Brandon and the team at JRB did a great job in replacing a large, 50 foot wall of windows for us at our dealership. They performed the job in a very timely manner, on budget, and worked through some of the errors done in the original construction in a very effective manner, while still making sure we got a great result in the end! The team did part of the job during retail business hours, and made sure to keep noise and the effect on our staff and customers to a minimum and interacted with both staff and customers very well. We are very pleased with the project and impact it had on our energy and efficiency, and look forward to doing business with JRB again in the future!

The J R Butler window repair team who took care of our window repairs were simply impressive – there is no other way to describe them. Brandon, Aaron, Mark and Juan worked on the windows in our home for over 10 weeks – daily - excluding weekends and holidays.In all that time we found them to be respectful, conscientious, hardworking, thorough and expert window repair contractors. They all demonstrated an exemplary work ethic, they never seemed to take breaks other than short lunch breaks, they always came in on time, and they never went anywhere in our home without asking permission first. They were always sensitive to our needs and to our living habits as well as our need to keep our home as clean as possible while their work was going on.Brandon who headed up the repair team was very proactive in testing and checking for leaks and then carrying out effective repairs that would hopefully stand the test of time. He clearly believed in leading by example, and humor was an effective tool he deployed – a harder working, more effective team leader would be hard to find. He also ensured that he kept detailed records of all the problems he found and he communicated effectively with all concerned parties.Their Project Manager Aaron Edwards was clearly very knowledgeable about the exterior curtain wall window systems in our home, (as were his team) and it was he who personally selected all four individuals who worked in our home – for which we cannot thank him enough. Aaron made it a point to come in daily as many times as necessary to check on his team’s progress as well as to give and receive our feedback, and when it came time to water test the repairs, he was there with his team every step of the way.In several instances the team went above and beyond the call of duty. One such instance was when they came up with a method for converting the system to an exterior glazed system to eliminate the need to remove the interior cladding and take down the window coverings. The team was completely focused on solving any problems and unanticipated challenges.Due to the fact that the J R Butler team who worked in our home were such excellent individuals who were so professional in their work and so amenable in their demeanour, we never experienced the stress that homeowners normally experience when they have contractors in their homes for any lengthy period of time. These men were all family men who behaved in a mature and professional manner and we were glad to get to know each one of them on a more personal basis over the time they spent in our home. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and for being so thorough and expert – not to mention for being such thoroughly nice people.

Well, not only did they find a solution, they continued to make improvements to the building during the installation for a perfect fit and finish in sub-zero weather. These guys are perfectionists! They are nothing less than professional... HIGHLY recommended!

January 26th - I was cut off by your company Toyota Tacoma then flipped off & yelled at by your balding driver in Boulder. Is this the type of people who you hire JRB Service? Unacceptable. Ive always heard this company over estimated by $$$ thousands for their customers. Would never recommend!

Super fast, repairs expertly done and their guys even held doors open and interacted wonderfully with my customers!
