At first, I was hopeful LL would be a good eyelash studio, but it turns out its not worth your business. The staff is NOT accommodating and the lashes are mediocre. The first time I got my lashes, almost all of them fell out before my second appointment only 2 weeks later. Ive had my eyelashes done for years and years so I know the upkeep to maintain them, but the lashes falling out was a reflection of their poor quality. However, I gave them a second chance, which I now regret because the studio only cares about making money, not about the loyalty of their customers and repeat service. I overheard other clients complaining about their stringent subscription policy and being charged for unused services, despite trying to cancel months in advance. I should have known the type of service this place would provide then, but I swept it under the rug. I had an accidental scheduling conflict where I missed my appointment and instead of working with me to reschedule, they charged the full amount for a no show. I understand taking a small rescheduling fee due to the inconvenience but to charge $75 for a genuine accident on a first time offense (I had only been to get extensions a couple times beforehand), it dissuades any future business from any customer. I will not return and I highly recommend others to find other lash studios that have more affordable prices, good customer service, and a better lashes. Hopefully, the studio will update their policies to maintain valued business. $75 out the window for a honest mistake-- I could understand if the service was amazing and the client service was accommodating, but it was a genuine waste. This is really unfortunate and I would dissuade anyone from potentially having the same issue. There are many other lash studios that can meet your needs while also valuing the clients business.

Do not highly recommend !! I asked for classic set got 15 lashes on each eye. Felt upset leaving the place 😪😞unsatisfied wished I would have not paid. Seek reviews and recommendations. Called manager and refused to help in situation told me I would have to pay for more lashes. Should have left the building not covid free friendly.lash tech coughing throughout appointment.

I have been here twice now and had both brow tinting & lamination and lash tinting. Jenna did an excellent job and I have been very pleased with the results!

What a horrible job. They charge over $200 to get their best service and what a big disappointment! Their staff needs to all be trained on how to do lashes. In less than 24 hours most of my lashes fell out. They claim to have given me the “safety limit” size. I’m so disappointed. If I could give a -5 star I would! 😫😫😫

NIGHTMARE - SKIP IT! Decided to try the Lash Lounge for extensions. Im an underwater videographer who prefers not to wear make-up on expeditions, but sometimes end up on-camera. Mistake choosing Lash Lounge as a solution! I lost my own eyelashes, and after the first session they inform you of the need to replace ALL your previous eye makeup (and removers) and hard-sell you to buy their shady brand. Thats hundreds of dollars beyond the initial decision to get extensions.The eye makeup remover they pushed me to buy was so cheap that beyond not working effectively, the bottle broke and I cannot access the product. Beyond frustrating!I heard other women in the salon complain about how their lashes andeyes were glued together, and other risky issues. Your eyes are your gems and grant the gift of sight -they are not not an accessory. This place is marketing in a slick way to take advantage of broad-based female insecurities, and then pushing to up-sell customers inferior products.Sadly the weight of the falsies makes your own real lashes fall out from the added stress/weight. ITS LEADING YOU IN THE WRONG DIRECTION!Save yourself from this vanity and greed-driven cycle that takes your remaining lashes and sells you false claims! This chain of sub-par lash lounge salons will cost you money, your time, your safety, and your natural lashes. As women we are better than this phony facade.

I asked some friends and I was so surprised to hear that they all said they go to the same place, so I decided I had to try it out! I am so glad I did, they are the extra something to your everyday look. The facility is so cute and the customer service is amazing. I couldn’t recommend this place more for our eyelash extensions. Every stylist I have gone to at the salon has been so good! I am continually surprised at how amazing they are each time I go! I get complemented on my lashes multiple times a day. The Lash Lounge in Encinitas was a great lash experience for me! Ive had my lashes done before and they were super wirey and uncomfortable. They weighed my actual lashes down and made me uninterested in ever getting them done again.So I decided to give the whole eyelash extension thing another try and the Lash Lounge completely changed my perspective on them. Karla was my stylist. She was super sweet and friendly. She explained each step of the process was as we were going. She also explained the different types of sets and lashes they had available. I got a more curled lash but she still made them look natural. I have smaller eyes so I got the classic look which was perfect for me.The manager, Hannah, was also great helping my book my appointment there. She was very informative on the amount of time of the session and what to do before and after. Id definitely recommend the Lash Lounge in Encinitas! Thank you!

Im kind of a low maintenance, make-up free kind of person so I was very surprised at how much I liked my lash extensions. The salon is beautiful and you basically go in, close your eyes (put on headphones with music or podcast if you want) and voila, you have these amazing lashes that really transforms your appearance without the use of make-up. Stylists that Ive had include Jenna and Michelle and they are both awesome, but I would be fine to use any available stylist. I started out with volume and loved it, but I thought it was too glamorous for work (just being self-conscious). Ive since switched over to hybrid. It has actually been a while since I have been there (busy with work, kids, life) but I cant wait to go back into the routine of having my lashes done. Ive recommended this to my friends with sensitive skin/eyes and they had no problems with the lash extensions here!

