I called and inquired about a vehicle and next day I get a call and the pricing is going up $1000 more finance manager is now claiming that the owner forgot to tell him that that’s his friends vehicle and they put a wrong amount for the car don’t like the start of it and will not be going with this company

Honestly, I dont know where to begin. Besides the fact that they are a great used car lot, they are even better people and I whole heartily mean that. I just moved from Cleveland and have been on the hunt for a decent used car within a low budget. I hit over 20 used car lots in the Englewood & Littleton area with absolutely no luck, all misleading ads and tactics trying to lure you in just to clear your pocket out. Out of desperation, I looked on craigslist and found a Subaru that ARC had posted. Not only was the listing accurate, it had the vin# too so I could get the carfax before even going to see it. Jett and Moe are honestly the nicest people Ive met since moving here and thats a bold statement considering theyre in the used car game. Humble, honest, hard working people simply doing the right thing. If you ever need a great vehicle on a tight budget, this place is for you. Dont waste your time as I did with other lots, they wont have anything under 5 grand that you wouldnt even want to get into. Picked up a 06 Subaru Outback from ARC for 3 grand that had a carfax value of just under 6 grand. Enough said, if you are seeking people that will help you out, these two are for you. I cant believe I didnt do this review last year. I bought a 2000 Chevy Silverado, ext cab. Very minor body damage, 156,000 miles, I only replaced the tires. I paid a very comfortable price for what has turned out to be the ABSOLUTE BEST vehicle I have ever owned. The sales people are REAL PEOPLE. No lies, no games, no tricks. Im heading there today to pick out another vehicle from them. I will, also, be taking my 2 oldest sons shopping there this year, thats how much I trust them and their service. None better. 6 days after purchase.... Wheel literally came off the damn car. $800 repair and $170 tow. Claimed they had no money to help/ has no mechanic to check out their cars or to do repairs and refused to help in any way possible. Including possibly putting me in a SAFE car. Thank God I didnt die

Moe is a great guy as well as everyone that works there, they seem to be more about having happy and returning customers rather than making a few extra bucks, very happy with the car as well, would definitely buy another from them in the future, also Jet seems to be one of the best subaru mechanics in Colorado, knew everything about every subaru on the lot.....update, just bought my second car from ARC, nothing wrong with the first one, just wanted something newer, they did so much work to this car I was amazed, runs like new, everything works and it looks great, got a great price on it too considering all the parts Moe and Jett replaced on it, they have a customer for life now
