Awesome job, super quick turn around and extremely accommodating. Had my vehicle back in 3 business days, was originally quoted 6 business days. Shout out to Charles & Aleksandra, both are quick to respond and honest. What more can you ask for? Ken did the walk through at the end and gave me straight advice.

Overall it was a great experience. Huge shout out to Dave specifically for really working to get things done. He really helped out a lot throughout the entire process and helped me get my rims powder coated at a great price. I could not have been happier with the final product. My car needed 2 doors replaced, and the front and back bumper replaced. When they were finished with it the car looked brand new off the lot. The paint job and overall fit of the pieces was flawless. Overall Id say the service was great and if I had any other body repair issues I wouldnt hesitate to go back to them. Thanks Dave!

Had to get my car fixed and the team there did a great job repairing it. I was told initially it may take up to a couple of weeks, but once they got it, they informed me Id have it back within a week. They informed me of them updates as they outlined. The repair itself was great. Looked like new. They seemed to have buffed the rest of the car and tried to take care of some other dings as best they could. I also seemed to have an issue a few weeks later and they were very accommodating in looking at it and ensuring I was satisfied. I hope I dont have to use them again, but if there is a need in the future, theres zero hesitation to take my car there again.

Dropped off my car for warrenty service, David and the team were very friendly and fast on service. David was keeping in touch and address all my issues and took the time to go over all issues when I dropped off the car to picking it up.

I was happy to find a Tesla owned body shop after I was rear ended in my model 3. I was nervous about how it all would work out with insurance, but Charles took care of all the initial conversations and approvals with the insurance company. When I initially spoke to Charles and sent him pictures he ordered all the parts he thought he would need so that when I brought the car in a few weeks later they would be ready to get the car fixed fast.Once the car was at the shop Dave was my advisor on the process. I really appreciated that Dave updated me every 2 to 3 days on the progress of the repair. I was appreciative when Dave called me to tell me they had found an issue with some wiring not related to the accident, and that Telsa had taken care of it under Teslas warranty.When I picked up the car it was cleaned thoroughly and absolutely sparkled. The repair was done perfectly. I love having my model 3 back! Thanks Charles, Dave and the rest of the team that worked on my car.

My experience with this location was absolutely great. I have had body work done on my car in NC Tesla, and the work was done extremely poor. I contacted the team at this location letting them know that the paint wasnt primed and the quality situation with a previous Tesla body shop. After Charles and Ken got approval to fix the deficiencies we also added additional work for a small scratch on the side. The work these gentlemen did was outstanding, also being new in town I asked if they could add the responder and new plates....and they did that. Very responsive team, would 💯 recommend.I can say has been the first GREAT experience Ive had with a Tesla body shop or service center.

Chris, who was my service advisor was AMAZING. I was in an accident and had my car sent to another body shop. However my car needed some suspension work, it was first sent to Tesla in Schaumburg where i had a HORRIBLE experience. I then had the car sent to Elk Grove where Chris made my repair a priority and had the repair done in under a week even while running to an additional part needed. I 110% percent recommend you guys go to Tesla Elk Grove for your repair needs!

Estimate was 2 weeks, my car was done in 10 days.I first had gotten a quote from another repair shop that said they were tesla ‘approved’. And the cost for repairs was roughly $9000. I decided to do my due diligence and get another quote. That’s when I stumbled upon the actual Tesla body shop. I quickly received a quote through this shop and it was literally half the amount.For me the body shop was an hour away from my house, but well worth the little extra drive to get my car properly repaired by Tesla experts!Charles was my point person there, and he was absolutely AMAZING! Like, he needs an award. They really make sure that when you’re dropping off/picking up your vehicle that you were 100% satisfied with the work that has been done.Now that i have this experience i wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Dave, Charles, & the Team at Elk Grove Tesla did a great job. Our M3 had a deer run into the side of it and caused damage down the drivers side side and significant damage to the drivers side rear wheel well. Communication with us and our insurance provider was great. Car looks brand new. Thanks again Tesla Team !!!!

Had a door alignment issues caused by the Tesla Service center which prevented my door from closing properly. Charles was very professional and took the car in quickly recognizing I was waiting and the cause of the issue. They fixed the door quickly and kept me informed through every step. They also tightened up some other areas they noticed that were not perfect, and gave a courtesy wash as my car was very dirty. Overall leaps and bounds more professional than regular tesla service. Wish these guys did everything!

I called in for a minor fix of front bumper and driver side mirror replacement of my model 3. I got my appointmrnt about three weeks later. I dropped off my car in at 8 AM and Chris started to take a look at the damage almost immediately. Before EOD, I received two quotes. I had a tough time deciding on one and Chris was very patient and kind enough to offer another quote that was somewhere in-between. After a decision was made, the work was completed before the given estimated time and I was able to drive away my red dragon in less than 36 hours after I signed off on a quote. (The repair time greatly depends on the damage, parts availability and the time required to repair the damage. so YMMV)This is TESLA owned body shop, but, not a third party one.Chris went above and beyond to make sure, I was fully satisfied with the job completed.All of my questions were answered with patience and with great detail.The staff at the body shop were also super friendlyThis has been nothing but a pleasant experience which is a radical departure from what you get in a typical body shop.Most important thing, OEM parts and labor are fairly priced.

