I recently had an emergency and needed storage at the last minute. Storage Rentals was available. I was able to book, sign and pay over the phone and moved everything in the next day. They made everything so easy and provided excellent service! I highly recommend them!

The price is great! Staff very friendly. The only thing preventing 5 stars was the fact she saw me in a wheelchair, yet gave me a unit placed on gravel, which is nearly impossible to navigate in a chair. I do love the raised floor. No snow or water leaks!

Mid July I went to the facility to check out the storage units and found a size that worked. I was going to get it that day, but the attendant said that I would be charged the entire month (it wouldnt be prorated) so I decided to wait until the first of the month. She said that was fine and that it would be on hold for me. Two weeks later (Aug 3) I go in to begin renting it and was told that the price jumped up $20/month and they would NOT honor the price I was quoted two weeks prior. I did not feel that was right.

Was a decent storage unit before new ownership. Was paying $65 for my unit in 2020. 2021 started getting charged $71 because of higher insurance rates. Claimed I was notified by mail but I was not. After two months at $71 now its $81. Still no notification. Not worth the headache. This will be my last month before my bill is $100.

On site manager is nice, professional and helpful. The facility is kept clean. Not the greatest unit Ive ever rented but it suits my needs. Good rates, good service. I recommend this place.

We rented a storage unit in Feb 2016 for my granddaughters year old furniture and personal items and house whole goods, they require you to take their insurance to cover any damage of $9.00 per month. Everything was ok, in late Feb. 2018, she went over and got a few things out to use and everything was still fine. Then it started raining a lot and when she went back on May 1, 2018 her personal things, furniture, boxes of clothes and towels blankets bedding was all wet, Mildew molded and we let Rick know, took pictures of everything, the bedroom set is warped falling apart and mattress and box spring wet couch and chair kitchen set all got damage, we put in a claim with Rick there, he was very helpful, gave me infor for insurance and the insurance refused to cover anything said it was flood damage due to surface water, but there was no flood it was water that seeped through the cracked floor, in the unit. They called it surface water and I ask for help with the insurance and Mike was going to help after I gave him all the pictures etc weeks went by no contact. I called main office talked to Christine and she said Mike will call you within a week, it has already been several weeks still no contact with Mike, I called Christine back still no help. I need them to cover my granddaughters things she is young has a 9 month baby that shouldn’t be around this furniture we cleaned it with cleaner the best we could we cannot go out and buy new things for her and her pictures and school memories are gone we had $2000.00 insurance. So think twice before using this place and if you have a unit there I would suggest you check in it. I am pleading with Christine and Mike to make this right for my granddaughter. The insurance company takes your money then finds any excuse to keep from paying. I live in Elyria and our next stop will be with the news media to spread the word about their lack of caring for their units.
