Would give them 6 stars if possible. Just helped us with a large 6 person family move. Two trucks, four people 10 hours. Hard workers, quick, efficient, problem solvers. Amazing and very happy treadmill is in basement with a tough turn (thanks JD). Highly recommend!

Two Men & a Truck treated all my household items like they would my grandmothers china. Everything was treated with care, wrapped thoroughly, packed properly, and unloaded swiftly & cautiously. The young men who came were very sweet, interesting to talk to, and worked well together while still having fun. This is the second time Ive used their services, and both times weve been happy with the end result. Katie, their customer service rep, is the kindest person you will ever speak to. She listens, cares about what youre saying, and truly loves what she does. The owner himself also truly cares, and follows through on the core values of his company. Both work together well to resolve any issues which may arise. I would recommend Two Men & a Truck for all your packing and/or moving needs.

Wonderful experience, the moving Team was great.

TM&aT was great. The movers were friendly, professional, and responsive. They were willing to move and re-move things around the house as we figured ourselves out int he new space. We had trouble securing parking for the truck at the new location and they were patient and helpful in solving the problem.

As the Toys for Tots Coordinator for the county, Two Men and a Truck have been my go to for the past few years. They transport our left over toys from our warehouse to a storage facility at the end of a campaign then move they toys from the storage facility to the warehouse at the start of the next one. They have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. The teams that perform the move seem to actually enjoy their job. Items have never been damaged and they really know how to load a truck. I wouldnt even think of hiring anyone else for this task. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

Great guys - only problem they broke my Dads TV during the move - but they replaced it with a fine TV very quickly - no problems. (I did buy the insurance.) Office people were great. I would definitely use again.

Great moving company. Moved out of house into a storage unit. They did a great job disassembling furniture, wrapping it going into the truck and unwrapping coming out. They worked very fast. They have blankets and boxes available for purchase. I was a little behind on boxing stuff up, so they helped with that as well.Although the service is a little expensive, approximately $140 per hour (for two guys) (and they charge you their hourly fee for them to drive to your house and back to their headquarters, as well as a fixed gas charge), its definitely worth not dealing with the hassle of trying to rent/drive your own uhaul truck and hire individual movers to come help. They are also very well trained on how to efficiently stack everything in their truck so it all fits. Apparently the company makes them watch training videos on this stuff. In my case, they had people training so I got 4 guys for the price of 2. Couldnt be more happier with the outcome.

Buyer beware. Hired them to move our office and they NO SHOWED. I had to call them 30 minutes past the 3 hour window that they were to be there, only to hear excuses and that they were not going to show up. After another hour on the phone they told me no they were not going to complete the move. Don’t be fooled by their slogan on how the key to a good move is communication, they had ZERO communication. Totally left us in the dark with no apology, no alternative option and no compassion. Buyer Beware!!

They helped us move today. Very helpful, very nice. They were very patient with us. Quickly loaded the truck and unloaded at the new house. Would absolutely recommend them to others, and would absolutely call if needed to move again.

The crew was amazing! Great job, however, the billing practice is totally rip off - they charge for truck usage, gasoline, time left office, etc. I complained and am awaiting a $41 credit. The office people were very accommodating, but management needs to rescind this rip off practice.

We moved from a rental to our newly purchased home, about 20 miles. The movers were on time and extremely professional and courteous.

Clay, Michael, and Richard were a great team. They were careful with all of our furnishings, and did not drag their feet completing the move out. Move in on the other end went just as smoothly. They even helped move one of the moved items into our car for delivery to its final destination. I am recommending them to others.Thanks for making my 90 year old Aunts move to a retirement community as stress free as possible.

Fast and efficient

I was greatly impressed by this companys swiftness of response to my request for movers. I was scheduled for pickup the next day after my call, the movers were efficient and very courteous. They wrapped the furniture items in blankets to protect them and also helped rearrange furniture in the destination location. The cost was as quoted, no surprises. Was very happy with the service provided.

The crew was great even with the 94 degree heat.. what a great crew. The move was on time and hit right in the middle of the Quote even with the four stops. The guys still packed and wrapped everything with great care as if it was their own This our second time using TMAT . We wont hesitate to call again or recommend your service to anyone who asks. Good help is hard to come by these guys deserve a raise.

Brad, Eric and Jordan were the crew I was assigned and let me tell you, what a great experience. The best move experience! They had to be strategic in moving my X-Large and extra heavy sleeper sofa to the second level. Mover, Devine did a fabulous job coaching the guys so I could have all of my items where I wanted and in a timely fashion!