Sheet of ice flew off car in front of me, impacting driver side bumper. Dislodged parking sensor and fog lamp. Stopped in for a quick quote, they ended up doing the entire repair in just over an hour. Dave was the rep who assisted me, and he was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend this shop.

The service at Tesla Elk Grove is OUTSTANDING. Let me tell about Charles. Charles is enthusiastic, empathetic and understanding. He listened checked over everything and let me know we were in good hands. He set my expectations and then exceeded them. Accidents happen, if you own a Tesla... Go to Elk Grove. I have an early production Model Y, which was riddled with issues from paint discolorations to cabin rattles. Dave (and Charles) took my concerns seriously and did whatever they could to address them. Its only been a few days since I got it back but so far Im happy with the results. Unfortunately, my car was backed into and my bumper was scratched and gouged from the hit. I was considering just going with Teslas service center in Westmont for a prepainted bumper and have them do it, but there were no appointments available. Also, they dont answer voice messages over there, didnt even reply via text messages through previous services when they used texting to contact me... just bad experiences over there.Didnt want to just take my car just anywhere so wife and I checked out Tesla Body Repair in Elk Grove Village. My wife talked to both Chris and Charles via phone and e-mail prior to bringing my car in and while it was there for service. There were great and exemplified what we thought we would be getting for service after getting a Tesla. During these times of Covid 19 they were very professional in how we were to drop off my car and afterwards when I had to drop off my rental when my car was ready.The car looks great and although I dont want to visit again, I know that if the need arises I can trust them.Thank you both Chris and Charles!

Charles and Chris were fantastic to work with. My new Model 3 had some paint issues that needed correcting, set up a appointment with these guys. Charles greeting me, and actually found a issue I didnt see (nice he pointed it out and said it should be corrected). Chris took over communication from here and kept me informed. The guys at Elk Grove Village were great! They got my Model 3 in quick and the repairs were done quick. They kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process. The repairs were perfect. The one reserve I had when I bought a Tesla was any repair process that I would have to go through, but the guys at Elk Grove Village made it easy. I wouldnt trust anyone other than a Tesla run repair shop to do the repairs right, and they did a great job. Thanks again!

Will just stick to the details. The main guy you talk to is Charles. He’s very nice and talked me through the paperwork and insurance piece. Also refilled the jolly rancher bowl for me so I could get more watermelon flavor.The work I had done was scrapes from a minor collision on the front right bumper where the sensor is, rim, and panel around the wheel (model 3). Overall quote from Tesla was $3.8k, which did come above the initial insurance estimate by a good amount. That was worked out and I was told pretty normal as insurance tries to low ball at first. Although the work was low to medium level, seems to have been done well and the car looks good. No complaints.All in all, process took 2 weeks from delivery to pickup. 1st week was waiting for the insurance adjuster to come in so the “true” work took about a week. I was worried about this part, but they did do a quick turnaround. The one thing to note; not a lot of new parts were required so I can’t speak to timeline if something like a rebuild is needed. Also, they clean your car and do a light detail and vacuum. A very nice touch.Updates are given through either text message or phone. Texts are not automated so you can actually talk to whoever is sending the message.The place itself is massive. It’s more of a warehouse than a body shop. Very bright and clean, at least in the front. I didn’t realize how new it is, but hopefully they keep it clean.The one gripe is the entrance is hard to find. Put a sign out there!All in all a good experience. Nothing to complain about. Loved the interior/exterior clean.

The overall experience continues to be great with Tesla, I mean exceptional service. Charles did an outstanding job with helping me arrange my rental while my vehicle was in the shop. While the car was getting repaired I got a text from Charles saying” we are not quite happy with the way the painting looks on your Model S, we are going to make it better” Talk about quality. Picked up my car and could not tell the difference. What really blew my mind from this Repair Facility is that they detailed my car, it exactly look and was presented when I bought my new Tesla. Tesla has known for a month I needed a new bumper. I keep getting told I will get a call by days end. Every single time I have to call shop, leave message then get told oh on this day I will hear back. Still have no clue when my car will be fixed and this will be my Fourth call to shop to hear more lies. Cant wait to waste more time.

Terrible, sub-par, poor quality repairs. They kept my car for over 3 months to repair damage from hitting an animal, and its been problem after problem with their repairs. The hood replacement was not properly flushed and was obvious it was repaired. The tire shakes I was told bc it was sitting idle for a long time. The windows keep malfunctioning. The tire fender keeps getting disconnected and flapping against the car. The paint job was bad. They failed tremendously, and I am beyond disappointed.

Excellent staff who really take care of their customers. Gave them a list of issues with my vehicle and took care of them all overnight. I was able to pick up my car the next morning. Cant beat that. Tesla cars are the future of the automotive industry. With service centers like this one, it makes getting your car fixed a breeze.

I could not believe my eyes. Three guys with Tesla shirts and cars were spotted at the WashU car wash on North Ave today. For some reason I doubt that Tesla would recommend using an automatic car wash...especially one that is not touch free! So beware that your fancy, expensive, new Tesla already has been through an automatic car wash complete with harmful chemicals and spiderweb scratches that will prematurely wear the paint!

Great experience with Tesla Service center in Elk Grove Village. Everything was done as expected. From the start when Charles walked me through the process and ordered the Enterprise car to Ken keeping me up to date via text message to delivering the finished product a week early to the handoff, all was top notch. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
