My purchasing process was good but when trying to get in contact with my salesman he wasn’t really helpful when I needed help getting my second key for my car. I was planning on purchasing a second vehicle from here but not with the same salesman because he did not take care of me when I needed him. On the other hand the service department was outstanding. Julian really took good care of me and I felt welcomed when I was dealing with him. I will definitely be doing my service with him again. My buying process was 3 stars but my service was 5 stars.

FYI guys, they mark up the Money Factor like crazy, what it means is that your monthly Lease payments can be with as much as $300 dollars higher than a dealership that doesnt mark it up, again thats $300 more every single month!! I walked in with my family and was patiently waiting for about 30 minutes to speak to a salesman. It seemed the salesman didn’t care to sell a car. They passed by us a bunch of times and made it seem like we were not there to spend money. Terrible experience did not even spend an extra minute there.

I visited this Land Rover location on 8/14 to see an Evoque or Velar as these were at the top of my list for a new vehicle. Lets just say that is no longer the case. It wasnt terrible, but definitely not great.I walked in and was not immediately greeted, but a woman eventually asked me if I needed help. I explained I was interested in leasing the Evoque/Velar... I was told they didnt have the Evoque but she sent a salesmen over to show me the Velar. He came over and spent all of 5 seconds with me before he went to help two men. (Let me know if you have questions...) He didnt even attempt to show me the car. So I went back to the woman to ask if someone was available to actually try to sell me the car/show me the features.Another young man was sent to help me. He at least asked me did I want to test drive and showed me the features. (This is of course after I asked for help again.). When we returned from test driving the Velar, he mentions showing me the Evoque. (Yes the same one two people told me they didnt have.). He took my info and was supposed to check inventory and send me a markup lease. Needless to say that didnt happen.Im not 100% sure what the issue was. I can of course guess. But Im exploring other comparable brands. Hopefully, I will have a better experience.

I had an issue with my Land Rover Discovery that another dealership was unable to fix. Not only it was immediately fixed here, but the process was also very pleasant. Communication is pretty good, this visit I worked with the same customer service rep for the entire process which helped a lot; switching agents mid visit has resulted in communication problems in the past. They were able to diagnose and address my issue in one day. Unfortunately they forgot to change the batteries in my keys which they had insisted was a no big deal issue. when I tell them they forgot, they are like well just stop in anytime and well take care of it, no appointment needed. They forget I live in NYC and I dont just pass by there on my way to the supermarket every other day. They are still better than dealing with the Manhattan dealership...

Exceptional service! First visit for my car in NJ, came in for standard maintenance on my 2014 Land Rover LR4 HSE and a couple questions about the car/some add-on features. Was kept up to date in real time about how the check up was going. When they presented the list of potential work to be done, they walked through each item and gave me honest feedback about what should be done and which areas could wait for my next trip or just continue to be monitored. Got to skip enough borderline items without feeling like I was making a mistake by holding off. AND, when it came to tire replacement, they offered to look into less expensive options than the standard recommendation and even found one for me which shaved a couple hundred off of my bill.Expensive vehicle to maintain, but it felt like I got a lot of value for the final invoice. Solidified as my go to dealership/mechanic for Land Rover.

Very interesting dealer...I stood there for 20 min while 2 other customers walked in and got help immediately. I just laughed and walked out... Im sure the receptionist was aware of the situation as I was waiting near her and asked for help. No big deal...I was not going to pick out a car today anyway...but, I think, for sure, they have highly respective greeting protocols...just that they only practice on people they want to see in particular. Weve always had a Range Rover or Jaguar in the family and change them every two or three years. This time was for a 7 seats Discovery. Land Rover sales consultant Omr Mousa and the other mangers at Englewood NJ were brilliant. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Mr Mousa answered our call to make an appointment and from there everything went smooth.He gave us better options to best for our needs, spent time and effort to satisfy our needs. I have been able to call him back with questions and has never been brushed off as our experience with other dealerships after the sell. I must emphasize, Omr demonstrated an extraordinary high level of care toward us, he has lots of patience by being helpful and pleasantly answering all our questions, including ensuring we had no other work to do once we left the dealership in offering to take care of transferring auto-insurance policy among other additional paperwork.
