Upon entering the store I was not greeted, and had to awkwardly stand at the counter for someone to notice me. The gentleman who initially asked how he could help me immediately handed me off to another associate, making me repeat myself as to what I was looking for. All I needed was a simple car battery, but the associate(s) in this store made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them... despite the fact that I had brought my hard earned money to their store with the intent of making a purchase. They tried to sell me a very expensive battery with a 5 year warranty. I explained I did not require a battery that is guaranteed that long as it would likely out live my car. Their response was short and blunt thats all we have. Did not offer to have one brought over from a nearby location like Yukon or mustang as most autozone locations will get you what you need from a nearby store. I was dissatisfied with the level of customer service and appreciation as well as the availability of products and pricing. I took my business else where, was treated professionally and got the battery I needed at nearly half the price. Will not return to this store, will not reccomend to friends and family.

Was out of many items and staff member told me when their on the shelf when I asked when they were going to have more products I was looking for available. He was playing it off jokingly but offered no further help.

I have a business account with Auto Zone, I have shopped with them for many years. Today Ive had the pleasure (and I mean that in complete sarcasm) of being treated with little care for my business. I had a trailer hub break on me and when I went in to get a match, the manager in grey basically told me there are over a hundred different wheel hubs and that he wasnt going to go look through all of them to figure out the one I needed. In addition to that he told me that there were no tools he could loan me, despite all auto zones have a free loan a tool program. His exact words were, you can purchase a 4 way, but you cant borrow it as that would scratch the item.So I instead went to ORielys and they found the exact trailer hub I needed in less than a minute. In addition to that they even let my use a 4 way and other tools to take the broken hub off of the wheel I brought. I easily spent 120$ in that store despite not having an account with them.Honestly the worst Autozone store in Oklahoma.

Good prices but lower end quality parts, theyll price match, and to make a sell TR hey usually have no problem giving a ten percent off discount.. good warrantys on some items too, so pretty handy shop if you need something and dont have the time to wait for an online order.

I was trying to go back to Amarillo from Oklahoma City and my van broke down. When the store opened they helped me more than I could imagine!!! They found out what actually happened, figured out everything else I needed in order to fix my van, they helped me fix it and they gave me a warm place to sit while they ordered parts.... they were kind, helpful, and informative! I would tell anyone to go to this autozone!!!!

I will never set foot in another AutoZone. After throwing about $300 in parts from AutoZone at my truck and still not running right, I inquired about diagnostic tools, Anthonys could care less attitude came thru loud and clear! No attempt to help and claimed to know nothing about the use of diagnostic tools, how to hook to truck, nothing! He just stared at me like I was wasting his time. This was 8PM AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE! I said, well, guess Ill go to Orileys. He said, or go to a mechanic. I said nothing more. Ive got news for you, if everyone went to a mechanic you would be out of business! He also told me I had a bad attitude! REALLY! I guess Im just not customer material for you! I went to to Orileys, they were very helpful and understood my concerns, had the diagnostics and new how to use it, and as a result, I bought another $250 from them and will buy much more in the next week. Im in advertising and know what it costs to get a customer in the door. I would never tolerate this behavior if he worked for me! Im sure Orileys is quite pleased you have Anthony however!

I wish I could put a negative. The idea of customer service is a lost cause on this place. We were travelling in from Amarillo on the 40. I called in advance to have two parts ready for pick up, we pushed the speed up a bit to make sure we got there just before 9 for a quick pick up.We arrived at the door at 8:55 on the XM Radio, another gentleman was leaving the door swearing that they wouldnt let him in because they said they were closed. His comment was I thought they were open until 9. I knocked on the door and explained my situation, that they had parts at the counter waiting for me. They messed around for a while, them came back to make sure it was after 9, told me the system was close and they couldnt do another sale, what a load of BS. What a p#$^ off. I will be calling the regional manager today!

Fuse blew out in my Honda Pilot. First guy didn’t know anything about Honda Pilots. Tried to suggest I take out my bezel instead of just replacing the fuse. Fire him.

Not very friendly! I Stopped at the Yukon store an they were out of the bulb I needed. The guy at Yukon told me to go to Napa an if they wouldnt install it to come back an he would at AutoZone in Yukon. However, this one at Elreno was not as nice. Didnt offer to change it all
