Needed a part for my twenty year old work van. ( Poor thing, Im beating it like a rented mule). Wheel bearing and housing.They had it! I about pooped ! I went and got it .. stuck it it on her and wham ! The abuse continues for another twenty years! Love this place! Girl behind counter was friendly and knew her stuff!

Very helpful when I went in to have my check engine light scanned. I have my own scan tool which wasnt working. When the employee plugged in his scan tool and it didnt come on he knew exactly why. Once I changed the fuse we were able to diagnose the problem and made suggestions as to how to remedy it.

This store has a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Always a great experience and Im in there more frequently than I would like.

Great place to shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff always willing to go that extra step for there customers free Battery alternator and starter testing. Also free installation of batteries and wiper blades no matter the weather conditions . Check Engine Light diagnostics absolutely No charge on most any 95 to 96 and newer vehicles. Unfortunately any thing older than 95 or 96 cannot be diagnosed with there equipment. That doesnt mean that there isnt someone there who may have advice on whats steps to take and finding yourself back out on the road again, with a fine tuned, well oiled machine ready to take on what your life has to throw at it and get you there safe. Highly recommended shopping at this branded store for quality parts with a reasonable price, and experienced staff that makes it just that much easier on you. Have Most of what you need to get the job done. Online is they way to go, use the coupons to get the same product shipped to store (free) or pick up in store same day for a big savings. Not sure why the store prices are so much higher than their online prices for the same product?

Terrible customer service for a long story short i trusted that since the employee helping me went out to my car to see what i needed i would not have to exchange the part but it was the wrong part and i was never given a receipt and i went to exchange it for the right part which was cheaper than the first part i bought but could not get store credit or anything for the remaining money i had paid so i guess the company just gets to keep my money? and they were rude about it to and all they said to me was next time ask for a receipt. there will not be a next time!!!
