Drove a used Honda at Frontier and was going to pay cash, wouldnt come down in the price, which is their right until the salesman Scotty Smith said his boss said Thanks but no Thanks. I will never recommend anyone to go to Frontier ever again. Dont think they should have any stars.

We recently purchased a car from this dealership all done online which we were assured by the sales person they do all the time. The process went smooth until the had our money in their account and it has been sh&$ show ever since. The car arrived a week later than agreed upon with one of the back seat seatbelt not working and completely empty gas tank, what dealership does that? Oh ya did I mention that since we signed all the paperwork and wires the money to them we actually owned the car and if something happened to that car during the week they still had possession it would be our responsibility? Also, they did not deliver with the required paperwork that would allow us to drive the car until we could register, said they sent it fed ex overnight and we still have not received and have not been provided a fed ex tracking number. Was it really sent? The sales person is very unresponsive and we have since tried to contact the manager and still no response from him. So we now have a car we cannot legally drive until we get the paperwork.... so where is it? They clearly do not care about their customers and we are very disappointed.If you want to have a smooth transaction I would definately recommend you look elsewhere. One star is too much but -10 wasn’t an optionSigned... owner of a car we cannot drive

Tried to but a truck from them 11-20-18. Submitted info request online Monday night, did not receive a call until 11:00 next morning. Bruce in Chevy was the name. Anyway he taking calls while I’m trying to talk to him, then says will call me back. 3 hours pass, I have to call back and track him down. Wasn’t understanding how he was explaining (lack there of) the trade in rebate. Was asking questions about it since I had no trade. Anyway he starts asking and assuming I am a dealer. Anyway I got off with him, looked up rebates myself and then drove the 110 miles to Shawnee and Bougjt a FORD FROM KEVIN FRYE AT JOE COOPER FORD.

Sells used cars that go through inspection supposedly. But failed to tell the buyer about a hole in the radiator. Now want to charge 1100 dollars to fix problems less than a week after purchase.
