Without no doubt we enjoyed our experience at Benzel-Bush Motor Car, the crew was really nice and helpful, the same day we can change our car. Of course Mercedes-Benz is an extraordinary brand and the cars are amazing, but is very important to get high-service-quality, the attention, the atmosphere, and the full experience, it is not about just change a car, it is everything. We had a couple of issues, but they did their job beyond the expected.Of course we are pretty happy with our visit, if you are looking for a good dealership, I think this is the best option.
I was told to pick up my car at 1pm of this Wednesday so I went to store at the time and was told that the advisor was out for lunch. It is okay because everybody needs lunch. I dont have any opinion with that, but I didnt have much time at that day so I needed to come back to office at 2pm for an important meeting. I had some questions with my service but nobody could answer for me because the advisor was not at his desk. Then I asked if someone could get my car ready but I waited at front door for 20 minutes and no one picked the car for me even though I urged couple times.I was told that they would wash the car for me when I picked it up but it was not and its dirty. I paid $1500 for the service, same as what I paid for my previous service last year but I am so disappointed with the treatment I received. I really doubt if I would choose this store next time.
Worse experience ever with the service department. If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. Spent a few thousand dollars trying to fix a problem, was never fixed, went back a second time for the same problem, was told it’s a different issue, was charged about $800. Still had the same issue, went back a third time a day later, they kept my car a few days to tell me they don’t know what the problem is. They refused to refund me, I told them to give me my car back. As the service guy pulled out my car to give it back to me, I hear a crash. Someone hit my car in the Mercedes garage. The service manager not only was unapologetic, but stated that the accident had nothing to do with their dealership bc it was the “fault of the person who hit my car”, even though it happened on their property and their guys were driving my car. I would not recommend anyone to get service at this dealership. If something happens to your car, it’s your problem, not theirs.
Bought my first Mercedes today after a being a 10+ year client of BMW, I couldnt be happier with the experience. Doug and Sal were so helpful in everyway possible. I would give higher than a 5 star if I could! Excellent service - I would recommend everyone to go to Benzel Busch you will not be disappointed!
I have an old 2008 c Class and it needed a new airbag installed as part of a recall. I had it replaced and on the next day the car was ready. They provided me with a loaner and they treated me with utmost respect. They told me about other issues with the car and they returned the car in a better condition and they even washed it. Everything was free of charge as part of the recall repair. The person who helped me was Chris Iseman. This dealership is probably one of the best in the world. There’s no need to say that when I’m going to upgrade my car I’m coming to this place only. No one asked me to write this review.
I’ve been going to Benzel Busch for over 9 years, since buying my E350 there. My sales rep is great, a very nice man. I only interacted with him the first year of the sale though the rest of the visits has been at the service center.For the most part, I’m satisfied with the Service Center, as it should be considering it’s a luxury car service center. I love the fact they have an express lane for same day service. I took off one star because I preferred it when the same service center representative used to handle my visits. However the last 3 visits it’s been a different representative each time. I like the familiarity of the same representative approach.

This used to be where I got all of my vehicles from. But starting a few years back( around the time they remodeled ) I don’t know what happened, customer service went out the window and all they wanna to do is up sell you every time you go get your car serviced. Last time I went I went because there was a rattling noise in the trunk what I didn’t realize is that since I was moving at the time I had a lot of stuff in the trunk so the noise was coming from my laptop rattling around in the trunk. So the service advisor calls me and tells me that there’s no issues and everything checks out. When I go to the cashier I had a $250 balance. I was being charged $250 for 30 seconds it took the tech to get in the car and drive down the block. LITERALLY down the block and back ( I have MercedesMe so I was able to track down everywhere they went ) then they told me they drove around for about half hour before they figured it out. When I pulled out the app and showed them where the car had been they didn’t even know what to say. And just like that magically my balance went down to $0. Moral of the story is… If you go to Benzel, be very vigilant when you get your bill and even before, ask questions and don’t let them take you for a ride.
My experience of purchasing a GLE 450 from Benzel-Busch was truly exceptional due to the account representative, Jim (James Scott). He went above and beyond to understand my needs and configure the perfect car suited to my requirements. Kudos to Jim and his team (Carlos Gonzalez from finance and Victor Hernandez from sales) for making my vehicle purchase process as smooth as possible. I would surely do business with them again once the opportunity arises.

