Came in with a brand new broken luggage and the manager, Omar was so nice! He got me a better luggage! He was so patient and walked me through a few options! I am beyond thrilled and glad I went with samsonite.

Do you know why? Because of customer satisfaction! The way you are talking to your customer is very rude and you don’t even worth to answer so I stopped talking to you. I hope you will grow up and your manager will see this.

If there was a zero star rating that’s what I’d give this review. I just called to say that I bought a full price piece of luggage online from the co and before I said anything she said I had to call the online service when I just asked her to check on whether their ‘outlet’ store had the luggage in their store in another color - she said you’re going to have call me back because I’m busy and hung up on me ! Great way to represent samsonite

The guy and the girl working in the store were too busy setting up their next date. Pathetic. They were rude and not interested in selling anything. They just left us hanging Walked in to buy a bag and walked right out ! Good luck Samsonite !! With staff like this you need it !
