smart (yet not wasteful) protective packaging. All of my selected merchandise was precisely as described. Everything from small appliances to eyeliner was better than expected, it was perfect. I was pleased with every selection & happy with each item. I became a Walmart Online Shopping Queen! Im a convert. Amazon & Ebay have frequently disappointed me. Walmart has NOT disappointed me even one time. Walmart Online has turned me into a joyful consumer again. Creating my online Walmart Account was one of the smartest things Ive done during the entire pandemic.

This Walmart is very limited on grocery selections but it is two levels inside the Mall which is kind of cool