Always a long wait to speak with a service advisor - typically 30-45 mins after you hand over your keys. They take appointments for service and do not have time to look at the vehicle for 2-3 days. For a luxury brand, their service is significantly below expectations.
I was there this morning hoping to get expresss service for a warning message about an airbag issue and if they follow what they advertise on their website everything shall be handled fast. The reality was when I arrived no one came to greet me or check me in but a minute or two later a guy who wears uniform came over and asked me to move away.So I thought ok may be they don’t greet people here so I walked in to the office, they just took away my key saying someone would contact me without even asking why I was there. Maybe they can read my mind.So I thought fine I would wait. Then 10-15 minutes later a technician came here and said “your next maintenance service is due in 85 days, do you want to pre-do it”? What was totally not the reason I went there. So I checked how long to address the airbag warning message issue and he said he can’t say and wanted me to setup an appointment to go back. So again nothing go with what they advertised as “express service”. They can’t diagnose my issue but kept mentioning that the maintenance, which I don’t need.Overall mission failed.

High Maintenance Bills are one of the biggest fears of any Mercedes Benz owner I think, so when it was time to get my 2017 C300 checked I was a bit worried about those costs. I made the appointment and got my car in, Marko (ask for him) presented and explained the options to fix my car and helped me get started on the most important on the list. I was given a loaner vehicle to commute while my car was fixed and kept up to date before doing any repairs on my car. Marko was very helpful in explaining and getting approval for warranty covered repairs which saved me a decent sum. The issues were fixed and my car runs better than I could remember. The service at this Mercedes Benz location is unrivaled. Will definitely recommend their service center without hesitation. Thanks to the team.
This show room I experienced very bad when I went to revived my car they didn’t even clean or wash as curtesy and they mashed up my car and call them back for reasons now they are not even calling me back and also not even replying to my massage. I call them 20 time they put me on hold and they said ur sales person will contact you and never get call back.
My vehicle broke down on Monday, I couldn’t even start the engine. I made several phone calls to request for towing but this service center wouldn’t even pick up the phone during regular business hours. This is a GLE450 I purchased about two months ago. So they finally took my car on Tuesday and I got a call on Wednesday saying they were not able to take a look at my vehicle that day. I wanted to request for a loaner car but since they said it was only going to take a day to solve this, I didn’t ask for it. I get a text message the next day and they say they don’t have the batteries in stock. So then, I requested for a loaner vehicle but they said they can’t provide one because they don’t have any, apparently. It’s Friday already and the work on my vehicle still has not even started. I do not appreciate how they keep making excuses and my experience with Mercedes, especially with this service center has become the worst out of all the other makers.
I was there for a few minutes before anyone paid me any attention. Perhaps the way I was dressed in a sweat suit I just threw on to purchase tires at Goodyear. But once John Meyer started helping me my experience was much better. I am a Lexus man but he convinced me to further investigate MB

Made an appointment with Peter to see a specific car. Took about 20 minutes for him to be located. About 1 hour after that he was still locating the car. So I left. Not going to waste my time here again. Will probably stay with AudiAddendum. Went back to see Abe and manager Salvino who were on point. Great service.
To anyone that reads this, be careful with this dealership. My vehicle which is under warranty was given to them about 6 weeks ago, til this day they have not returned it, stating a backorder in parts delay I now hear from their corporate which state that because Mercedes Is in contract negotiations with the manufacturer of the part, there is no estimated time I will have my vehicle returned. Im also being deined any compensation on the monthly payments im making on the vehicle while they hold on to it. Terrible service, makes me wish I never bought a Mercedes. Also they denied providing me a loaner vehicle while they keep mine.
I was in the market for a new car and made an appointment with Benzel. My wife and I were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. Mark was our salesman and he made the process easy from start to finish. He was honest, informative and helpful. We didnt feel any pressure which made our decision even easier. We also met with Sal, who was so kind and introduced himself to us making us feel like we have known him for years. We will be going back to see Mark when my wifes lease is up in June and plan on sticking with them. Highly recommend.

Bought my first Benz with the help of John M. From start to finish, I found him honest, earnest, never pressuring, with diligent follow to ensure he found a car with my desired features. I also met with Sal, who was so kind and introduced himself to me making me feel like weve known each other for years.
Preowned sales were fabulous. Service department sub par at best. Bought an S-Class with very low miles and factory warranty included and had a problem with the window up and down switches. They broke off even upon delivery of the vehicle one broke. I said no issue and the first class service department would fix and did under warranty. A couple of months passed and another switch broke. I brought to the service department but this time I was told that I had spilled liquid into the rear driver side switches. They said $400 something to fix. I said no way, I rarely drive the car and no one sits in the back seat. I was FIRMLY told by the VP of Service that Benzel Busch of Englewood would not cover under warranty. I said don’t fix it. I immediately took the car to Mercedes Benz Nanuet and told their service manager the problem. I left the car and was called back by the service department saying NO PROBLEM they would fix the the car under warranty. They told me their was NO LIQUID spilled. When I confronted the Benzel Busch VP of service, he immediately said he was calling the service manager at MB Nanuet (like he thought I was lying). Happy to say problem was resolved with the professionalism of Mercedes Benz Nanuet. Benzel Busch Englewood tried to take advantage of this customer and probably many many more. My word of advice, be very cautious dealing with the service department at Benzel Busch Englewood as they may try and pull a fast one on you too. Many thanks to Brian at MB Nanuet.

