I was at the store on Nov 18. The sales person or manager called Maria was very rude. I had a discount coupon and I want to pay in 2 transactions because I needed 2 receipts, she said I couldn’t do it. Even my purchase was more than 100 dollars each transaction.When I asked for an extra bag she said I couldn’t have any extra bag.She had a very rude and sarcastic attitude.I felt like the employee had no regard for the customer experience or how her attitude reflects on the brand.

Ive bought two bags here and theyve lasted a long time. Water-resistant, roomy, and with lots of pockets. They also have lots of discounts.

Store manager rude and has the worst customer service skills. I asked for HER name said it was Ester. Stated that her district told her she could not provide me an exchange on a book bag i purchased 15 days ago. When i asked for her district managers name she refused. I have a call out to customer service wgho states they will forward my complaint i will up date you if i get a call back. Stay away from this store.

Not a big store, very tidy and with the latest products. The place has a relatively large staff that is very kind and happy to help. Products like Kipling products are not particularly cheap and there are sometimes discounts.