Extremely slow movers who did not communicate with me at all. My landlord even said they were dragging their feet and the person I spoke to on the phone made me question myself when I said they were slow. They broke my dresser and didnt say anything even though it was completley obvious. They promised me a refund over the phone when I complained but I still dont have it and. Now Im struggling to get them on the phone. Never again. I used to recommend them, but not anymore.

This is the second time we have used Two Men and a Truck for a move. Both times, it was a wonderful experience. This more recent time, we were moving our entire household after 44.5 years in the same house! Our three men with their truck could not have been more pleasant, professional and efficient - not to mention the great skill they had and the care they took with our possessions. We had a fantastic experience. They did an A+ job handling our move and the only minor issue we had was a small chip on our wood floors. They pointed it out to me right away (not sure I would have noticed) and came out to stain the chip.

The first three guys were great they wrapped things up and were careful with my belongings..the next three guys could have cared less...Im sure half of my belongings are broken...I would never reccomend them to anyone

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was great. I had to make a last minute move and from the first time I contacted two men and a truck, they had a quote ready for me in 15 minutes. Aleshia was very helpful with the quote and setting up the move, she worked with my schedule and was able to schedule the move for two days after I called. Aleshia and the movers stayed in contact with me the day of the move to let me know exactly when they would show up. The two movers that they sent were great. The movers were friendly, and they worked hard and efficiently until the work was done. They did exactly what I asked and were very careful with packing my belongings. The move was not easy and involved many large pieces of furniture being moved through tight spaces but the movers handled everything and were very accommodating.

This was my second time moving with Two Men And A Truck. Both times I had Clay around, this most recent time the other person was Shaun. Both were very personable and knowledgeable about the most efficient way to get the job done. Would have these two everytime if I could. Highly recommend the company as the office person Aleshia and manager Tracy were both fantastic to speak with on the phone as well.

Ryan, Jordan and Milo from Brunswick office were outstanding to work with. They handled our stuff with great care and professionalism. They managed to move the heaviest pieces with ease. Even the most mundane piece in the house was treated like a Smithsonian treasure. It didn’t matter whether it was a family heirloom or a chia pet. In their eyes everything was potentially space shuttle cargo and they were very respectful and careful. Highly recommend this crew and this excellent company. The females in the office were super cordial and welcoming. I felt like they could have made friends with Kim Jong Un! They were that friendly and bubbly. Great employees!

So, this office has to be one of the most messed up place to Work. They literally lie to people to get them to walk out instead of just telling them they dont want to hire them, reality is its not the owner of this franchise office, but the front desk person that seems to be the issue they said they were looking for drivers only so when my father said he was unable to pass a dot they told him he couldnt work there, however when i went in there to apply for a job i told her the same thing and apparently I worked there for a few weeks i was not informed of.Also they have some questionable practices about how they charge peoplebfor what they do, so be aware if you want movers worth your money go some where else.

Moved on Friday late ask them to hold the check until Tuesday so I could call the bank Monday they did not do that they deposited right away and bounced everything I had I had 4. 37.50 late fees I called told them to put it back and instead of putting it back they run it again so they said theyd call and fix it and call me back that was April 12th today is May 19th I called corporate and they said theyd handle it and Ive not heard from them either in two weeks. Dont use them theyre located in Brecksville and Elyria and even though the people were nice and the movers were excellent it was a pretty high price to pay

Slow & Charge by the Hour - $665 to Move 1-BD House 15 minute distance. First tried to charge me $808 - one hour more - which I questioned thankfully. Also movers had to rest after each load. Use D&D Movers in North Ridgeville that literally charges half the cost $330 to move more furniture and things just a few months earlier. They used a Penske Truck, which was dirty because the furniture got dirty. Claiming that they wrap everything, but not everything completely. Please call D&D - you wont be disappointed!

The prep with office staff prior to the move was great which is the only reason for 2 stars vs 1. They called several times to confirm the items, we sent photos of things as requested. Seemed organized. However the move was not. We were told to call the office if we were having issues. We called 3x the day of the move and did not hear back. Items were broken including a couch which they had to repair. Did not send the right movers for the gym equipment despite several discussions and photos so that had to be moved 2 days later which was right up against our deadline. They were late for that 2nd move and didnt call to tell us they would not be on time. We disassembled and reassembled all of our own stuff, had the boxes in the garage and moved much of it on our own in cars. We could not have made this any easier. Called and emailed the office post move and no one ever responded. WILL NOT ever use again or ever recommend.
