So today my iPhone decided that it did not want to turn on and I decided to go into T-Mobile since they bought out sprint to see if they can fix it. Now before I took the trip to T-Mobile I went on YouTube and seen different ways for me to get my phone to start. Funny how I went to this store and they attempted to do the same thing. So I later asked the young lady that was there what are my other options or what are some options with me just purchasing a new phone. She later suggested for me to pay an outrageous amount for a down payment along with an outrageous monthly payment I’ve already expected this due to the fact that of having T-Mobile previously and they just have horrible service and will charge you every and anything for a simple service. Lucky for me I ended up going to Verizon will an 0 down payment and a reasonable monthly payment please guys don’t just throw your money at anything these agents tell you, honestly did not to help . Horrible.

Their store on Laguna Blvd is closing soon so we went over to the store on Elk Grove Blvd and Bruceville for a larger selection to upgrade our phones. The service was okay and we out of there in about an hour.

This place has great service and the people there is just amazing very helpful and very professional. Nancy was the one that assisted me with everything. I have never coming to the T-Mobile to buy a phone and end up getting what I wanted. I always end up having to go to another T-Mobile or end up calling on the phone or ordering online. I dont really too much care for the attitude of the people who I dealt with in the store either. ... Like its your fault that they dont have what you want.

The people work in this T-mobile store are so helful. I bought the phone charger there and it works very well. Id like to come back to this store again ..

Had a registration problem with my phone the sales person took care of it in short order and left me feeling happy with the whole transaction.

Went in to get help for an account and billing issue. I was greet by Yasmin with a wonderful smile, a t mobile customer expert.She listen and get right on with my issues right away and walk me through every step of the process to resolve my account problem.Professional, courteous and polite, cant ask for any more. A++ experience. Hit her up next time you visit this store.

Went here to get help with change of responsibility. Lam the staff said that thats something they cant to at the store and we have to call the 800 line. Not true as David at the waterman location was able to assist us by calling them himself. This guy just didnt want to do his work. Waterman location is closed unfortunately due to covid.

Ive been T-Mobile member for 6 years. From time to time I have gone to the store for various reasons. I went this time because my wifes phone was not working correctly and she was having difficulty in texting. As usual they were very friendly and helpful and in no time were able 2 fix the issue with the text. Its a great company to be associated with and I have nothing except positive things to say about them. The only regrets that I have is that the person who helped me I did not get his name otherwise I would have mentioned him by name. Keep up the good work

Customer service was ok. I went to this store to sign up for new line on June 22, 2019. Ten days later someone used my info at Sprint store and walked out with 2k worth of products. I hope it is not related incident😳. I am so mad and will get to the bottom of it.

Bad

Couple of employees either are lack of training or their customer services are just bad. Was given incorrect promo info and realized it was incorrect after the account was opened then the staff member Raymond said he was not able to void or change anything. Was assist by another staff member, Jasmine, who was nice and professional and said this is direct to the store manager. I called to check status after a couple days and was told manager stated he will give me a call back yet he never did. I called again and he was not at the store and its been a month, no phone calls from the manager whatsoever. Its quite disappointment on how the manager and staff member handle account issues and not caring correcting the issue even its their mistake in the first place.

Hit and miss. Half the associates are very knowledgeable the other half dont know much more than how to work the computer. Sold me a device based on wrong information, that ended up being defective. Went to have them fix it, got home and it still had the same issue. Tech support authorized an exchange and ensured the store would have a replacement in stock. Guess what? None in stock and they tried to stick me with the $50 restock fee even though they sold me a unit that was defective anyway, AND didnt do what they said it would do. I wont be going back.

Worked with a new individual who knew exactly what he was doing. What made it even more impressive was that I was on a time limit, and he still got a contract and financing done in under 10 minutes. 5/5. Would reccomend.

I love this store. I drove about 15 to 20 minutes just to go to this store. I like Mikail hes a dope Associate. They are helpful and the tell you anything you want to know.

It has great phone and phone accessories but down side is customers service is very poor. I have to wait 30 minutes.

Raymond didnt seem very interested in helping me. There was a promotion missing when he added my 6th line even though a week ago at a different store I didnt have an issue when adding the 5th line. Raymond just shrugged as if to say thats the way it is he didnt want to call T-Mobile customer service or spend time looking into the issue. Their goal here is just to sell you something and get you out the door rather than try to make sure what they sell you is correct or has the right promotions. Ive now spent 2 hours on the phone w/ T-Mobile trying to sort it and they keep telling me the store should have set it up properly and its hard to fix after the fact. *Sigh*

This place was great! DJ was super friendly and helpful. We switched from Sprint, got new phones with better reception (we live in Galt), no hassle. DJ helped us get phones in our budget, walked us through our new bill, helped me order the gift card that will pay our ETF fee from Sprint. The bill had no surprises and we have had no dropped calls and better streaming audio reception. So far Tmobile has been a good change, only about a $8 lower bill but we are not in a contract anymore and have new phones and better reception. Win win for us.

Speaking from experience..Do not trust Nancy.. A couple of months ago she came in Elk Grove tmobile from tmobile Waterman and told us that shes the new store manager. She told us we can get 2 free apple watches because weve been in tmobile for 8years and the only thing we need to pay are the taxes..great! But after a couple months we found out that were getting charged for the watches, so we called her and asked her whats going on and she set an appointment for us to meet and discuss but the night before the appointment she called us and told us we cant return the watches anymore and theres nothing she cant do about it. The next morning I came to the store and found out that the we didnt actually paid the taxes for the watches but actually paid for our phone plans. She then kept telling us that she cant do anything about it now. Then I asked for their supervisor DJ who told us to give him 3 days and he will figure it out. After 3days he called us and told us that we can return the watches and he even gave back the money we paid for the watches for three months.Do not trust Nancy she will lie as long as she can to get her sale quota.Just always look for DJ or Han.

These guys actually know that HTC phones are better than an iPhone or Samsung. So hard to find sales people that do their homework on product knowledge.

The staff here was attentive and friendly. It is located inside plaza, with easy parking.

If you really want to get screwed by wireless company go to the store customer service does not exist I transfer my service from Sprint to T-Mobile in a different location and they did not explain anything about cancellation fee or restocking fee so I took my one of my phone back to this store and theyre extremely rude they dont want to cancel one of the lines its within 15 days buyers remorse program I highly recommend not to walk in to this store In fact find diifret provider they dont keep thirePromises such a bad experience Im going to cancel my account completely. I hope T MOBILE well provide better training for their emplyes how deal with customersTHATS TORE NUMBER 8006
