Alright place if you know what your looking for. Especially the part number. Dont expect anyone to go out of their way to help you or to have alot of knowledge about automotive parts and/or maintenence.

These people rely heavily on there computer way too much. I called ahead of time to make sure they had my part. They said they do. Then I drove 30 minutes to come get it. Now they can’t find it. Completely Disorganized. Thanks for wasting my time John

Very nice place employees are very efficient and courteous. After I finished shopping I leave only to find my car would not start. I went in ask they would jump it for me. Two of the nice men came out and had me poi n my way in no time. Very good place to shop

Associate refused to come out and test my check engine light with no explanation what so ever. Just said they dont do that anymore. Stood in line for 15 minutes for absolutely nothing.... Went up the road to OReillys and the associate was more than happy to come out and help. I already posted about this experience and Auto Zone removed the review. I know now how much you actually do not care about your customers. Not looking for an apology but just letting you know the guys at Oreillys are more helpful and quick to help.

Not even a half of a star. Poor customer service I called to check on a part the guy answered Auto ZoneAutomatically put me on hold without even asking.Someone needs to fix customer service there if you don’t take time for your customers there will be no business. Thank you for all of your help.

Sometimes everything is good and the staff are considered and others there jus difficult and smartassed and take forever and I feel that i$ your a woman they tryn take advantage of you and sell you the highest price for the part youre looking for

I recently purchased a battery from auto zone the man charged me 41.00 core charge but I could get that back if I brought the old battery back in I brought the old battery back in the next day after I installed the new one. A different man only gave me 18 dollars for my old battery I was miss led I will never shop auto zone again

Went for a replacement part, received excellent customer service. Rep took my part and compared to their brand to make sure it was the same. It was and saved me a considerable amount from the dealer price.

Slightly expensive but at the same time the team they have there or amazing. Very very helpful and went out of his way to save me some money it really helped out I thought I would be spending about $100 more than I ended up having to I would recommend this AutoZone anyone needing Autoparts. The guys that work here need another profession on a part that I was returning on a warranty but instead they refunded it and then it cost more than it did originally so my warranty wasnt worth anything. Go to ORileys same parts and the workers are knowledgeable about things.

Have tried to call this store on numerous occasions for a quick question and they have never answered the phone. I am not sure if they are understaffed or what, but they should add answering the phone to their list of priorities.

Its a great place to get parts but only when certain employees are there. There is 2 or 3 employees that have the wrong attuide to work here they are rude, attuides toward you exspecailly if you are a woman. But they are a few of them that are wonderful helpand nice and polite to u always.

Went in to get a diagnostic test done. After waiting in line for about 10 mins the guy behind the counter said he couldnt do it because everyone else was in the back. He said Id have to wait for probably 30 mins. So I left and went to O Rileys and got it done in about 2 mins. They need better management.

Great parts and amazing staff members

Worst bunch of idiots I have ever seen in an auto parts store. I got brake pads, rotors, brake hoses and calipers and a new master cylinder as well, for my truck there last year because I wanted completely new brakes. 3 months later, the pads were worn down to bare metal. I returned to replace them on warranty. The idiot there started arguing with me acting all high and mighty. Told me that I obviously have bad calipers sticking to destroy their pads in 3 months. I told him I had replaced all I mentioned above. He started to open his mouth to argue with me some more by saying that I still obviously have something badly wrong and I told him just to get me my replacement pads. This year, I go in to get a radiator cooling fan resistor for my car. Same idiot. I told him I need a radiator cooling fan resistor for my car. He typed in fan blower motor resistor. (a dash part) I said no, this goes in the radiator cooling fan shroud, not the dash. He starts arguing with me saying their computer puts all their parts in one category. I know better. He finally finds a listing with no info and says they cant get it. I asked him where people get the part from because there are a lot of youtube videos about it going back 7 years. In a snide voice he says this isnt youtube this is autozone. These jackasses have gotten the last of my business!

Expect nothing more then the worst customer service. Been in there many times during the day and every time its the same BS waiting for someone to help or check me out. Taking no shorter then 15 minutes for what should take one. This morning was the last straw when as I am entered the only person working on the floor walked off hollering to somebody allegedly in the back that there was a customer but no one ever came.
