Good Verizon store. The person that helped me was great. He had good information, was more interested in getting me what I needed instead of making a sale. Knowledge of the products and services.
I have gone into this place 3 times and latest today, This Store help service SUCKS! I have gone to other Verizon store and have been verry helpful. This store has untrained attendance that are worthless, will not go out of there way to help or assist in any way!
Not the best outcome of the day!Personnel were slow!Non eventful visit!Did not have needed stock on hand! Was referred to another establishment to purchase what they should have had in stock!Went to Wal-Mart and other places that did have what was desired !

I been using Verizon for many years and I recommend 100% there services, even though economic situations they are very flexible with your payment plan and it has the best plans and provides a exelent communication though the imperial Valley, Arizona with my phone.
They wont answer their phone! I have tried for hours, and only get passed off to the call center. I had a simple question that needed a simple response, and was on hold at one point for nearly 45 minutes before I just hung up.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my life. They are true cowards! Willing to steal from older people.
Lied to me and wasted my time
Bought an elipsis jetpack. The salesman did not tell us that we were in a contract. We thought it was a good prepaid service. We used it on the road since we travel for 6 months, but when we passed the cap unknowingly, they did not tell us that there will be overage fee of $15 even when it was just .1 of GB they still charged us. So we stopped it. If it was not enough, we had to pay termination fee of $160. Worst greedy verizon company with too many hidden charges.
CHAOS!! Even if you sign in which is how they are tending to customers, if a person knows someone who works there they get bumped up to the front of the waiting line, making those waiting their turn to wait longer. Not fair people!! All customers want to go in and leave quickly. They should also have someone asking if customers need help with something. Example: a couple of people just wanted to make a payment. There is a kiosk where they can make their payment. They just need help learning how to use it. So simple! Less congestion! Not enough seating! No public facilities!! Dont like going there! Mostly due to the wait.

Never helpful. Always busy. Misinformation. The employees are nice and polite but being nice only goes so far. This is definitely not a location i recommend. I try to go to a Yuma branch or just call in to CS. Verizon is a good company. This branch is not a good representation. Ive been a customer for about 20 years.
Had a line to get in 2 people in store at a time. Security lets you in. Mask is needed. Bought Buds. Took 10 minutes and out. Good Service
I dont trust or recommend this store unless your alternative is an indirect/reseller. They have lied to at-risk customers during the COVID pandemic, forced numerous trips to the store solely for profit, and have not resolved issues with corporate CARE/CORE team members.Great network, Predatory store. Do not trust this store.

Always get great customer service from staff at this location. I have numerous lines and equipment and when I have any issues they take care of them.I have verizon for both my personal and business accounts and always have great service and coverage.
The store is only open for appointment only but I was greeted by a very nice security guard at the door and the Verizon Rep was very helpful. Thank you.
Well everyone have a different opinions, but let me tell you, we did went to this store last week, to my surprise we did receive the most incredible attention from this guy that works here really nice, humble, gentleman so reliable with the information we need! We didnt buy anything, just there to connect a phone line for my mother, we left happy for my mother! Didnt get a crush with this gentleman, but he have beautiful green eyes! Thank you dear for your help!
This store does not have attentive staff. They could careless to answer your questions. I had to Google questions I had in regards to phones we were looking at since they couldnt answer. Youre better off ordering your phones from the website.

The customer service at this store is awful. The young man attending us was not helpful in providing information regarding adding a line and potentially changing the service plan. I had to keep asking questions and luckily I did or we would’ve missed out on $300 promotion. It seemed like he wasn’t interested in making business for the store. And he kept checking his phone and changing the store music. I’ll never come back. Would rather go to Best Buy for my phone business.

Honestly this store is great compared to the one at the mall! Its night and day! They stole my friends credit card information at the one at the mall so i definetly dont go there warning to all!
Refused to provide a long time customer with help. Corporate help line sent me to this location to get immediate help and the manager refused to help. Maybe because I wasnt purchasing anything from them? Anyway, corporate help sent me a replacement part (SIM) overnight shipping in the mail instead.
I had a few issues and questions regarding my account and Martín was very helpful, although he seemed to grow impatient giving me the explanation.
Worst service ever,Been with verizon for many years and to my surprise i went today to take care of some paperwork and verizon employees kept skipping me.Four people who came after me were being called before me.I had to talk to 3 employees which were ignoring me.These employees were less than professional,not curtious at all and never apoligized for keeping me waiting.yes but they are fast at taking my money.These 3 employees should be taken to curtious school 101.Never forget its us the customers who pay your salary.
Terrible customer service! I went in for a new phone and needed help transferring data. They were the most rude and unhelpful salespeople Ive dealt with! They pretty much told me to go home and do it myself on my computer then come back for the new phone. I prefer to go to Best Buy anytime I need anything!

Im very tech illiterate and tend to stop by alot but the staff is always happy to help out in any way possible. But Verizon itself needs to make some changes in policy.
Needed help inserting an sd card on my galaxy s7 while on vacation and they were super helpful. They let me use their key and answered any questions I had about inserting the sd card into my phone.
This place has applied my payment to the wrong account two times in the last six months. When I asked them to rectify the situation, Carmen (an assistant manager) gave me a number to call so that I could fix her mistake and said there was nothing more she could do for me.The level of customer service here is ridiculous and the entire situation should have been handled much more professionally. Now, Im just fuming, on hold with Verizon corporate, due to her inability to type in 10 digits into a computer. Rocket science, I know!
Wasnt happy with the service but hopefully next time will be better. My normal service lady was on vacation.

I was greeted by a very helpful sales rep maria . she helped me alot with any question i had about my phone, my phone was freezing and running slow she took my phone and she asked me if i had any apps ididnt need and i said yes so i showed her which onces and she deleted them & turned some stuff off ididnt need on my phone witch increased in how fast it performed faster than before atleast . then i also told her my pandora would only play 1 song and stop and she did her magic & now my pandora is awsome again . she was very polite and you could tell that she has been doing this for many years . i will defenetly be going back to this store again and will be going to maria (: thank you maria for your excelent customer service 👍👍
Walked into Verizon in el Centro, looking to upgrade to a iPhone 6. The very first greeting I received from the chola sales person named Maria, was wernt you here yesterday?from this point on, I was spoken to as if I was here child,or someone who broke her heart years back? I mentioned thatI was concidering buying the new iPhone? Her response to this was, your thinking of getting it,or are you going to get it? (Strike two), I then asked if my phone had a chip or a card as to keep my pictures? Esa, said you dont know? At this point I had to ask why the hell would I know? I dont know about phones,but she should of? Maris said did you ask? Strike 3! At this point I was done. I told here that maybe she needed to be in a new line of work? She agreed,and said maybe? Classy? Customer service lacks balls here! She should be fired,and go back to working at McDonalds.
