We visited 3 separate times and each time had a great experience.These guys feel very upfront and honest, doesnt feel like a shady or super commercial dealership. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I knew exactly what I wanted and set up an appointment with Teddy. He never pressured me in to anything else and they gave me exactly the amount I was looking for on my trade in without me having to haggle with them. Micah helped me out as much as he could with my interest rate which in the end was better than what my bank was offering. A food truck pulled up while I was there and Teddy even asked if I wanted something as I was waiting for paperwork to go through. Had a great experience here! Visited with my sister to look at a Chevrolet Suburban. Ended up getting a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. We were greeted by the salesman Louis while looking at a nice Tacoma. Louis was charismatic and down to earth, real easy to talk to. Turns out the Suburban I was looking for was on hold for another customer. I was kinda disappointed by that, but Louis showed me a few other SUVs and and trucks. I really liked the Silverado and he opened it up, and I got to look around and check out the features. I drove a 2014 Chevy Express Van, which was a commercial vehicle, so all the luxury in the interior was amazing to me. We gave it a test drive. This trucks V8 really blew my van out of the water. On top of that it had everything I never knew I wanted. So I brought in my van as a trade in. The bossman Micah took a look and gave it a spin and offered me $8,500 for it. I thought that was pretty fair really because the van had some damage on it and I had installed solar panels on the roof. We agreed on $8,500, and Id remove the panels. With the solar system being worth ~$2,000. I will be getting around the $10,000 I expected for the van. Now the Silverado was $31,000 but Louis was kind enough to knock it down to around $28,000 with a 4.9% interest rate. But they knocked it down even more because when I signed the final documents with Edmund they had lowered it to 4.2%. Which beats the 4.7% I had on the vans loan. The financing was done via Capital One. I tried my 2 banks but the best they could offer me was anywhere between 4.2%-17% and USAA just straight up said no. Which was just weird because I have excellent credit. Maximum had the best deal for me, an the option to refinance in 6 months. So I took it, went home removed the solar system and returned the next day to exchange the vehicles. I miss the van, but love the truck more. I keep coming up with excuses to drive around in my new truck. Micah offered me a free car wash, Ill have to capitalize on when it stops raining. The staff was very co-operative, gregarious, and helpful. They gave me the best deal possible and had some very interesting stories to listen to. Didnt try anything shady or grimey, so I appreciate how they do business.Update: After a month of driving my new truck my battery died, unfortunately it wasnt covered by my warranty being wear and tear. But! Louis decided to cover the costs to replace the battery. Which was unexpected but hella cool, totally made my day.Update II: I had to knock em down a star cuz the brakes were in bad shape, and because thats wear n tear too, I had to replace em all out if pocket. I shoulda checked them thoroughly but I also feel the dealership should be up on the maintenance in they fleet.

As far as the deal and the process leading up to my purchase, everything was done quickly and in a professional manner while still feeling friendly and welcoming like I was talking to friends. The car I purchased which was a car I had my eyes on for a while came in great condition like I was buying it brand new from the manufacturer and any problems with the car were serviced and resolved before I left the lot making me trust the dealership and the salesman as they want us to purchase a car of great quality. I would recommend buying from this dealer if you want a great deal and a used vehicle that you can trust won’t be a lemon when you walk off the lot.

Recently purchased a car from Maximum Auto Search and absolutely loved the experience. I was able to find a great car for a great price with help from sales members Luis & Luis. They were very accommodating and were able to make the process quick and easy. In the past, Ive spent an entire Saturday at a large dealership buying a car, but at Maximum Auto Search, I came in around 5:00, was able to test drive, negotiate pricing, trade my car in, discuss financing options, and walked out the door with keys by 8:30. Their no-pressure sales model made it easy for my fiancee and I to decide what we needed without the unnecessary urgency many other dealerships will push on you. Micah and Cliff (Management) were always quick to show their customer-first business model by ensuring we were comfortable and being taken care of.

