Despite listing 24 hours-per-day business hours, don’t expect chicken around the clock. The chicken they serve early in the morning is not fresh, heavily picked-over and unavailable, and sits under a heat lamp for hours. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend trying to order food here. Do yourself a favor and take a pass. You would have to ring up your own food anyways with your own free labor with their self-checkout system.

This is a new establishment but look like it’s been here forever. It’s always dirty. Doors. Floors. Handles. It’s nasty. Seems like a place breeding germs. This is sad especially give the state of Corona Virus. I live less than a minute away and will go out of my way for gas. And avoid going in at all costs.Please surprise me and clean up.

Stoppedhere to vacuum car and get a chicken dinner. The vacuum was out of service. I ordered a two piece thigh meal (paid $9+). Got to car and didn’t see side in box. Hey girl said that I didn’t order a 2 piece meal (no side in the box). So I asked her what did I pay for then? So I was tired and said forget it. Attempted to pull a piece of chicken off so that I could finally eat something and the thigh was red inside but skin looked crunchy. I picked open the other piece of chicken and it was red (half-cooked) inside also. So I tookIt back with my receipt. The manager was new(his first day). So he didn’t no how to give a refund. He pulled upThe ticket and it did say that I purchased a meal (but did not get side). He tried to get his supervisor on the phone but no answer. It took like 15+ minutes to get a refund.

This was the worst place and employees lie. They gave us spoiled chicken after eating it and it had a nasty taste. The dude that was behind the counter said it was pulled 15mins ago. The heslth department needs to shut them down.

First time visiting any royal farms and will never make this mistake again. Wheres the Wawa? Just read some of the other reviews and it makes me happy that I did not buy anything from this toilet. If you are an employee, get out before they go out of business

Have you visited Royal Farm lately? It’s my all time favorite gasoline quick stop because it has affordable HOT coffee. This year they introduced Holiday Spice and boy oh boy is it good it’s seasoned with cardamom and cinnamon. A must try!

The best fried chicken around

This place didn’t have enough help last night when I came in there along with 6 other people and it took 30 minutes for my food to be ready. I would recommend that they hire more help at night just in case they have 5 or more people come in around 10:30pm at the same time. My chicken sandwich was hard as a rock last night.

At time of review, Air machine is working which is a rarity

You guys made a mistake, I always buy the whole box of Marlboro light, the lady who helped me last night gave me the wrong box as it was closed, I opened it this morning when I was at work & it was not the light one. I came back at 7:20 pm on the 14th And she Said no manager her And you Just have to take it. Or come before the noon time to talk to a manger. I explained to her that I work from 7 am to 6 pm, but she just asked me to leave . You guys had me to pay for the wrong cigarette And it Was your fault not mine, will never trust you again, and will never use your store again.

It took a while in the evening to get food, they just need a little more help at night and things here might operate smoothly.

Nice staff good food but one major problem roaches my mother pointed a few out by the fountain drinks so I went to go see and sure enough I alerted the very helpful employee he came out and killed it he said terminex was just there with poison so the roaches were out still that makes one wonder the cleanliness of this location

Joe makes the best pulled dark meat fried chicken sandwich you will ever eat. Piled up generously. Full of flavor. Gabriel was kind to suggest the buffalo and ranch dip. Delicious

Oh look at the comment section they expect this place to be the best place in the world no its Royal Farms Royal Farms hey are not as bad as independent gas stations thats essentially Royal Farms. this one five stars because they have 24-hour bathroom and the parking lot is well-lit and there are plenty of pumps... If you want a full-featured gas station go to TA its a mile away

This was one of the most fifthiest places Ive ever stopped by. Both the women and mens bathrooms havent been cleaned in what looked like days! No toilet paper in the womens stalls! Clogged sink, but they had some hand soap. Thought about grabbing breakfast before I went in... Couldnt pay me to eat there!

All staff are wonderful! I lived temporarily in Laurel MD for about 6 months and came to this store for gas and sometimes other small purchases. I am a paraplegic- use a wheelchair. I would call inside and ask for help with gas. Every time folks here were very courteous and helped me out. Thank you!

Worst royal farm store around. Restrooms are very dirty. Staff our rude and the food is horrible. Pretty much a very un-royal farm like experience. Will never go to that one again.

Keep this in mind the next time you eat here. One of the food servers blew his nose hard into his hands and a small piece of handkerchief, and did not wash his hands. He proceeded to serve food. When I told the manager they just blew it off. They tried to give me another small fries. I said No Im not eating here again. Thats gross. Can you imagine what they do when your not looking. Boggles the mind.

This is the rudest, overpriced, an unsanitary royal farms Ive ever been to in Elkridge. As other reviewers have said theres never anyone with a pleasant attitude up front to help, the food is always old an actually made me sick. Then when people do finally come to help theyre rude an behave inappropriately. FYI: It would be a complete waste of time an money getting food or gas from here. Gas that is also over priced

The most inefficient RoFo out there. Pumps are always down, if you get through the line in under 10 minutes you feel “lucky”, and if they have what you went in there for, it’s a bonus.Manager watches his people struggle and then talks to them...slowing them down even more...but never calls the other employees that are wandering around aimlessly or jumps in to help.... leaving without what I came for, and fuel light on...the only thing I did get is seriously delayed! This by far was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any convenient store. This women(no front teeth) was extremely rude. The only thing I asked her very politely was do you have chicken tenders? She responded by talking down to me and telling me if there was no chicken tender there be a sign up. She continued with her rant and told me to leave her “deli”. I was so taken by it because I never raised my voice and was shocked at the way she was speaking to me and my friend. I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. White female middle-aged. My friend and I left without ordering anything I’m shocked that you would even have some staff member that treats customers in this manner. I am not going to speculate on why she treated me this way but it is very odd to me that a woman would be this disrespectful to someone that has said nothing to her. Will deathly be the last of my visit Royal farms!

This is a good Royal Farms. Yeah, its gotten more crowded since the pumps were put in, but it also sits at one of the most crowded intersections in Elkridge. Staff turns over often... but thats to be expected. The food is always fresh and the coffee is freshly brewed whenever Ive visited.

There is no one EVER at the front counter. I couldn’t get items from behind the counter and had to drive to 7-11 instead :( This happened twice, now I always just go to 7-11 down the road because I’m afraid I’ll just end up there anyway.

Hey, a Royal Farms - dang it we just passed it.. Parking lot is easy to miss when driving. Otherwise no problem - standard offering for the chain.

The station is filthy ; with trash brimming from the cans and litter everywhere on the lot. Very hectic getting in and out of the property. Sadly it seems section 8s finest dwell at the store. Graffiti covers majority of the bathroom walls. I would never eat food from the establishment and I definitely never return for fuel.

Please be aware, some pumps are not working properly, I went to put 20 bucks on gas and surprisingly I went charged 125 dollars. I already submit a complaint to the local authorities.

This was the most unbelievable experience. No chicken, no fries, no coffee and the staff along with mgmt continue to allow customers to order. The seasoned staff member was yelling at the new staff member in front of customers. The store was filthy and no food was being prepared. I complained to mgmt about the staff and she yells back & forth with her in front of everyone. There was a long line of customers asking for refunds so they were completely packed. I have never witnessed anything like this and it was just approaching midnight on a Friday night. I left with a loaf of bread. New mgmt is needed asap along with training for staff. The new staff deserves a raise for how she was treated. She was filling the orders as directed. Just horrible.

Every single time I go there or my family goes we get Jay as a cashier. He is so friggin rude and unprofessional. He never says thank you or even your welcome. Worst royal farms staff I have ever encountered at any royal farms.
