Dr. Bega and her staff are always wonderful. My hearing is much, much better since I started going to Dr. Bega. She is always on time or early and she makes sure my hearing aids are clean and are working correctly. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs hearing aids.

Awesome! I live next door and walked in. Pam offered me a same day appointment. I scheduled for 2 days later. Pam answered all my questions. Went to my appointment again Pam greeted me. Had a short wait. The audiologist was awesome. I definitely recommend them.

My mom has Alzheimers and Dr. Chelsea is so wonderful with her. It is one of the few doctors that my mom is not afraid to go see. I would recommend again and again!

I called 5 other places and got voicemail at each. Hearing HealthCare answered on the first call and scheduled me the next day for some new molded concert ear plugs. They we delivered on schedule and fit great.

I woke up one morning and found that I could no longer live with not hearing the world I live in. My husband speaking to me and me asking What two three times just hear correctly what the poor man was saying. I have missed so much of life just because I couldnt hear! And you dont even realize the extent of your loss until you husband roles his eyes out of frustrating. I am being transparent so that others can come along on this amazing journey of change. I had driven by the Hearing Healthcare Center several times and finally decided to contact them. I set an appointment for the following week. Parking is great, right next to the office and on street parking as well. When I walked in, I was met by Pam, the nicest front office assistant you could meet. Then Chelsea walked me back to her office and we discussed my hearing issues, did a hearing test to see what areas needed improvement, then went over my hearing options. I was amazed at the options! I selected the lower level of the top tier (because it has bluetooth) of hearing aids. She then customized the color to my hair so that it would be less obvious. I really didnt care if people knew but now that I have them, I find that its nice to hear and not have everyone know that I am wearing hearing assisting devises. My hearing aids are so comfortable that I forget they are in my ears and go to sleep with them on. LOL. My aids are the rechargeable type, love, and they charge really fast and I have a charge all day even when listening to music most of the day. If I forget to charge them over night, I can charge them the next morning and have almost a complete charge in two hours. This has truly been a life changing decision. At first, I thought the cost would be off putting but they have payment plans and assist where ever they can, its doable, dont give up on life. When I take my aids out of my ears, it sounds like I have earmuffs on and everything is hollow and muted. I put them in and I can hear birds and people breathing! I know thats strange but its WOW! I can hear! Amazing...I can not recommend this office more. They are family now. They have changed my life (and my families). Thank you, Pam Pearce and Chelsea Bega! Thank you.

The appointment went smoothly and there wasnt any wait. All in the first visit- they allotted time for the meeting of my daughter for an initial consultation and hearing test, to also fitting our adopted hearing aid and programming it for my daughter to fit her needs. We left appointment with her hearing loss corrected (for the first time since 2013) by immediate use of her hearing aid! Thank you!