In Sept of 2020 my son needed a car and found the one he wanted here. I have had some bad experiences buying used cars (Cough Auto Nation) in the past so wasn’t sure how it this was going to go. I was very pleasantly surprised. My wife and son first went to check out the car he liked online and a few others. The salesman was very helpful in this process. They chose a car and I went back with my son to help with the rest of the process. They gave him a great deal on the car and a fair price for his trade in. I had a few demands based on past bad experiences which they worked with me on. Before it was all done an issue came up with the alarm system which they quickly diagnosed and fixed to our satisfaction and warranted it if it came up again. Overall it was a great experience and will go back next time I need a used car.

I have been a customer With Maximum Auto now for 5 years The first time we went they sold us a propane van .telling us it was a gas van .. when we went to put gas they said sorry our mistake we decided to keep the van .then went and got a Yukon denil .from them at a heavy price to find out I had to put 3000 down I put 2400 down then my next payment would be on the 30th.of the month .so the car messed up and I took it into there shop..on the 26th ..Micha the Gm told the guy not to give us the car back cause he was coming to get the last payment that wasnt even due ..WOW..it was a bad way of them doing business there garbage .hard up for money I was never late .then when I cleaned to talk to them they wouldnt even return our calls..Ive had multiple people ask where I get my cars I tell them .dont go there they stuck bad disrespect full Micha and hes stupid team ..I highly dont recommend them at Ll ..simply trash

Customer service was excellent! Today I was able to drive home with the car I had hoped for and the members at Maximum Auto Search made that possible. My sales associate Shane listened to me, didn’t push any sales on me, and was patient in my attempts to find the best fit vehicle, and the end result was with me driving away in an Outback with all of the bells and whistles and a huge happy smile.There was a moment where the dealership got busy, but the manager Bob made sure to check in and see to it that Shane took care of me and that everyone needed to help each other out on the floor.This dealership takes the time to hear you out and put you in a vehicle that you want. Mind you, Tuesday I was told by large dealership that I wouldn’t be able to flip my car without putting $5000 down and today, Saturday, Maximum Auto Search got me approved though a corporate bank with almost no money down. That’s the difference in customer service and the biggest reason why sometimes being patient definitely pays off.

Great Service, Good Deal, Ask for Charlie.Came in just as they were closing, Charlie stayed late to answer some questions. Dealership replaced transmission, tires and windshield but did not increase their price. They own a repair shop right next door. Hopefully that means they can control the quality of their repairs.Was never under any pressure to purchase this vehicle even during the test drive. Charlie was great to work with. Called and emailed with the info that I requested. Vehicle was ready when he said it would be.Painless process.Had a problem with the transmission which they had already replaced. They fixed that, no charge. Great !

I worked with Adam, great dude. Was willing to go out of his way to help me out. When it came to financing a trade-in I wasn’t able to come to an agreement with the big boss on the numbers. I was met with nothing but respect.Reason for 2 stars is the following morning I learned my credit was still being ran by creditors. 6 inquiries while I was at the dealership. 16 additional inquiries from creditors the following morning. 22 total inquiries on my credit.I was forced to lock my accounts from additional inquiries. I would recommend financing on your own and not through this dealership or only requesting that they run your credit once.

The sales staff is nice but beyond them...the others are just terrible.Ryan in finance is untrustworthy. Lied about financing options. Said certain places dont finance used cars past a certain year - yet my other car was financed by that place and its older than the cut off he mentioned. COVID might have changed those guidelines but he seemed determined to have us only use certain lenders - he also tried to push a longer loan than we asked for. I have a 750+ credit score and have never been limited on finance options.He also kept talking about his political views and made me very uncomfortable the entire time. I was worried I was being discriminated against at some points in our conversation.Additionally the car we purchased had many problems that appeared to be covered up.Thankfully my family is in a good financial situation and we were able to do the repairs needed before ultimately trading it in for a new car today.The manager asked that we call to discuss our issues but every time we called we could never get through - eventually we decided it wasnt worth our time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER - RUN FROM IT!!!If could have offered zero stars, I would have. This dealer sells cars that they purchase at auction and buff them out to look nice enough to sell. AND they will keep you on a call list and text you inquiring if you need another car until you change your phone number.I was severely pressured into purchasing a decent seeming car from them in 2016 that I only had for 2 months before I was told it needed a complete new engine. I was noticing issues with it in the first day I had it, but all calls to the manager were ignored and never returned. After having to put almost as much money into the car as I purchased it for to just keep it running for the 5 months I had it, I was thankfully finally able to trade it in and aquire an INCREDIBLE used car from Groove auto.I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO NOT GO TO MAXIMUM AUTO SEARCH. if you are in need of a quality no pressure experience buying a used car, I 1,000,000% suggest going to groove auto. I have purchased 2 cars from them in the last 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about their company.

