At this time, Im very satisfied with the customer service and unit provided. All units are climate controlled and there are several sizes to choose from. Carts are provided at the front entrance to transport materials.

Absolutely awful storage unit. They have mice, that their insurance policy of course doesnt cover. And it took 3 months to get that clarified. Terrible customer service

I needed a place to store a washer/dryer and holiday decorations while my husband and I combined households and lived in an apartment for a year. I knew I wouldnt be going to the storage unit much, so distance didnt matter. We drove 30-35 minutes to get to this storage place, because it was the cheapest one we could find anywhere. I never had any issues with things going missing, not getting into the building, sketchy people, or anything like that. It worked for what I needed.

I definitely signed up for that. Storage areas are generally clean and theyre in a good part of town. Would definitely recommend, especially with the special pricing going on right now.

I know that I have left a positive review before, but I have to say again today that Jose was really great. I locked myself out of my car and my storage unit and he helped me out. I was upset and he was very calm. He really is an asset to your company!! I give it 20 stars for Jose and his customer service************-ACE******I would like to give a great review!!! Jose was so helpful and kind to me even when I came to the storage facility a thousand times asking questions before I made my decision to rent the storage space. I live in N Olmsted but did my research before going with Extra Space Elyria: great prices, clean, secure and ample access hours. Jose in the office is great. Rates are better if you reserve a unit online.

Shawn, Marcus, and Jose are extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend this facility to all. Price point is affordable, safe, and comfortable climate. Come check them out.

I just want to commend everyone at Extra Space Storage in Elyria, Ohio. When I first got my storage unit I was upset because I just lost my mother-in-law and had to store a lot of her things. The employees helped me out just not by showing me different sizes units and the details of renting, but for their sympathy also.The employees also called me some time during the year to inform me that my unit door was not secure. I must have been thinking about something else and just wasnt concentrating. They were defiantly on top of their game. I am done with my unit at this time but if i ever need another or someone i know needs one i will recommend Extra Space Storage on Cleveland Street in Elyria.Thank you Doug Weaver
