This store has fast and friendly service and all of the updated scents.

You sure can smell variety of fragrance as soon as you walk in the door. Went there looking for hand soap. Sooo many to choose from!

My favorite place to shop. The associates were so understanding and patient with my grandson who was running all over the store and putting items in our basket and did not say anything when we put most of the items back on the shelves.

I went in just to get a birthday gift, and saw so many goodies it was hard to control myself. I always love shopping at Bath & Body Works, it was a treat.

Being back inside of Bath & Body was a Drive Well Worth it from Stockton to Elk Grove! We only had to wait a minute to go inside. So many selections to choose from, Great Customer Service and Good Vibes. Hopefully the Stockton Mall will open up soon, but if not Im heading to Elk Grove again!

The staff that I spoke at this store was super friendly. She even voluntarily told me the different fragrances that are on sale that not everybody from any bbw store would usually do. This will be one of my favorite bbw stores to go to!

Love this place, staff is super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable of current promotions. They always have plenty of staff to sample products, stock, and help with customers needs. They were having their hand soap sales today and although the store was packed with customers and line wrapped around the inside of store, I was able to pick up what I needed and left within 30 mins. Thanks so much for excellent service!

The store was packed,, we waited a good 30 mins in line just to get in,however, the service was fabulous as always !! We were even given bottled waters while waiting in line outside in the heat !!! What amazing service,, you rock B&BW !!!👍👍👍

My Body is always in the Bath.I wish I got her name, it the lady who helped me was. Awesome! Wait... I take that back.Let’s rewind, the First Lady that helped sucked, she walked off to help someone else.The second lady that helped me was an angel. She helped me find EXACTLY what I needed. She listened, she gave good recommendations and when I got home I was very happy with the sand scrub.My son loves it too. He loved it sooo much that he wasted all of the 50% that was left in the container in one bath.I wanted to squeeze his neck until his eyes popped out. Homer Simpson style, because I loved that scrub so much.It was fun while it lasted.

We love this place. I take care of a girl with moderate to severe autism. She loves to pick out her own scents for soaps. Its a little over sencery for her and she tends to Stem (make noises, kind of loud, move around and jump). All the staff weve encountered have been super friendly and happy. They always help when asked and even offer to help. I really love this location, its our to go to.

Gabi at the desk said what a weird family. Right After my mother purchased a birthday present their. After my Mother turned her head. And I looked straight at her after she called us weird. Customer service was excellent. The only reason it is not 5 stars, is because the inventory was low. In my opinion, the semi-annual sale should provide opportunities to purchase all current products. One cannot purchase items that are not in the store.

Just went to the reopening store after the pandemic in the annual sale Wait 3 hours was the bad thing but the customer service was excellent very clean and very good variety of products and offers.

I always sit in the parking lot but, I promise you that every woman loves Bath and Body works so if you want to make her Happy find out her favorite scent make a trip into the store and get her something that smells great and Will make you both happy.

Bath and Bodyworks is always a joy to visit. I was surprised to find out this location DID NOT and WILL NOT carry wax melts. This was the only bad thing. They had everything else I needed for this visit and the sales staff bent over backward to help me. Very friendly and pleasant. Thank you all for your help!

Great customer service but its hard to find the items I want or need I bought some lotions for the $2 sale and they told me to grab whats left of the sale and just return for what I want but they only have like 3 scents each time I go back its been like a month now

I had to exchange something that was $14 for Ascension potty perfume at my mom got me for my birthday and she didnt have the receipt and all they gave me was $3.70 so upset me pretty much which I dont think is worth it

Spent over $40.00 and I needed two bags for all the products (4 full sets of product) and the woman at the register refuses to give me a second bag. I tell her its for my daughter (present) and I. She states the bags are limited edition for the sale and then gives me an extra tiny little bag that would fit maybe two bottles at most. I say I can do two transactions and she still refuses. She was like the bag guardian lol. She had horrible customer service and if the bags are that VALUABLE then they should tell you that upfront before buying tons of their product and then STUFFING it all in one bag. Skip this location unless you buy one thing and if you like being treated horribly all over a dumb bag. Shouldve went to Victorias Secret you can have two bags if you need them lol
