My husband’s name is the one on file, but wanted to leave a review for the work done since it was for my car.Cosmetic Collision Center did a fantastic job at fixing the hail damage on my car. They found a pretty significant amount of damage (even in places I couldn’t notice) and made sure to lay out exactly where the damage was in the estimate. They were very accommodating when scheduling the work to be done and the drop off of the car.Another plus was that they finished my car ahead of schedule and we were able to pick it up sooner.I would 100% return here if additional work is needed on my car in the future and will recommend to others

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have been raving about Cosmetic Collision to everyone I know and saying if they EVER need any body work to go to this place. Nick was sooooooo wonderful. I felt like an old friend on my visit. Everyone I dealt with provided exemplary service. I cant say enough about this place. And, their quote/price was about 1/2 of what another repair shop was going to charge me for the exact same repairs!!! The repair they did on my car is unbelievable (see the before and after pics).............looks like a brand new bumper was added instead of being repaired. Truly unbelievable. I am beyond ecstatic from first walking into the shop to receiving my repaired car. I cant stress enough how much I highly recommend this shop. Thank you to Nick and his staff!!!!!

EXCEPTIONAL customer service and amazing work on my car. This was our first time going to Cosmetic Collision Center and we will now be returning customers for any future needs. Weve had them work on my wifes 2006 Camry twice now and both times they did excellent work at a reasonable price. Theyve offered sensible shortcuts to minimize our cost without compromising the results, and we really appreciate that on our older cars. They were recommended by a good friend who had similar experiences. Nice people, too.

Came to get my front bumper fixed after I was in a little fender bender, Nick and his team were very efficient and super informative. Nick called me every step of the way and I had my car back in a weeks time. He also took a look at my air conditioning which was acting a little funky and fixed it free of charge! This was my first experience here and it was outstanding. Nick is extremely communicative and responsive throughout the time of the repair. Furthermore, Nick handled everything with insurance. Even at times when insurance was trying to complicate the process, as they do, Nick intervened and made it so I didn’t have to worry about it. All of this took place as I was trying to move, so that made me even more grateful to Nick and his team.

I used Cosmetic Collision Center three years ago and returned this year to have even better service! The team blew me away the first time, so I drove 40+ minutes to return this year. They provide the best hospitality and workmanship around, plus everything is affordable and fair! Nick is an incredible owner and goes above and beyond for anyone that walks through his door. He is personable, values excellence, and makes everyone feel like they are old friends. Ex. I inquired about purchasing tires and Nick invited me into his office while he made some phone calls to get me a quote on the spot. As far as service to the car- it is always beyond my expectations. They ensured the trunk was opening to my satisfaction before they turned the car over to me. They vacuumed, wiped the inside of my mirrors, and gave the car a wash. All just because they care! I have had no problems with the quality of their work and I plan on remaining a lifelong customer!

My wife had an incident with her car where her friend had hit our house and left a nasty mark on the rear of the car. Nick and his crew were able to fix it and paint it and it looks absolutely awesome and you couldn’t tell there was accident. Great work thanks again

Am I sure glad I found this shop, my sister was having trouble finding a decent repair shop and Nick was great from start to finish. Diana at the front desk was so kind and helpful it made the whole experience excellent. Great work and very quick repair time. Even helping my sister get a rental car through Enterprise was very seamless.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Their customer service is through the roof which is extremely hard to find these days. Their facility was very clean, even the bathroom was spotless. This tells me that they take great pride in their company and actually care. After the work was done, they gave us a thank you card with all the workers signatures. So impressive. While its never fun to have to get your car repaired, Cosmetic Collision makes it the best possible experience. They were quick to schedule the estimate, efficient in scheduling the repair and even drove me to the rental place for a loaner. My car was ready as promised and looked amazing. They talk in a manner that is simple, straight-forward, easy to understand, friendly, and not intimidating. They dont slack around. I turned in my car for bumper replacement and then the next day they called me and my car is ready to be picked up. Not only did they do a really good job with the bumper but they also cleaned my car. My car was dirty when I turned it in with all the rain and snow thats been going on but when I went back to their shop to pick up my car, it was shiny, clean, and beautiful. Excellent service. I will definitely come here if I break my car again which I wish wont happen anytime soon. *cross fingers*

These guys took care of two of my cars (one car, one truck) and did a great job. Both were older cars and the paint job of the replacement parts matches with the older parts. One vehicle was not under warranty, either, and their price was great. The customer service was also very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Needed to patch a crack in the fiberglass on one of the side skirts on my brand new 2017 Corvette. Took it to Cosmetic Collision on a Monday to get a quick estimate, dropped it off Wednesday, picked it up looking brand new on Thursday. Staff was very helpful, did a great looking job, and had it finished quicker than I thought all for a very reasonable price.

Even with the closures during coldest lows on record Nick and his specialists were able to my injured car back to almost new. Final price was even lower than the original estimate. ThanksCosmetic Collision Center.

Called on Tuesday for a dent in my Audi Q3 door from a parking lot incident. Nick scheduled me for 8am on Thursday and I was out in a little over an hour. They took care of my dent repair, buffed out the surface paint scratches, cleaned up some tree sap on the hood I hadnt noticed and gave it a wash too!

I had my vehicle repaired at this shop and although they did a fair job, I did find some things that did hit me.1. This shop sends wheel alignments to the NTB on Golf Rd and Algonquin Rd, but they did not re-tighten the tie-rod bolt when they worked on it, so it was loose when I inspected my vehicle. I got it re-worked under warranty, but my vehicle was still pulling to the right, so I ended up going to a Firestone.2. When they re-installed my steering wheel, they did not properly align the wheel to the dash (along with the seat), so I now face 11 oclock whenever I drive straight.
