Went in to get a storage unit and was quoted, told it was available so stepped out to let my wife know and not even 2 minutes after I returned to pay…different desk person rudely said unit wasn’t available any longer. Let me add the counter person I first dealt with was courteous and obviously knew what customer service is…the other rude counter person didn’t even acknowledge me as I stood in front of the counter making me get her attention as she wouldn’t even look in my direction. Maybe a bad day? Possibly but if this is the culture at this place I sure don’t want to entrust my belongings to people like this…stay away or good luck!

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend wasting your time and money on this location.

Lois Ramos was extremely rude! I was quoted a higher price for my storage unit. I walked in and the sign said 109 for 10x10. Ramos said no thats for the 1st floor. I stated it doesnt say that. Ramos said oh our prices changed thats not for climate control. I said the sign also says 5 dollars more. Ramos again made another excuse now telling her coworker to pull the sign down at the same time gets up out of her chair aggressively rips the sign down and says the price is wrong and she cant do anything about it. I asked for my unit cost to be adjusted and she said she could not change it. I asked for a manager and she pushed her chair out rudely making an eye roll grabbing her cell phone and walking outside making a secret conversation. She came back saying no ! store manager Cj Padilla said you can go to another facility or pay the fee. I explained that the sign clearly stated the amount and my sisters recorded her removing the sign. She said thats not her sign and she didnt do anything wrong and she doesnt appreciate me speaking to her that way. I said Im sorry if I am requesting what any normal logical person saw on the sign . She then said well Im not changing it. I stated I would make a complaint and will continue with the transaction. Ramos cancelled my transaction and said you can go to another facility. I stated I again what I just said. I requested for someone else to assist me since she was clearly being rude and aggressive and frustrated I didnt want anything wrong added to my charges and the setup going awry. The then said in the tone welllll now I have to do everything all over again!!!!!! Requesting all my information again rudely. I asked to check my uhaul truck rental in and she rudely pulled up my day to return it and said it needs to be returned by Friday at 6 pm. I said I wanted to do the transaction since I was already standing in line for 30 mins. Ramos rude again said NO you need to unload your truck pull it to the front and then come back. Clearly again she did not provide any customer service and made the check out procedure complicated. Upon walking up to my storage unit it had a green zip tie around the lock hole. We had to use a knife to cut it and the alarms went off. There was a man next to us and gave us a stare like we just broke in to a unit. Embarrassed was all we felt. If Ramos was professional with any type of good customer service I would not be providing a negative review on how my service was. I would never recommend this facility ever!! Also they tried to charge me 30 dollars for gas when the Sotero checked my truck in. Saying you filled it up more than you needed Im not sure why its saying that. He stated it twice and said he would remove it. Again they adjusted the price but would not adjust my storage unit price with false advertising.

I cancelled my RV spot after an impact gun was taken from my area. I contacted the front office for help, it took them 7 day to return a call . After i called the corporate number! The general manager informed me the cameras are low quality and do not pick up license plate numbers when entering property. Basically the cameras are a joke and I can view them myself. His attitude was, youre on your own on this . Why am I paying 140 a month for this!! Extra space down the street charges 40 bucks cheaper for the same covered parking. Letting everyone know my experience. Customer service sucks there!!

Iris was super nice and helpful! I went with the wrong size hitch. Iris told me not to worry and got me situated. And she did it all with a smile making me feel very comfortable. Thank you!!

I give Richard five stars for his awesome customer service and friendliness. I give them three stars because they forgot to give us a key card for the storage place. Customer service line was helpful but the manager would not answer the phone. Never got an answer back from the manager. We had asked for 24 hours and we were just given extended hours. I think the place needs more employees because there was a long wait.

Iris went above and beyond my expectations. She helped me out a great deal, and made it all possible. Thanks for the dolly and furniture moving casters, too ;-)Without those, it wouldve made my move impossible since I emptied everything out of the Uhual truck into storage by my self. Thank you Iris.

Got to this place and one of the attendants tells me and another client to wait 5 min and he will help us out to get our propane tanks refiled. 25 min after nobody came out and I decided to come in, the attendant ask me “how can I help you?” .... really??? He not even remembered that he had 2 clients waiting for him. Such a bad customer service. First and last time I come here.

Shop crew were very professional, and helpful. Through assistance in meeting all needs assuring a event free travel experience.I highly recommend this crew if you need to rent a cargo trailer, or packing supplies.

Ive had several storage unit there and rented a few trucks. The prices are reasonable and the the facility is in good shape. The staff could be a little more polished but they do okay.

Love the place! Definitely recommend coming here. The service is great even though there a bit shorthanded on staff which is pretty impressive.

My brother rented a 5x9 trailer to haul a motorcycle. The initial process was painless and went by very smooth. The problem was when we returned the trailer. It took about an hour to get out processed. The staff kept getting sidetracked with other things.

My husband and i were just there a few minutes ago, wanting to do some business. We stood around for at least 15 minutes and wernt even acknowledged. Taking our business elsewhere and will let all our military friends and family know to do the same!!!

They need to have more people attending customers. Everytime I walk in the store its totally empty. Wait time is horrible and prices are too high for size of storage.

Excellent customer service!!! After a terrible experience at the UHAUL 8450 Montana, El Paso, the gentlemen at this location went above and beyond their job and helped. They were able to install a hitch in less time that expected. I highly recommend this place!!

Used them for car storage. Ms. white is very nice and very very helpful. she finished up paperwork quickly and when I am done she called a cab for me.

Worst moving experience of my life. The truck broke down and the manager would not return my phone calls. The truck had to be towed away and we were not reinstated our money. I would tell someone to seriously go anywhere but this place.

If employees are present you are treated nicely. Tried to get ahold of the after hours manager for an emergency and they never replied after 5calls and messages left.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had. Worse customer service and even worse communication. Employees were rude and had no idea what was going on. Have had a reservation and they still didnt have it ready. Had to go to 3 different locations before finally being helped. Will never go back or recommend this service for anyone

Manager was completely incompetent. His parents must have been brother and sister. Maybe mother and son. Needs more training to deal with customers. Have low opinion of Uhaul now. For hiring a moron like him.

Rented a van from them, prices were as advertised with no hidden fees. All costs were disclosed up front and I ended up getting some money back because I used it for less time than the quoted amount. A+

Tried asking for information over the phone and the woman jasmine had an attitude and tried to get my card information over the phone when I explained I only needed quotes. She was rude and disrespectful over the phone.

Worst service ever. went in on the 20th to see if they had a truck for rent. they didnt but made a reservation for me to pick one up on the 21st, when I went to pick up the truck I reserved I was told they didnt have it because it was double booked. finally sent to a different store across town to get a truck and was told Id be given a $50 reservation return that I still have not received. called to ask about it and they dont know anything about it now.

Service was quick and they helped me out getting everything that I needed.

Almost died on highway because one of the employees didnt hook up the trailer correctly to my truck. Trailer hitch literally disconnected from truck while driving on I-10 west, with my child and wife in the truck. I called and only thing they kept saying was sorry my truck has a big dent on it, called their insurance and still a month later and no call back from any of them. Its sad because we were customers for many years but now we will look elsewhere for moving services.

They rented is a trailer with no running lights. They charged my account 3 times (so far) for the same rental and they think its funny.

They just great with service and proving what you need!

Rented a truck, very helpful. Everything explained.

For the same size storage (10x15), this place charges approximately $100.00 more a month. That was all the information I needed when checking.

The service was great plus the bathrooms are immaculate
