Let me start by saying I am in my 50s and I was a little insecure about going to have a hearing test. Needless to say, I cant thank Dr. Crosby enough. She ( and her staff) put me at ease and were patient with me while I grasped needing hearing aids. I love them! What a difference they have made. I engage comfortably in conversation and rarely miss any of what is being said (on the tv or the phone!). I highly recommend Advanced Hearing Solutions.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for today. Upon arrival I’m told by Mike that I don’t have an appointment because they are not in-network. I never received a call from Mike telling me that he canceled my appointment. Thanks Mike🙁

I have been going to Dr. Crosby for about 5 years & I have to say she is utterly awesome! With my oddball ears she was able to fit me into a pair of hearing aids that are comfortable & work well. She also gave me the best hearing tests I ever had.She also has a great group of people in her office, Mike always makes me laugh & Renee keeps my aids working in tip-top shape. I just recently started working with Rob, the new hearing specialist in their office.If you are looking to hear well again, go see Dr. Noel!

Dr. Noel and staff were excellent. Severe ear wax in both ears, Dr.Noel patiently and carringly removed the build up. Will be returning for regular checkups. Highly recommend.

I am feeling so blessed, Dr. Noel has worked for me since 2015. I moved to FL from MI and my family set an appointment with Advanced Hearing solutions, my world has become so amazing. I have menieres disease, over 30 years ago I had several surgeries, and too eliminate vertigo and hopefully save some of my hearing on the right side. I no longer had vertigo but minimal hearing. I was fitted with my crossover hearing aids. Hearing only on my left side. I contracted West Nile virus in 2007, the vertigo and hearing loss (menieres disease) now my left side. DR. Crosby has been so amazing, I have several new add-ons that help me hear on the phone, the tv, and a microphone for one-on-one. With a hearing test in January 2018, she found some hearing on the right side and decided to try a different approach. I now have hearing aids on both ears. It is a miracle, I am hearing on both sides, I have not heard a thing on my right in 30+years!! Prayers work, the entire office is compassionate, driven...to improve your quality of life.I am so greatful.
