How to begin? We contacted Alpha and got a bid quickly. The bid was on the lower end of what 2 other groups offered. But Alpha impressed right away : office kept in touch throughout, service was immediate (despite holiday weekend), installer showed up as expected (first phone call and then right on the money on time). We had forgotten our keys but installer was kind and patient while we left to go get our keys. Our job was more problematic than expected but it didnt matter! Price was same as bid, installer was pleasant, job was awesome! We wont go anywhere else ever for any window need. They were flat out impressive.

I wish I could leave a better review, but unfortunately I cannot get anyone to return my calls. After service was rendered, I was unable to obtain a receipt or get a call back. My insurance company required this for reimbursement and now I have to eat the cost.
