I am so distraught with automotive at this walmart they straight up lied to me.i had bought a battery spending 163.00 dollars. The battery in my car is under the bumper, so you have to remove the tire to get to it. They said they were going to charge the battery because they tested and it said it needed a new battery and they had no more in stock they said I needed to go to mustang and have them exchange it. I had bought one 2 days prior at this walmart. So I went to the front of the store while I was there I then got a call from them saying my battery wouldnt take charge. I then went back and my car was in the same spot and nothing was done to it. I asked the manager at automotive i said you didnt even move the car or did anything to it. He then said maam it would have taken 30 minutes just to remove the tire so then I said you straight up lied to me. He said maam Im sorry we close at 7pm. I asked for my keys and the next day I went and got my money back. Then went to auto zone and bought a battery from them.

Got all new tires and got them balanced. Car drives perfect now and it took less time than what they said! 10/10 recommend.

Associate was courteous and helpful in determining if the store carried what was needed to fix my car for me to continue safely on my way home. Auto center was very busy and gave me approximate time for service to be completed. Once completed services explained. Appreciated the time taken during the service to keep me informed .

Traveling and had a flat on the highway, called to see if they had our tire size and the lady hung up on us. Then kept transferring us to hold when we tried to call back,! Great way to treat customers

No leadership at all. The two big guys that work here bicker back and forth, yelling at each other in front of customers. Ive been here for over two hours and counting waiting for a simple patch on a tire. Do not come here for anything automotive related.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. They are a joke! I made 2 separate trips to this place last week and left with almost nothing to show for my time spent there. The first time I went, I left after 1 1/2 hours waiting because they hadn’t made any progress on the other vehicles and I still had 2 more people ahead of me. I assumed that it was just a busy day for them and decided to return later in the week. The second trip lasted 3 hours and 45 minutes. In this amount of time, they managed to change only 2 of my husbands tires. The other 2 ended up being sent home with us because Micah and Gene claimed that the lugnuts were too difficult to remove off the front tires. Today my husband took his car to a real auto shop where the front 2 tires were changed AND balanced in 15 minutes. We asked the the men if they had difficulty removing the lugnuts and they said they were slightly swollen but by no means impossible to remove. DO NOT GO HERE.

They take so long for a simple oil change. Sat for 2 hours and then was told there were 3 cars in front of me. Worse place to get anything automotive related in El Reno.

It would have been nice if they could have written the work order for my tires then let my friend take me home so I could rest while he waits in line.

Evening manager wasnt very helpful or friendly and dont know to do to find me a tire to purchase and I was stuck on the highway and had a tire man waiting to mount it on my wheel so much for that 24hr, Walmart getting even Carry out tires is impossible so dont stop at the ELRENO OKLAHOMA Walmart and try and I dont believe shes a manager not knowing anything but she SHURE knowing how to smoke her cigarettes out back where I was parked and had to walk all the way around a tire service to the front entrance

They overfilled my oil and left the drain plug loose. Needless to say it was poor service and I will not be going back. Ill also spread the word about how unprofessional your men are and the carelessness to customers vehicles.

Never again. There was only a 1 car bay wait and it took 2 hours for a flat tire.

They lied to us, they made us pay for more tires than they said initially. They wouldnt sale me one tire, instead they made me buy two tires. And their customer service was terrible.

They werent that busy but it 2 hrs and 15 min to get a oil change.

This walmart is unnecessarily slow when it comes to autocare the afternoon guy is even slower then unnecessarily slow its really something to see I find it easier to drive further east to Yukon its run way better

As they say you get what you pay for they never have enough mechanics on duty so your wait time was quite long but its a good price for what youre getting oil change or tire rotation