I purchased my first luxury car in March, and it could not have gone smoother. Salesman Michael Vincini went over details of the car and set up my test drive. He then made followup calls with photos as I was deciding on what interior color I wanted. That attention to detail helped me finalize my decision a week later.
My son was interested in a car he saw online at this dealership. He made an appointment last weekend to take a look at it. He worked with a Salesman named Ben Walsh. He was patient, not pushy just to make a sale and great customer service skills. Ben was upfront, honest and the purchase of the vehicle went smooth and quickly. In addition, we worked with a guy in the finance dept who was equally professional. Hands down best dealership weve worked with. Thank you for helping my son make his first big purchase. You can’t make this up. I arrived on time for my 9:00 am car service appointment. I was scheduled in advance for a loaner. When I check-in with front desk they tell me someone will be with me shortly. I make sure to remind the front desk that I am expecting a loaner and they confirm that they have one. I patiently waited. I went back to the check-in counter 1 hour later to find out what was the hold up and I am told that they have no more loaners and that my vehicles has not been serviced. I thought the person was joking but it was the truth. This place has gone down drastically in service and it’s a shame because they use to have very good service. Find another car service place.

The worst dealership ever! The customer service is beyond poor and not even mediocre. Chris Iseman and the rest of those individuals should all be replaced. Everyone walking around like chickens with their heads cut off.My car (2021 A220) dashboard keeps turning off so this was the second time I went to have it looked at and “fixed”. The loaner car unfortunately was hit by a object on the highway. I notified Chris Iseman and he said he would call me with a estimate NEVER DID. NEVER CALLED ME ABOUT MY CAR AND UPDATES. I texted him and never received a text. When I I finally go there I have to wait a 1.5 hour just so I can pay for a loaner car damage and get my car back. They need customer service and management courses. They do not know how to treat veterans nor customers Especially Iseman!
Mercedes Benz of Englewood has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. It was hard trying to find an employee to help me with my car, the employees just kept passing by and ignoring me. I left the dealership and my car remained the same and nothing was fixed. I have never experienced bad customer service like this before.

Long story short, this location had me waiting 4 hours at their location to tell me they don’t have a tire in that’s my size. Basically said you’re on your own or wait 2 weeks to replace your tire
Buying a car from out of state is usually a tricky situation. When I found my dream car CPO here the folks at Benzel-Busch made it smooth sailing. Both the salesperson and the finance manager I was working with were super responsive and made themselves available via talk & text. The price was fair, though I cant say much of how the negotiation experience is as the car I was buying isnt exactly something you can negotiate on given the line out the door of others who would gladly buy it too. Benzel-Busch also set me up with a fantastic shipping company when it was time to get my car to me which was a relief given some negative experiences Ive had in the past. I cant comment on the in-person experience but if youre from out of state looking to buy a rare AMG and your online search takes you here, go for it!
I am giving 1 star for their Covid safety measures. I just had my car serviced here. The service itself is great, everyone is courteous but every single one of the customer service reps, aside from the people at the front desk, were NOT wearing masks. When i was called over to speak with my rep, he didn’t have a mask on and did not put one on until I neared his desk and gestured I wouldn’t sit until he put a mask on. I am a cancer patient in active treatment and the lack of mask wearing compliance at Mercedes of Englewood beggars belief.When I went back today to pick up my car, I saw the same scene. The reps weren’t wearing masks. They don’t put them on until a customer is brought to their desk. Why require customers wear masks and install a fancy temperature check machine if your staff aren’t wearing masks in an indoor setting?! I’ve received multiple emails from Mercedes touting their safety measures. Guess what- sanitizing my keys or my car doesn’t matter if when I come in, I have to breathe the re-circulated air of many unmasked employees. It’s not safe for customers or employees. Frankly, I am deeply disappointed and appalled by what I saw. I feel safer at the grocery store.

