I found the staff to be very polite and gave good service. The products are new but couple generations old. Remember to ask them for the best sellers.

I bought a backpack six months back. A little metal latch that fixes the belt in place (keeps it attached to the backpack) has broke, so I went to the store to get it fixed or replaced (it should be covered by warranty). However it turns out that Tumi doesnt repare backpacks in the stores. It wants me to send it out to their repairing facility. The process takes about three weeks. They also cannot replace it, because they have to see the problem first, and the store representative is not qualified enough to make a decision. So I am left without the backpack for three weeks now (and I really need it every day).The representative keeps saying I cannot help, I just work for them. Useless personnel that is only trained to sell and is not willing to deal with issues. Total disappointment...

Excellent brand, this particular storez does not have a great variety of luggages for male and female, but i recommend TUMI brands, everything they sell is has great qualities Ive experienced it.

Terrible service. I purchased an item that broke and a pretty expensive piece. I wanted to exchange or even get store credit and was told 30 day return policy. I am better off buying in Nordstrom. I would never buy here again
