Very friendly customer service and very easy to get storage. This is my first time renting a storage unit and the process was so easy!

Horrible service never cleaned out our unit wasn’t able to use lock still in place no one wanted to help us i paid money for nothing will never do business with this storage again would not recommend

Love that this place accommodates to every one of my single needs. From a small storage unit to the Largest one available where even a vehicle fits!. The person thats been so kind and helpful with me is Valerie a manager here. Anytime i need something she is doesn’t hesitate to help anyone out, especially me with my crazy mind changing all the time. I highly recommend this place 10/100. yes 100.

I had to have my sons car towed to the facility & was blessed to have her there to receive us. I had originally reserved a 10×10 unit; unfortunately, it was too small so we had to make some adjustments. With her help everything went smoothly. Thank you

This place used to be called Trevino Self Storage. I used them for many years after I sold my house and needed a place for all my stuff. Security is good. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact they raise prices almost every year. But, all in all a great place for storage.

I had to move to a new home and needed a fast place to store my belongings. The manager here was very friendly and helped me find a good sized space to fit my needs. She also walked my husband and I through the process and explained everything step by step. I felt very safe in trusting this establishment with my things. In addition, you cant beat the price.

I needed a storage right away and I have to admit being able to get the paperwork done on-line was very convenient. Although, in their website do did say the units were accessible 24hrs a day, which they are not, and my door code was not entered into the system so I did get to experience the 24hour customer service representatives! Very helpful people! All in all, its a good, safe and very convenient place to store your things! Thank you!!

Once we decided on a unit she spent time with us to make sure we understood how to access the facility. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs extra storage space.

You have two of the most attentive and helpful employees that you can find anywhere. Valerie and Jessica are always smiling and willing to accommodate customers as to what our needs for space and any storage advise we might need. They truly go out of their way to assist us. You need to keep and praise these two employees. They know their products to the T. They have helped me tremendously.

This place is too expensive then they want to force Insurance on you on top of their High rates it should be your choice as an American if you want insurance or not. a 5 by 10 was $68 plus $10 insurance. I found another storage place that much friendlier for the same size storage building with everything no insurance $53. I am so tired of the price gouging people need to stand up this would stop

Last minute I needed a storage unit for my belongings and after hours of research and trying to find the right place with the best rate I decided to give this place a try. I leased my unit online and made my initial payment online with the help of a representative from the company, when I went in to finalize my lease and get my unit, I was advised I was leasing the wrong unit... Which was a unit for a car. The price was not honored leaving me to make an additional payment. The owner of the company was there at this time and yet nothing was done to fix this... Very annoying but again I already made a payment and was hours away from moving in my belongings. Valerie and the other girl that helped me were very friendly. So I didnt feel so bad about deciding to stick with this company.. until now. I was advised if I ever needed anything to just call and theyll do what they can to work with me. So tonight, I called to make make my payment for the month and see what my options were being that I will only be needing my storage unit for 2 weeks, not the entire month. I was ONLY advised that if I needed to end my lease all I needed to do was give a 7 day notice. I spoke with a girl named Rita. Who was very rude and had a terrible attitude. When I told her my situation all she had to say was to read my contact, I have no other choice. When I asked to speak with someone else because I did not appreciate the way she was speaking to me, again she had a terrible attitude and said theres nothing I can do and no one else I can speak with. Customer service is helping the customer, not talking back to them and giving them an attitude. Im very disappointed with the service I have received from Rita. I understand she is not the face of the company, but the employees should have some training on customer service. I myself am a manager and thats unacceptable.

Do not trust these people with your money, even more with your valuables!! I went to my storage to get a few things out and found that my lock was cut off and had a seal. When management came to cut the seal and open my storage, I immediately noticed half my things were missing. Almost instantly the two women that work in the front office started to act suspicious and their stories did not match or make any sense. Clearly an inside job. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

As of Aug 21, 2019 there is a banner outside the premises that says 1st MONTH FREE. Yet we are told that promotion is no longer honored. That is false advertisement and no longer using this storage facility.

Had no problem in and out at the storage, i will recommend this to my family very satisfied.