They know what they are talking about and were able to help me find a package that my fiancee absolutely loved. My fiancee was thrilled and so happy. I have been back to a few different lash technicians at this place, and overall the quality is really spotty. It depends who you go to. Ive had some OK experiences, and some not so good. Overall, I would not recommend this place, because they will not fix any problems. Sunny did my lashes and I had the trifecta of bad lashes - they werent really full to begin with, a lot fell off quickly, and I had a bunch of haywire/lashes pointing in weird directions.Another thing to note is that they ask you write a review after you first appointment to save money. I wrote a good review at that time because right when it was done I didnt even know it wasnt good, and because of the money off. I think this is why they have a good rating.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming!!! The lounge is so beautiful and clean. It was my first time getting my lashes done and Maribel was very thorough and patient with me. They made me feel so comfortable and the pricing was great, I even signed up for a membership with them!!! Can’t wait to go back. 10/10

She took the time to really perfect my lashes that were a little bent & wonky from my last lift (elsewhere) and educated me along the way. She was gentle and is very detail oriented. This place is so amazing I’ve gotten my lashes done here twice, first time was a classic, second was a volume fill. They turned out great both times and with good care i was able to go about 3 weeks without a fill! The atmosphere is very comforting and relaxing and the time just flies by when youre getting worked on. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality service and amazing customer service.

Have been going to Sunny the past few months and love her work! She is very thorough with her work and always makes sure I leave happy. Also love how convenient their hours are, since I work regular business hours.

Like my stylist a lot, however each and every time I go in for a fill { 2 weeks or like this week 10 days from my last } it’s as if I need a full set.I went yesterday and again my lashes are falling out as I type today.They are silk but brittle almost crunchy and dryNot sure if it’s the glue ...but each time they feel this way.Last time I had a volume fill and I walked in 10 days later with only a few on each lash!Even my stylist said next time we should try a different glue -When I check out at the front desk they are not saying oh you were just here 10 days ago.They still charge you the same.I have had lashes on and off over the years - I am very conscientious about care- not getting the wet etc.Not sure what’s going on here and why this happens over and over . I have never had this issue in the previous places I have gone for lashes

Had my eyebrows threaded today and Suzy did a great job of trimming and reshaping my eyebrows. The exerpience was painless and efficient! Ocean was very professional checking me and making sure I was good to go! Can’t wait to come back, highly recommend!

Very sweet receptionist who took great care of me. Needed to make some slight tweaks after trying a stylist for the first time (new to this studio since my current girl is having a baby) but the receptionist took great care of me, offered a nice discount as a way to make up for the challenge & has set me up with a repair & also a new appt with a new stylist. Looking forward to trying the studio again with a new stylist.

I just got my eyebrows Microbladed it with Laura, I could not be happier. I cant believe Ive waited so long to have this procedure I wake up every morning with eyebrows it has save me so much time every day and money. I have to admit I was nervous going in for the appointment because I thought it would hurt, I did not feel a thing she put me at ease and I was numb the whole time. Ladies if you are wanting to get your eyebrows Microbladed Laura is truly an amazing artist I highly recommend her for this procedure.

This review is for Microblading which is also offered here. My eyebrows are blonde so they are basically non existent. I had friends who had this done but they already had eyebrows so i thought it was to enhance what they already had and since I didn’t have much what could they do for me?I had met Laura for a facial and she mentioned that she did Microblading and that I should try it. I was nervous only because I didn’t know how I would look with dark brows. I loved how dark brows looked on other blondes but never having them I was afraid since it isn’t going to wash off so if I didn’t like it I was stuck.Laura explained the process and showed me pictures of her clients. She told me that it would be ok and we could go light and then get darker if I wanted at the second appointment. That put me at ease so I thought why not try it? I was also thinking that I’m sure they will be dark enough so I doubted I would want to go darker.So she numbed my brows and started the process. I had no idea what to expect and she explained what she was doing while she was working. There was barely any pain at all. Waxing is way more painful. About 90 minutes later she was done. I looked in the mirror and was blown away! I couldn’t believe it! My eyebrows looked awesome!Everyone at work loved them and my husband was like WOW. I would look in the mirror and just smile I was so excited about my new look. So my next appointment was 5 weeks later to do some touch up and fill in and if I wanted to go darker. They do lighten up a bit so I definitely wanted to go darker.I can’t thank Laura enough for her artistic talent and I would recommend anyone who is thinking about this to go ahead and do it. You will be glad you did.
