I switched to Boost in January. I got a Samsung A21. In February, I went into the store because my side buttons werent working, my camera wouldnt open and my shutter button didnt work. I told him I couldnt take pictures and the salesman told me to do videos instead. I left out of frustration.The problems with the phone got worse so I went back in May. The salesman couldnt figure out how to set up my sd card or get a hold of samsung. Now my phone wont take pictures and the salesman told me its because I need more storage on my phone. I have only a few apps and pictures and they are all on my sd card.Im disappointed that Rudy hasnt been the help he promised he would be.

What can I say great experience at this little local owned store and played a game of chess after my upgrade was taken care of smooth fast and easy Rudy who I will now simply call dude, is just mellow and easy going

Great experience I went too a premier store thats corporate by the way about a week ago, worst experience with boost so far I will be staying small business guys from now on and this shop is just that small business guy with a big heart. Rudy the employee was happy, helpful, knowledgeable and kinda funny he played 20 questions with me and fixed all my problems this little store is great clean and always open

Omg Rudy here. Pluck yeah dang it, ok now here me out. Finding a salesman who knows anything about the actual business is rare. Rudolph here. (His nose was cold at the time happy holidays and all that) knows what hes talking about. Yeah yeah hes a total rude, arse d I c k head, buuuut he knows his sh!t. For that I will always come back.

Will not do paper work so you cant get anything here. He refused service and was so rude. A phone shop you cant buy a phone.

I really liked this store. Martha, the employee that helped me, did everything I needed and with a smile. I was paying my bill and upgrading my phone and plan. She answered my questions and gave me options. I dont usually go into a store and instead deal with making monthly payments and such online. I will go to this store in the future instead of the online non personal way Ive been doing it. Thanks Martha and thank you boost, for the great service you provide!

This is a good little mom and pop type store just enough corporate to help but just enough old school feel. I read all the reviews and yeah this place is 5 stars Jesse helped me and I found out he was the owner he was super helpful and knowledgeable what more do you people want

Place is a JOKE advertises that they open at 11AM they dont even acknowledge that considering my homeless friends mom isIs struggling already to pay her phone bill sat here till 11:30 no sign of anyone their letting customers in to pay her phone bill this boost is trash customer service is nothing to these places

Came in needing to replace nieces phone that just died today 5 PM. The guy talked us into going to Walmart to buy boost phones cheaper than in the store. I never asked for cheaper, this is what he offered at the time of sale. We left the store drove to Walmart to find the prices not cheaper and very frustrated that we have to go back. Perhaps it being close to closing time he just didnt want to take the time to set us up that same evening. This is not how you market your products by sending customers away.

The service Rudy provided was expert, prompt and fair. I found Boost had not done what was necessary for me to set up my new Motorola phone. Rudy quickly resolved the problem and, since the Company was at fault, did not charge me.

I went in and went to the mall for an hour and it was done. Only reason not 3 star, is that I had to take it back with one screw sticking out. I came back and they fixed it, no questions ask. Overall good experience.
