Fast, reliable, professional and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I renovated our 1960s home and had DGI fabricate and install back-painted glass on our old and tired brick fireplace, back-painted glass back splash in our kitchen and back lite back-painted glass on the breakfast bar. We also had them do a glass stair railing and most importantly our frameless master bath shower and guest bath tub enclosure. We also had new bathroom mirrors and numerous full length mirrors installed through-out. We couldnt have been in better hands with all of our glass work. Thank you DGI!

Ive personally worked with Brandon Maestas over the past 4-5 years on several successful projects. Ill come to Brandon and his team with a design and he always finds a way to perfectly fabricate and install a final product that closely matches our original design intent. The attached photos hopefully convey this. DGI will always be our go-to for any sort of glass related project be it big or small - simple or complex.

Great start to the project but ultimately left disappointed. DGI provided the frameless glass for our master shower that was not made correctly. Four weeks later the glass arrived and was installed under warranty. Two weeks into the installation and the door is failing and we can no longer open our shower due to sagging. I’ve left a message for the installation manager however it has been four days and no return call. We were going to have DGI complete our other bathroom but will go with another company. The lone bright spots have been there installation leads. They’re corporate team seems to lack the sense of urgency and engagement skills you would expect from a made to order product. There are more thorough companies out there if you are looking for glass and if you value company engagement and timely resolution I would stay away from DGI.

With the help of Denver Glass Interiors, I was able to update my bathroom. And I absolutely love it! The installers were in and out in no time at all. And even cleaned up before they left. White glove service all the way. I love these guys!

Denver Glass did my master Bath shower glass enclosure as part of the remodel. The glass enclosure is just beautiful and they were great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a Moltin chair mat from Denver Glass. First the ease of ordering and customer service was superior. I received the mat in a short period of time and in perfect condition. I am upgrading a home office and the mat is a great addition. It is durable and actually makes sitting in the office for hours more comfortable and flexible. I would highly recommend Denver Glass and Moltin .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I recently ordered a shower door from DGI. They called and scheduled an installation date of 4/7. I took half a day off of work to accommodate the installation. I had to call DGI mid afternoon to see where they were and they Marcus informed me that he had rescheduled the installation for 4/20. When I asked why he said that I had called him and asked to reschedule because the 20th was more convenient for me. I told him that I had not made that phone call nor would I as I was listing my home for sale and the 20th would be too late. He said he had his notes in front of him so clearly he was right and I was lying and I just had to wait until the 20th. Dana, the manager called me the next day and was VERY rude. Said he would have to pull a crew off another job and they would be at my house on the 14th by 9AM. I said I was not able to get off of work that day. He said it was no wonder that they had such an issue in scheduling this installation. I hung up and called home depot (I had gone to them for this work and they used DGI) and cancelled this order. There are too many companies out there - you dont have to put up with being accused of lying and treated with such a lack of respect..

I’ve been in the market for a home office chair mat for a couple months as my plastic mat continued to crack. I was referred to Denver Glass Interiors by a neighbor and I purchased the Moltin mat and couldn’t be more satisfied! My chair effortlessly slides across the the mat without any issues and the glass does not crack. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a chair mat.

We just had our new shower enclosure installed by Josh and Marcos. We wanted to acknowledge what a fine job they did! They were on time, polite, efficient, explained what they did and how to maintain the shower enclosure. We appreciate a job well done! They are two good guys 👍

The place has it all! Custom pieces, hard to find pieces, anything you scribbled up on paper idea pieces. Great customer service and all around the place your looking for. Joe V in sales is great! The ladies at the front desk are knowledgeable and attentive.

It took them three visits before they got the right measurements correct . Then after the shower was installed it leaks at least a cup of water every time you use the shower. The glass warranty is not up to promise. It’s suppose to not have soap build up or water spots and it has both. It has water spots and lots of soap scrubs and is not clear at all. After speaking with another installer they explained a strip was installed to cover up the fact the glass was not install correctly but it did not fix the leak problem. I’m very unsatisfied with this product I cant I spent this much money to become an unhappy customer. I would not recommend this product.

I have been in twice to look at cabinet glass per the recommendation from my builder and could not get anyone to help me. When I called to ask how to best get help I was told they are walk-in only and the only thing she could recommend to me was to come in a third time. I said I was reluctant to do so having not gotten any help after driving across town twice before to which she responded well good luck then and hung up. Great service folks...

DGI was great to work with! The rep Paul Bennett went so far above and beyond to make my small job work out. I mention it was a small job because he treated it as if it was a multi million dollar project. Highly recommend them for any of your glass needs.

Phoned in early morning to get ball park quote on shower glass before requesting a site visit and them taking their own measurements and giving firm quote. We have quotes from two other firms, one 50% higher than another. Sent measurements mid morning and called to discuss the project. Was told a quote would be a few hours. Followed up by email in afternoon. No response. Followed up by phone - will get a quote to you in the morning. Now afternoon, well use another firm.

