Usually I would say that a salesperson is someone I would deal with, but I honestly felt that Noor was truly wanting to work with me.I ended up purchasing a 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6 Limited for $5,000 less than what Carfax said it was worth (even as a rebuilt title). After the purchase, I found some things that I didnt notice when I bought it (Bluetooth microphone want working, headlamp was leaking, moulding clips werent in all the way and the moulding fell off). Even though it was outside the 3 day window, Noor took care of everything no questions asked. Great customer experience.I HIGHLY recommend Layal Automotive for purchasing your next vehicle. If you’re looking at a car here and it has a salvage/rebuild title, or had major repairs made to it after coming to this lot, don’t do it. If this is not your situation, proceed with your purchase.The dealer himself was honest and not even close to pushy. I would buy from him again if the car was already in ok condition when it arrived at the Layla Automotive lot.However, his mechanic doesn’t know how to actually rebuild or repair properly. Just got a call from my mechanic, whom I asked to diagnose a strange grinding sound coming from the passenger side wheel, and he said that a driver side suspension control arm was turned upside down and installed on the passenger side. (Picture of email received as well)Not to mention I had a couple caps go missing on me before I even took the car home.Seriously Noor, if you’re reading this, get someone new to fix your cars before your car lot goes out of business. If you don’t care…we’ll I’m sure you can imagine what I would have to say about that.

I purchased a low-mileage car at an unbeatable price. After I bought it, I found a leak in the rear axle that Noor (owner) repaired for free. While I was waiting in their lobby, he did the same for another customer who came in complaining about the brakes on their newly purchased car so Noor replaced the break pads for free. Noors brother owns/runs the repair shop. The facility isnt fancy which means low overhead which means better bargains. Outstanding customer service and low prices. I highly recommend.

Best car buying experience ever! Noor was beyond helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell he is selective in the cars he places on his lot. I test drove a couple vehicles - all the CarFax are available on their site. He let me drive my now current vehicle to my own mechanic to take a second look. My mechanic was impressed with the condition and price, and said it couldn’t be beat! The car was available to drive off within 24 hours of placing my deposit because there was a potential snowstorm coming that weekend and he wanted me in a safe vehicle. Honestly, I couldnt be any happier. I searched for months for the right car without any luck. After seeing the vehicle I purchased pop up online, I sent a message. This place is sad. My roommate bought a CRV from them that had WOODSCREWS AND DRYWALL ANCHORS in the hood mount and headlight assembly. The AC compressor was shot upon further inspection as were the two front engine mounts, along with the radiator. This was all found almost immediately after purchase and they wouldnt take the car back or fix anything. This place is an absolute sham. They will flip anything for a quick buck then screw you in the long run. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Extra friendly and comfortable salesmen/owners. The buisness model is unique which was a down side to me. The cars are dirty and not ready to be drove off the lot the same day as purchase. They said we can have the car days after purchase because they have to fix it up and make it complete. Promises like: broken windshield and check engine light needs to be replaced before the test drive. The AC was also not serviced. We had to take the word of the owner that all work electrical, body and interior would all be done after we signed a purchase agreement. I was uncomfortable with the sales process. There are a lot of dealers who buy salvage titles but are the most front forward about it. (The free car fox is online) but if I didnt know how to read those id be lost and didnt get much help. We almost bought a car that was in 3 wrecks and the owner did not disclose.That said they are men of integrity after refusing to give us the deposit back they listened to our side and felt we were in the right. Therefore I would recommend them. Jusy make sure you check the car fax and make sure repairs are made before depostamd purchase a se order

My son bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 not even 6 months ago, And it was a junk car. Never ever go here. I think they buy cars that are wrecked and try to fix them up the cheapest they can. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.To your response a car should not have to come with a warranty to get a good car especially paying almost 8,000. I bought my car used and only replaced a battery. This car was junk from the beginning and I am seeking a lawyer opinion on the lemon law. It’s a 2014 with them 80,000 miles and should not have transmission problems. Period. This place is a very shady place and I should have known when I saw a wrecked car being towed into the garage. That’s when I should of walked away. With your great customer service I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt and was screwed over. Never again will I ever tell people about this crooked place. Be aware people trust me

Selling Washed Titles2 Honda CRVs in a row listed on Craigslist with a clean title. A simple VIN search produces pictures of the same cars at auction with salvage titles.

Went there yesterday to look at their selection and even though I didnt find what I wanted the salesman was very nice and Honest. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DON’T BUY A CAR HERE!!!! They will tell you that their cars have “clean” titles, but they’ve all been in accidents that are SEVERE. Titles can only be “clean” after hail damage and many of their cars were in accidents, and did not have hail damage. I took one of their cars to my mechanic and he said he couldn’t believe that people can sleep at night trying to sell cars in as bad of shape as this one. They covered up the damage on the outside of the car but didn’t fix the frame or any of the real issues that had happened from the accident this car was in. These dudes are SHADY! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! You will find something WAY BETTER!!!

Bought a car here, within 2 weeks both the fuel pump and battery broke and I had to pay out of pocket to replace. Bad customer service, promised things that were never delivered.Said nothing was wrong with the car, but keep finding new things wrong with it. Do not recommend.I believe I met the owner the day I came to get my car fixed, he was very nice when coming to jump my car after leaving when it broke again. Im willing to up my rating once I receive the title, they fix the windshield and fill my tank like they promised to include with the price of the car.

I have bought a car last week from Layal Automotive. The price of the car was the cheapest i could find in town. The staff at Layal are friendly and unlike other dealership i have been to they dont push sales. The staff will give you your own time to try out the car and also they will come check on you once in a while to see how you are doing. The staff dont make you feel uncomfortable that you have to buy something. So far i have been driving my car for a week and i have had no problem so far. The staff made it clear that if i had any problem i can always call them and they would be more than happy to assist me. Overall, i am very satisfy with my purchase and would highly recommend other people to check them out if they are buying a car.

These guys are liars and cheats. Do not buy anything from them! 3 different sales people gave me 3 entirely different stories on what happened to a specific car. The thing must have rolled off a bridge judging by what they said and their shotty work to guarentee fix it. Danger go else where If you want a car that is in reasonable shape!!

Sold me a truck knowing it had major issues. Heater core(so no heat in winter), 4wd didnt work(again horrible), tire pressure sensors bad(with bad tires), bulbs blown... said we could work things out, but phone doesnt work anymore.
