Service was amazing had the 2 cars of my college students very helpful checking batteries and with the read out device for engine light. Quickly changed the one battery we needed.

They were really helpful, and they put my windshield wipers on for me which was great!

Got a thermostat and the rep knew exactly what I needed also gave me some great advice. Turns out he was 110% correct. Great knowledge staff. They look young, but damn did the kid know what he was talking about.

Great service! Really went above and beyond. Rich came into the aisles to assist me find some jumper cables. When we found a pair that I found fit he rang me up. The price was different and more expensive when scanned and he honored the price on the shelf. That’s going the extra mile. Also, Phil was nice.

I used to shop at this location all the time, recently it seems they have new people at the counter and never have the parts in stock. Today the lady at the counter, Renee I think her name was, was extremely rude. I will not shop this location anymore.

Needed a 1.5 inch wrench for a 1 time use, paid almost $20, used in parking lot and returned with 20 minutes with full refund!!! Awesome guys!!

Give me the runaround on finding the correct parts got the first set of parts in they were wrong had to return them and go to a different store because they didnt even carry the parts for the vehicle I was working on.

We had a fabulous experience purchasing a new battery from Kevin. Super friendly, informative and helpful and he changed our weird trunk battery for us in less than 10 minutes. He said he can do a normal battery in 5! Next time we need anything well definitely come here and hope to receive help from Kevin again. I also just insisted to my friend that she must go there and ask for Kevin!

Very unfriendly service. Advanced is usually my go to auto parts store but this particular store and management especially let me down. She (the manager) was flat out rude. I was going to perform a simple exchange but she was simply unwilling to help. I hope advanced can find some people with better customer service skills for managing their stores, until then I will never come back. I’m sad to say they have lost me as a loyal customer.

What separates these automotive parts chains is service. These guys are good at their jobs and the service is exceptional.

Went in for a new battery per my mechanics instructions and, after a thorough diagnostic test, walked out with a printout showing a clean bill of health for the battery, alternator, and starter and instructions to come back if it acts up again.I went in again seconds later when my car wouldnt start and drove away with another printout showing a bad cell, a new battery installed (covered 100% by their warranty) and a recommendation for a new mechanic.The employee (name tag was covered) was more than just courteous and professional, but also friendly and intent on my best interest over making a sale. He didnt even bat an eyelash at lugging the battery back off the top shelf moments after hefting it back up.

Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable. His extra effort and patience with my special needs son made all the difference to me! There are a million shops that carry the same items but they dont all have this kind of customer service. This store will be my go to place every time!

Rich and John are the digs!! I made a mistake and drained my differential which means I wouldn’t be driving anywhere I show up at advance auto parts on 3100 South Broadway late. The doors are closed and locked. My new friend John opens the door for me says come on in and then just to put the icing on the cake Rich rings me up and shows me what to get and a trick to do with it!! these guys are awesome!! I would recommend this advance auto parts location to everybody and it’s all owed to Rich and John!!

Im having a problem with my cars engine not cranking over, which is super frustrating. These guys have really helped me puzzle through the problem, theyve offered suggestions and theyve been positive and kind through the process. I highly recommend this Advance Auto Parts because they are helpful, knowledgeable and they have awesome attitudes. I wrench on my own car, if you do too then go here.

Perfectly nice staff but don’t try to return anything here. Their system does not accept bar codes which makes scanning a receipt tricky. Pretty incredible.

Friendly staff, fast service, clean store. If a part isnt in stock, even if it isnt something they normally carry, they will order it for you. They also check engine codes. Not much more you can ask from an auto parts store.

This store is great. Its a friendly staff, there to help. Even if they dont have what you need, they offer some great options for solutions to auto/truck problems. I would recommend driving a few minutes out of your way to go to this location.

Ordered part on line for pick up at store got there and they didnt have part finally found order in computer but couldnt get part sent in less than 3 days !!!

LeRoy was so incredible! Helped me with my spark plugs and was patient throughout. They also are willing to explain things and help you locate what you need.

Felt the prejudice in this store and will never go back..

The absolute worst! It didnt have my order when they said they would, then when it came in the next day they neglected to notify me. When I got there to pick it up, it was the wrong product, but they charged me for it anyway. This particular store seems unable to accurately manage their inventory AND their technology. I have contested the charge with PayPal, trying to get a refund... $77!

These people know cars. Even when the part is not in stock, it will be delivered usually in the same day. Good service.

Went to get replacement clearance light bulb for my 97 Ford F250. They couldnt find it in their computer and the manager told me they didnt sell the correct bulb. He suggested I go to a trailer shop. The one he recommended was in Golden, nearly 40 minutes away. I used my smart phone and in less than 1 minute had the part number and wouldnt you know, they had that exact bulb right there. I didnt buy it here because I wont reward such lack of common sense. I just wanted to confirm my belief that driving 30-40 minutes across town would be a colossal waste of time. These min wage, non-mechanical button pushers, dont have enough intelligence to look up a part another way if it doesnt jump off the screen on their database. These stores should be self serve for all the actual help a former McDonalds fry cook now manager can give.