This review is based solely off of the buying experience** I have only had the car for about 6 hours so this review does not reflect any potential issues in the future (based on the team I met today, I do not foresee there being any problems working with these guys to reach an agreement if something were to come up). Anyway, this was my first car buying experience. Keep in mind that I found the car online, did most of my own research and only went there to see the condition/test drive this specific one.Teddy (the sales agent) had reached out via text the day before, after I showed interest online. We had been texting back and forth until I arrived (the GM, Micah, also called me direct after I shot him an email - very responsive); he also sent me pictures, upon request, of the underbelly so I could see if there was any rust. I got to the lot, they were slammed but Teddy was able to come out and meet me within a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend making an appointment with this dealer because they are very busy (and for a good reason)! The car checked out and actually looked nicer than the pictures. The service from start to finish was great. I showed up, handed my license and insurance, got the keys to the car, drove it around the block, decided it was the right car for the right price, went inside, did the paperwork and left. Seamless and easy buying experience - would recommend to anyone. Teddy, Micah, John and the rest of the team were fantastic!

Bought a SUV from these guys a month later had to replace the transmission then the air ride the car was a p.o.s. Dropped all most in repair as I paid for the car. They would not help out told me “you’re on your own. Just my experience good luck if you buy from them.

I have had so many problems with this place. Today I spent hours on the phone calling the bank because they did not make the final pay off on a vehicle in time so there is interest owed. Now I have bad marks on my credit report. I brought this up to Micah the GM his response- sometimes were a bit short, its now your problem.

Bought first car back in 2015, sold me with warranty, as soon as issues start to come up with vehicle, warranty denied all claims. Got rid of warranty and got my money back, thought it was a bad warranty or something. Come back to buy another car, pick up another warranty. Now this time they give me non voidable warranty in a state of Colorado which i paid 3800. Warranty pays 3500 in its entire life of contract. They will sell you bad cars that break eventually and if you buy warranty good luck dealing with them. Will not recommend. Sales men are amazing, but whole process of buying a car from them and a warranty is a nightmare.

Overall a great experience. We found the vehicle on AutoTrader and emailed about it. Received a call back within an hour. Went and did a test drive later that day. Staff was super friendly. Went in to do the paperwork to purchase the vehicle almost a week later and same experience. So far so good on the vehicle as well. Weve been very happy with it.

