Ordered online as gift. Recipient never received product. Attempted to contact business via phone and email. Received no response! No shipping or tracking info provided. I strongly suspect FRAUD and will be reporting as such to my bank. DISGUSTING business practices! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Fantastic place for all kind of luggage from high end to Samsonite etc.On my recent trip to NYC I realized after shopping that I need something a little larger. Walked into the store was greeted with wonderful customer service. Looked at several pieces ( such a huge variety ) . I was looking for a pink bag (my fav color) but walked away with a beautiful eggplant colored hard case Samsonite.Price given was better than the ticketed price to. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!

I was searching for a specific piece of luggage to complete my current set and The Luggage Collection had what I wanted and at an awesome price! I received the piece in record time but it was damaged. No worries! I contacted customer service, they responded within a couple of hours and a replacement bag was shipped the same day. I purchased a leather business/professional portfolio and it is hands-down the best portfolio that I have ever, ever owned (out of many). I needed a very nice leather portfolio for my Ph.D. interviews and this one was absolutely perfect: the leather is incredible, it is sturdy, has all of the necessary pockets I need, and fits just about everything I need. My favorite part about this specific portfolio is how it is NOT bulky at all. That is the issue I run into most of portfolios with-- they are so bulky and heavy that it becomes a pain to carry around with you all day. I am so happy with this portfolio that I gave away all my previous ones because this is the only one I need. I would recommend it to anyone. I havent tried any other items from this business but I would be more than happy to purchase again and again. Thank you for giving me the perfect portfolio I needed! PS. Ive carried it around with me long, long hours for many months and it is still in top-notch, brand new condition!

BEWARE!!!!! I placed an order a week ago for a Christmas gift for my son. Today is 1/18/19. I have not received an email about shipping. When I called past 3 days, the only option for every so-called department said, leave a message. I have called my bank to return payment and begin an investigation on this bogus and fraudulent so-called business.. BEWARE!!!

The Luggage Collection is by far the best place to buy luggage in the mall. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the selection is great. I went to the other luggage store downstairs and did not even get so much as a hello from the staff. Definitely choose The Luggage Collection when shopping at Jersey Gardens!