I see lots of 5-star reviews for many of the people at Benzel-Busch. I want those who are reading this to know that this is a 6-star review. Its easy to find people who do what they are supposed to do well. Its something else when people like Liz and Orlando actually make you feel they are there not just for the sale, but to make sure the smallest detail is taken care of, because they have gotten to know what makes you tick. I have been fortunate to have these people take care of my purchases. They both are the cornerstones of confidence in buying a Benzel-Busch Mercedes.

Service center is not professional. I was told to come at 12.00 for Express service and will be done within one hour. At 12.50 I was attended by saying it will take additional 1.30 hr to finish express service. How do some one schedule a working day, after giving car for service and then coming to know it is 2.30 hrs and not 1 hrs.
Great Staff when you first enter the showroom the front desk staff, salespeople are very helpful. Theres a positive attitude in the building.Which as a regular customer i can feel immediately . Our salesman Doug is fantastic i would definitely recommend him to all my friends and customers of mine

I had a service at Benzel-Busch Mercedes Benz dealer for the window problems that are under warranty services. The service was the worst.My appointment was 7 AM on Thursday (10/01/20) and I arrived as the second customer. My service representative never showed up until 7:30. With very unwillingness to service I was out there almost 8 AM. I was told my car will be ready by tomorrow (Friday, 10/02/20).No progress information until 3:30 PM on Friday. I left 2 voice mails. No answer. I sent a text message, then the response was I will check the status. I left two voice mails to the service manager. No return calls at all. Around 5 PM, the service rep called me and told me they had to order the parts. The car will be ready on Monday (10/05.20). To check the status, it takes 30 seconds on the computer. Very interesting company work attitude.The parts order normally done on the same day and got delivered the following day. This doesn’t make any sense since it’s been two days.On Monday (10/05/20), on information in the morning even I left the messages. 3 PM, the rep said it will be ready tomorrow morning. Very bad customer care.I had to contact them in the morning as I told them I have plans to drive a long distance. No return calls. At 1 PM, I got a call. The car is ready. When I spoke to the service manager after wise, the car was ready at 9 AM. This dealer provides the worst customer services in many different ways.This is my official complaint.I need to have a senior management response.

Benzel-Busch Mercedes is a truly exceptional place. My personal experience is beyond any previously encountered. Yusuf-Joseph Şimşek is a fine gentlemen who takes every measure to please his clients. His level of politeness and professionalism is absolutely astounding. Then, there is Salvino Architto who by far is a leader of the highest league. There is not enough fancy words in my vocabulary to describe Salvino’s approach.We just picked up our fourth Mercedes-Benz, but the first one from Benzel-Busch. Our Christmas is very special this year thanks to both gentlemen mentioned above as well as a few other people (Zuli) who assisted us.
Always great with customer service and attention to detail and customizes the service/experience to meet the customers needs which ever their goal is or what is important to the person. I’m a college student and smart car driver, I’m all about efficiency, budget and preserving longevity of my car and I feel they finally get that about me. I enjoyed driving a Mercedes for a loaner and enjoyed the 5 star attention and cute salesmen :) . But I want my car maintained, get it in and out and spent the least amount but do what’s important. I also appreciate the smart car pearls given to me about the car, that I would never have known -if someone didn’t tell me! It’s a good place to continue to get service, year after year.

The service level at Benzel Busch was absolutely exceptional . Frank Lauro was my sales associate and his level of detail and care to ensure a fair deal was beyond reproach. The service associates and the finance department also did an amazing job at my introduction to the Mercedes Benz brand. I highly recommend Benzel Busch as a dealer of choice.
I went into Benzel B Mercedes Benz dealership in Englewood to purchase my dream car. I worked with in sales. The salesman made a commitment to me concerning the final price and I was pleased that we reached an agreement. I was scheduled to go in to pick up the car the next day. When I went in the next day excited to pick up my car, unfortunately, I was shocked and surprised by the horrible level of service I received. They refused to honor their contact and basically started to change purchase numbers agreed upon. They did not honor their contract and never provided any explanations. I spoke to the manager and the assistant manager and no one cared about meeting their commitment. I walked out of there feeling cheated and mistreated. I ended up going to Prestige Mercedes dealership in Paramus. What a difference, I was treated with respect and a great deal of honesty and integrity. My sales person(Nuha K )was pleasant, honest, and truly cared about me. She was able to get me the car that I want at a much cheaper dollar amount. The manager, the assistant manager, and the finance manager all honored the deal and went above and beyond to help me out. What a difference. The moral of all of the story is for people to know to think twice about dealing w Benzel. People their do not care about their customers and surely don’t care about providing quality customer service. Thank god for the people at Prestige Mercedes. They helped me get my dream car and the experience was superb

Not only I was sold a defective car but they made zero effort to acknowledge it or find some measure to ease my skepticism on the quality.The salesman offered absolutely no help in trying to find a middle grown given his lack of incentive.If you have a choice, please stay away. I know that after my lease I will be moving away from this corrupt place.