Did you know they can raise your car payment even after you sign all of your papers? Yup. I purchased a car here and 14 days later when I came in to have them service my car (repair the emergency brake... seems like this should have been done before selling but that’s not even the biggest issue here.) Then Ryan called me into his office to let me know that my car payments are going to be higher than we initially agreed. He very rudely explained how it was all my fault and how they are now having to pay a fine because of me. He literally blamed me for whatever mistakes that were made along the way when processing my loan. They did not attempt to discuss this with me before hand and I had been in contact with them several times. I was unable to accept the new higher payment rate and let them know I would have to give the car back. Bob very rudely said “Give me the keys then”. I told him I need to get my belongings out of the car before I give up the keys and I asked if I could have my down payment back. He said “no, it will be a few weeks before we can process that paperwork” I went out to the car to collect my things and Bob made a huge scene and shouted at his employees to come block my car in on all sides. He stood in front of my car while I gathered my things with his arms crossed and a smug look on his face. It has humiliating. The way Ryan and Bob dealt with this situation was HIGHLY unprofessional and borderline emotional abuse. Teddy was still a wonderful salesman and the Manager Micah treated me kindly. Unfortunately the damage had already been done and what could have been a inconvenience turned into a traumatic, demeaning and emotionally intense experience. I am now without a car because of their lack of communication. Not to mention I am a frontline worker and was even wearing my scrubs as I just came on my lunch break. Their lack of respect is astonishing. This place really has potential, but as long as Bob and Ryan are employees there, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Came in to check out a couple vehicles we had seen online. We ended up buying a 15 Honda Pilot which we where leaning towards. Teddy our salesman was really helpful. Low pressure. They worked with us. We got the payoff on our trade and got the payments we were looking for. Our experience buying a vehicle was great one. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Avoid this dealership at all costs!I was sold a 2006 4Runner and was told a “113 point inspection” was done on it. Come to find out there’s a massive hold on the intake manifold, brake springs were installed on backwards, engine codes were deleted with a OBD2 scanner, and a busted catalytic converter. They sprayed the underside of the car to hide lots of rust. Suffice to say, do not trust anything they tell you about the vehicle you are purchasing. I was also told this vehicle has a timing chain that never needs to be replaced, which was NOT true. The story gets even better with the finance department. The finance guy Ryan was very condescending, called me “bud” and lied about interest rates to push me to purchase their warranty. He told me the only way to get my interest rate down was to purchase their warranty even though I have a 780 credit score. I was sold a “level 4” warranty which Ryan assured bumper to bumper coverage on, also a lie. Ryan also said that he didn’t believe that GF (full name removes my review) was killed by police, like who brings that kind of stuff up during a business transaction!? If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle here, just steer clear, the cars are double the price of what they pay for them and they perform zero maintenance on them. VERY SHADY STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

This has been a very trying experience with this place. Had issues with the hitch missing off the truck when it was on the truck in the pictures, was told by the salesman it is what it is. And that if I wasnt happy I could go somewhere else. They werent going to top off the fuel, they told me they would give me like 20 bucks for fuel then was told a second time if i wasnt happy I could go somewhere else. Finally I got them to replace to hitch. The truck had all 32 lugnuts switched to a spline locking lugnut and didnt give me the key to them let alone a spare key to the truck. They had a very bad mindset that they are the bees knees of dealerships... I would never buy from them again and will do what I can to make it known that they treat people wrong.

Luis helped me to get my Jeep wrangler limited he let me smtest drive a few cars the process was seemless once we figured out the car we wanted. He even drove my car to my house cause I came in a rental car. Was an awesome experience they have great cars and good service there. Ill be back for my other cars. I came into look at an SRT two days ago. When I called to schedule an appointment they wanted me to be pre-approved for the amount beforehand which is fine, but I had mentioned I had enough in my savings for it already so they went ahead and scheduled me. I was originally supposed to take a test drive with a guy named Luis or Louise? When I arrived a guy named Ariel took over though. When I got in the car I noticed they failed to take any pictures of how some of the interior was messed up, so I had mentioned it and Ariel said he would see if they could fix the missing side paneling, the back tint being ripped, and a headlight being out. After I went home I decided to do some more research and noticed multiple resources pointing out that the car was overpriced. After seeing other reviews it was clear I would probably have to fix the interior myself, but I still wanted the car so I decided to get pre-approval for what the resources said the car was worth. I went in yesterday to make an offer, but I asked to see the inspection report before making such a large purchase. The guy who I was originally supposed to work with came back and gave me the Carfax..... The Carfax...O.o When I told him what I wanted a second time he told me he had run across the street to get it. I waited and when he got back it looked like he had literally just asked them to write it up.. not to mention it was dated and timed for a minute before he handed it to me. He said it was because he had to print it so it changed the time on there which doesnt seem believable.. I went on to ask about something I had seen on the carfax mention a PCM being reprogrammed. When I asked about it him and his co-worker said it had to do with tire pressure and laughed in my face. I knew I should have googled it before coming in. Its the power train control module.. definitely nothing to do with tires and everything to do with software. I still made an offer though and he said no and that he wouldnt even knock off $900 and acted offended that I did my research. I even showed him all of my findings and why I felt it was fair. Im happy he said no though because it all seemed very coarse and dishonest. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would advise avoiding if at all possible.Edit: if you read my review correctly you would see that your salesman said he wouldnt even knock off $900. Actually his exact words were no. I didnt even pay that much for that car. Its listed for 37 and 9 something and I wouldnt even knock off the $900. I listed a photo of one out of 3 different pricing tools I used and kbb was on the higher end of them. Not to mention that the tool is based off of very good condition and as you can see above the car wouldnt be considered very good in kbb terms. Also your listing is right below that pricing tool for reference. I appreciate the response. Good luck with your business.