After 2 weeks and 2 phone calls, we’re still waiting for an official quote! It’s frustrating that you want to buy, but no one will let you!We’ve used them in the past and they do great work but it looks like we’ll have to use a competitor! Business must be too good ! I’m not sure why they would send a sales guy out to measure if they are going to do anything with it .

Caution ... proceed at your own risk. Read some of the other negative reviews closely - given my experience, theres likely truth within them.My horror show:5 shower enclosures7 months and project is still not completed2 installation appointments (thus far)800 dollars worth of tile damage3 out of 4 guest bathroom walls damaged1 towel rack pulled from the wall2 screws left in the shower after installation5 messes left after installation, which required cleaning up1 VP of sales (who Ive been put in touch with because of the ongoing delays/problems ... who has since gone radio silent)0 clue when the project will be doneADD all of the above together ...TOTAL: $36,000+ ... yes that cost is correct (the initial quote was $78,000 - no joke! I had to modify the enclosure sizes to get this price).Whats most appalling is their website, which states, and I quote: dedicated to providing IMPECCABLE service ... has an outstanding reputation for PRECISION ... and a SUPERIOR customer service experience.Really!Granted, although most of the delay was from the manufacturer, coastal shower doors (which theyve since terminated their association with) ... I still wouldnt describe a project time of 7 months, and counting (promised time frame was 8-12 weeks), at least 3 appointments to fully install and complete my project, tile damage from errant drilling during installation, careless damage to the walls, damage to bath hardware and not cleaning up after themselves neither PRECISE nor IMPECCABLE SERVICE. Also, the fact that I havent heard back from anyone at DGI since my last failed complete installation, AND despite sending email correspondence to both my initial sales associate as well as the VP of sales 5 days ago inquiring when they will finish the project, in my opinion, does not qualify as SUPERIOR customer service. As of this writing, I still have no idea when someone will be back to finish the project.So for those of you contemplating using this company, please use my story as a cautionary tale. I certainly do realize there are plenty of satisfied customers (given some of the other reviews) ... sadly, Im just not part of that group.Any company can think theyre great, especially when theyre selling themselves to potential customers. To me, however, the true character of a company is what they do, when something doesnt go as planned. Anyone can claim whatever they want about themselves on their own website, especially in non-quantitative terms. With these guys, at a minimum, I would strongly encourage them to rethink their self description.

Excellent customer service, DGI and the staff did not stop working until I was 100% satisfied. Kindra and Chris were more than helpful. A good company with a great selection. I definitely recommend DGI.

Warning semi-frameless is fully framed with only the edge of the door unframed. Plus ordered bushed bronze and got brushed satin, they won’t correct. Now I have a shower door that costs over $1800 that I hate and have to have someone else replace

These guys are magicians and know exactly how to work with glass to realize a vision that lasts. they made a frameless shower that is glass on 2 sides for me where the glass door closes onto another glass edge and after 7 years of installation, the very tight gap between the heavy door and the fixed glass is exactly the same top and bottom. i had expected it to need adjusting, but their installation is flawless. they know what theyre doing.

Really impressed with this company! After undergoing a major remodel to my home, this company was one of the only ones out there who made it extremely easy to work with! No problems, whatsoever. I called. Salesperson picked up right away. Took my order and measurements over the phone. Installer showed up a week later to install the custom made shower door. Quality of workmanship was absolutely perfect! So happy that we went with them!! Highly recommend!

I have been using DGI for years on projects due to their quality of materials and workmanship. Recently, I had a tough customer and Brandon went above and beyond and stepped in to help the customer with their concerns. He and DGI took time out of their busy schedules to make sure the customer was taken care of.

They did a shower glass install for a master bedroom for us. Turned out well. Having them do some mirror work for us as well.

The person who answered the phone was so rude. She didn’t even want to help me. How hard is it get the price on two glass tops 1/4” with polished edges for two cabinets? Jeez. Don’t work there if you refuse to help people out.

Lost a client because of these guys, been waiting to hear about a mirror I ordered last year, lost my order after a month, there measurements arent quite right Ive had to order twice because of wrong measurements. 👎

This has been over a 30 day process! From an email sent to DL. President in charge! Charging my deposit of $1,250. Three weeks ago with no communication. I Called to get information twice. The last person acted put out and transfered me to a machine to leave a message and just hung up . Sad thing is this is the company that fired me when my doctor gave them a note after 10 to 12 years. They did agree to give me a refund! As of today. So this process will end when that is received! Sad

Everything was great except the 5 to 6 week delivery time. The guy who measured my shower told me 3 weeks was typical. DGI was extremely busy however, the service is first rate, the product is first rate. If it wasnt for the mixup in wait times, I would of given them 5 stars. I will use them for my basement project and would reccomend them to anyone.

And inspiring as we chose the perfect size and finish for our frameless shower enclosure.As scheduled, 3 young men arrived on time to do the installation. Again, professional and efficient. They wore shoe covers and brought a drop cloth, all of which we were planning to provide anyway.They gave us suggestions as to maintenance which is appreciated.
