The sales rep named Chris has been of most help tome and my family I had accidently switched my android phone number and all with my daughters iphone,and Chris walked me through everything to get it fixed I appreciate this young man very much.

We showed up about 20 mins until closing. Which we only needed a new sim card. Which BTW folks they charge $10 for now. Also we had new unlocked device that had never been activated on any network. One rep in the store & he did have a customer. But we were pretty much in a nice way asked to come back the next day since it was so close to closing time. However he did stop & took time to sell us the $10 sim card then direct us to the website so we could do it ourselves. Take from that what you will!

Excellent customer service but

I went down to boost mobile and ported over my number and got 2 free Stylo 6 omg I’ve never been so happy in my life the girls were very helpful and helped me transfer over my data if you guys are thinking about switching don’t hesitate just do it and I love their new updated network

I havent had service here but almost thought about it. I seen an ad on Facebook, but then I also saw where a local employee was promoting business here. You might wanna make sure your employees arent mixing business with pleasure if you know what I mean .... I think it was a Jena?

I have to say.i went there over a problem not the phone but apps.didnt know how to fix it but David got it up and going. real professional, nice and helpful.

Gentlemen working there was very helpful, polite, engaging, and knowledgeable. Was able to answer my questions easily, explained options to me, and was very personable. Will be switching over to their service soon.

Went there tonight me and my husband was really needing phones. The guy that waited on us was named Valentino. He was very patient. He stayed over after hours to help us. The store closed at 7 p.m and the port authorization had messed up and it was gonna take another hour just to activate my phone. Any other place or people would of said come back tomorrow but he stuck around and helped us. I can say i appreciate everything .Thanks again. Katie and Dave Forman.

I made an in store payment and the boost representive that helped me with the transaction was a delight and completely professional . she was dealing with 3 other customers completely confidant id much rather deal with a person who is personable and professional . other than a voice that i cant understand. Very bad experience the two girls behind the counter were worried more about what was going on on their Snapchat then helping their customers. They proceeded to use very vulgar language around children. Did not seem knowledgeable. Went to metro on 3/2/18

I have no choice. Boost/Sprint are the only cell providers that have service where I live.