Talked to Jimmy about a Toyota 4Runner, told him I was very intent on driving the car off the lot. Told him I was driving 2.5 hours down to do so. Got there an hour earlier than expected.Jimmy then told me he had to leave for an emergency and to talk to Edmond when I got there.When I arrived I was told that they sold the car 20 minutes ago.Used car salesman being nothing but used car salesmen. Classless and terrible business, wouldn’t recommend.

Had a great experience! Staff was super friendly. Never felt pressured to buy. Manager approached me to introduce himself. Check engine light came during test drive and they got it in their shop right away to diagnose and fix the problem before I completed the buy process.

I’ll never buy a car from a dealership ever again. They told me that the car was going to be financed for four years when I went to refinance it I found out I was going to pay on it for seven years before I even got it paid off the motor acquired a crack in the block. It was a 2008 Honda Civic EX and I absolutely loved it. I cried I lost sleep I wasn’t able to eat and I couldn’t figure out what to do for about two months because of this situation. They said that they would help me but the end of the day they wanted me to come up with $2700. I hope this never happens to your mother or your daughter. There was a flaw in the motor and Honda decided to sweep it under the rug and bring them to America and sell them anyway. There was a 10 year warranty on this motor but Maxium Auto didn’t want me to know that Honda didn’t want me to know that. I had taken my car to Honda a couple of times they never said a word. All of a sudden I developed a cracked block I couldn’t make the payments on it anymore because I couldn’t make it to work it was a vicious circle. Buyer beware at Maxem auto sales they’re smooth and they don’t care about you they care about their pockets !!! FTW

I waited 4 months before writing this review. I didnt want it to be a negative review but they left me no choice.I bought my Jeep wrangler in early September and back seats were missing. They agreed to replace it and they gave me IOU paper as well. God knows how many times I called Jesus, Teddy and the service guy Kevin. They just keep stalling me. They are still looking for it. :-)Guys, Its been more than 4 months!They treat you like a king till you buy the vehicle and then just forget all about you. Their after-sales service is just terrible.MAS replied: you told the salesperson Teddy you didnt really need or care about the back seat, so my team stopped searching for one. That is absolutely NOT true, I certainly did not say anything like that. Service guy Kevin knows I keep calling him from time to time and ask whats going on and he replies were still looking for it As of today, its been almost 5 months!Update: I had to drive all the way to Denver to sort this out. The manager offered me $200 for the back seats(ebay market value is somewhere between $400 to $750) and I took it. Then I cancelled my warranty they sold me which is practically useless as the warranty did not even cover the electric issue I had with the Jeep. The whole process of cancellation of warranty took about 3 months and I finally got paid.The Jeep they sold me is not bad so far, not a major issue, Ive been driving for almost a year. So I increased my rating to 2 stars.Next time, ...well there wont be next time with these guys.

Though I didnt leave with the truck I wanted my overall experience was great. They have good selection of vehicles, including some hard to find or special edition vehicles. Even though we couldnt come to agreement, I didnt feel pressured. If the specific truck and deal popped up here. I would gladly work with them in future.

I never buy any car from them. Service is good but car is not good. Many problems and they will not coprate with you at all. Custmor service manager name Kevin not try to deal with him. They sweet on your face. But not help you at all. End up i have to spend my own money to fix my car. I recommend not buy from them.or make sure you check everything before you get in trouble.

I found a MINT used 2002 BMW at Maximum with only 63K miles on it and am 99% sure this car has never been driven in snow! It was a local, one owner car (bought new from Schomp BMW through my own research). I couldnt be happier with the car or my experience. Ive owned two Volvos in the past 18 years so Im not a car shopper at all. Brandt was very professional, polite, helpful (he even followed me to drop of my rental up the street) and even six months later he follows up with me to see how things are going. I suggest you ask for Brandt as soon as you step on the lot. This guy will take care of you!! A++
