I was recommended by my insurance and at first i will say, i was a little worried considering my car is a brand new 2021 but once i took my car in to quality auto & met with chris i knew my car would be in good hands. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect and he had my car washed and ready for me to pick it up. My car looks straight out of the dealership. These guys are great at what they do! i will tell all my family and friends

This is the second time that I have brought a car here for repair and all I can say is that they do top notch quality work. My vehicle has looked showroom new and I couldnt be happier and Chris the owner is great guy to deal with!

I was in an accident and they made my look like new. all the parts lined up and the paint matched. The best customer service i have had from any shop.

I came here to get my bumper and vapor canister replaced due to some damage from an accident. These guys were the best! The bumper and paint job are immaculate. The check engine light came back on a few days later so I took the car back. They fixed a lose wire and they went ahead and changed my TPMS sensors since one was bad aaaaaand they threw in a new battery in my key fob free of charge as well. Chris, you are the man. He was very friendly and super nice to my mom. I highly recommend this place.

Ive had a great experience working with Chris and everybody at Quality Auto Works. Our car was hit from the rear and required many replaced parts. These guys THOROUGHLY check everything to ensure complete safety and reliability once cars leave the shop. Our car looks brand new and drives like its never been in an accident. Guy is a cheap. frame guy is a hack all the cars are put together sloppy. only thing good is the painter and the spray booth thats about it. They dont care about your car.

Had a wonderful experience! I took my van to get another opinion related to a rack and pinion leak..A close friend recommended Quality Auto. I had very high quotes from both my dealer and a local shop. Chris not only showed me the leak, but quoted a better price than my two estimates. in addition, he noticed that I had a loud noise from the underbody when he took the car for a short test drive. I had mentioned this to other shops over the years resulting in comments like we can start with this, but we may need to try several options, and they were just guessing and running up the bill. Chris correctly diagnosed my problem and fixed it at a very fair price. It is a nice feeling knowing you can bring your car to someone you trust.

THIS PLACE HAS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TALK TO YOU IN A TERRIBLE MANOR. I WOULDNT EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. MY INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDS THESE IGNORANT TAIL FOLKS? NEVER EVER AGAIN.

A liar, he took my car to fix and any time asked when its going to be ready he said soon. It took me 1 month.