If your car is out of warranty don’t even think of seeing these dealership. I personally had a really bad experience with them, my car never got fixed, left with all kinds of scratches. They wanted to charge me $4100 for a bad wire connection...to which said no and went to my old good mechanic and it costed me $200...really not an honest dealership!!!

Our sales person Scott Raymond was great....exactly what we needed. He was polite, respectful of our time and friendly. Able to answer any question we had and if he didn’t know, he followed up. Pleasure to work with and knowledgeable. The sales manager Sal Architto who was so welcoming and willing to work with us and really made the whole experience exceptional. I hate dealing with dealerships in general and recently bought a vehicle from a competitor (mercedes dealer in north Jersey) which was just the same old sales experience. Took 6 hours to buy a car and at the end of it you are nothing but exhausted. All the reasons we hate buying a car. Not at Benzel! Totally different experience. It was a fantastic experience at Benzel-Busch Motor. John Meyer was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the right Mercedes for my lifestyle. I didnt feel pressured or like I was being upsold which tends to happen at other dealerships. I look forward to buying cars from Benzel-Busch for years to come. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The service department is a nightmare—rude service around every corner. When you buy an MB, you expect greeters to be politely and your service manager to be helpful. Ive seen Walmart greeters who are far more polite. After my Wife was yelled at for pulling into the wrong spot, we will never come back.I would highly suggest ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP or even purchasing offline.
This is the 3rd Mercedes we have purchased from Benzel, and more importantly, Lino Cascardi. Lino is knowledgeable about the line, welcoming and friendly, applies absolutely no pressure and ensures complete satisfaction during sales and supports the servicing side of the dealer. I wouldnt go to any other Mercedes dealer (unless Lino goes first) and highly recommend anyone to bring their car buying or leasing business here.
Disappointed in the service department. My experience was so poor I will never return to this location.I have been a customer for many years. Chris Isamen the customer service adviser not only took my money when he claims to have fixed what was wrong, but when the problem was not infact what they fixed they refused to give me back my money. I had returned 2x for the same reason and still was never corrected. They gave me the run around that they would fix it without additional payment--but never did. My car is now worse than it was when I dropped for servicing because of errors on their part.
My experience with Benzel-Busch was amazing. Salesmen Steven David and Manager Jason were completely honest and upfront and made purchasing the vehicle easy and smooth. I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours. They provided me with an excellent trade in value and their bottom of the barrel price on the vehicle I was purchasing. Will definitely seek them out again when purchasing a vehicle.
The only comment I have is that the service rep recommended that one of my tires be replaced soon. I told him that a car with 18,000 miles of easy driving should not need replacement. That tire should not wear out ( and it is not worn). The tread on my tires is fine. Sorry to disagree.
John Powell is a professional in every sense of the word. He takes his time with you when your at the desk. He suggests what is needed and is never over the top. He respects the customers time and is thorough. He has been my service advisor for many years. The entire staff at Benzel Mercedes Service is a pleasure form the greeters that start the experience to the team members that make sure the waiting area is clean. After all as Mercedes Says it,. This was my first time at both sales and service locations. Jose was wonderful and made the transaction really seamless. However, I was not impressed with the Service location. The Service rep did not know what was being done on the car (something that was on the email I received from them). I felt rushed. I am not planning to go back to this location. I will continue to take my car to be serviced at the Paramus location.

One of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Put a deposit on a car for them to tell me 2 days later that the car was already sold. So many miscommunications with Sales Manager Sal. Would not recommend going there.
I moved and now live 4 hours away from this dealership. I am so impressed with their service that I just drove those 4 hours to have them service my wifes car. I called 2 days before friday to bring a car for airbag recall the lady whom i spoke on phone said the car will stay one day at the dealer as the part have been ordered but i will be provided a loaner car till the car gets fixed, i brought the vehicle with a dealer plate so the service advisor Jhon powell said the car would stay until monday excluding sunday that makes it 3 business days, he did not provide me a copy of the RO and said no loaner for someone who brings the car on dealer behalf, i told him the lady told me she will have a loaner set up upon arrival he interrupted in a passive stance gives me his business card and tells me next time call me, to begin with i called the dealership everyone in service should have the ability to be accurate, this guy was cocky and provided minimal and poor service and my response to him is there will be no next time i threw out his business card in the garbage can at the exit.Nothing personal of course.
