I have had Verizon for many years but decided to try Cricket which is a AT&T provider. The coverage that Cricket provides may not be as large as Verizon however I cannot complain because it has provided me coverage wherever I have been. Another large benefit of cricket is the cheaper monthly cost.

They are worse. Every employee has attitude. It would be better if youll switch to metro pcs. Most recommended.

The Cricket wireless staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. My customer service rep was also very patient because my previous service provider was not forthcoming with my actual account number. If you dont intend on keeping your old number, then knowing your actual account number is not an issue.

Beware. This location added insurance to mygrandaughters phone when I purchased. I declined the insurance option but they added it anyway. After 2 trips to the store when I was billed for insurance, both times requesting it be cancelled, IT WAS STILL ON THE ACCOUNT!! Today I spent an hour on the phone with customer service who finally cancelled it, but they would not credit me for charges paid for insurance I DECLINED AND REPEATEDLY ASKED BE REMOVED IN PERSON! They are scammers. Dont use this location!
