Wonderful experience at Miracle Ear today. We are here from New York State and my husband lost his cleaning brush for his hearing aids. The wax buildup was preventing him from hearing well. I am relatively new to area and was pleased to find a place in Englewood. I am totally impressed with the staff and facilities. Sandy and Lisa are great caring folk with sunny dispositions. They are taking all precautions in regard to the virus pandemic. They readily respond to my issues and phone contacts. I highly recommend this Miracle Ear location without reservation.

My sister bought her Miracle Ear hearing aids with the help of Lisa and I was very impressed as I walked through the process with her. Lisa is knowledgeable, compassionate, and makes every attempt to maximize the potential for her customers. My sister had previously worn a different brand for five years with unsatisfactory results. She is able to hear much better even after a short while Lisa will continue to work with her to maximize her hearing experience. This is a process that happens over a few months which other providers do not necessarily explain. I highly recommend Lisa and Miracle Ear. If you go to a different Miracle Ear store be sure there is a hearing specialist available as a consultant. It really does make a difference!

We saw Lisa Eggers when we arrived. We were so pleased with Lisas personality. She was extremely knowledgeable for our specific needs as my husband is 80% deaf in both ears. She was able to find a perfect fit that others told us we could not have. She also has a tremendous sense of humor which makes for a very comfortable visit. I would highly recommend her and look forward to our next visit for adjustments.

Had my first, BC-HIS who performed a hearing evaluation on me.I knew I was going to fail pretty badly and, sure enough, I did. Lisa explained in great detail and in easy-to-understand verbiage exactly what I was going through and did everything BUT try to sell me hearing instruments. Since seeing her, I have been weighing her words and my inclination is to just bite the bullet and get hearing aids .... a tough step for me.I couldnt have loved my visit more and am looking forward to my next appointment with Lisa on Wednesday, 2/14/18, at which time I will have another evaluation and make my decision.

I took my 101 year old mother-in-law for an appointment to get her hearing aids fixed. Lisa was very helpful. She showed my mother-in-law how to use her aids, how to check if the batteries were good/bad, how to make background noise softer, and how to put them in and out. She also fixed the aids so she could hear.better. Lisa took her time with my mother-in-law. We were very impressed with the help we got. Lisa was excellent!

I bought my hearing aids in Woodstown, NJ and was very disappointed with that experience. They, at first, seemed knowledgeable but after returning several times to get adjustments, I realized they did not know what they were doing. When I returned to Florida for the winter I went to the Englewood Miracle Ear and was pleasantly greeted and Lisa Eggers made several corrections to my aids and instructed me on what had not been done correctly, or not at all, in New Jersey.I feel very confident in Lisa and her skills and would highly recommend the Englewood Miracle Ear.

Lisa Eggers of the Englewood office did a excellent job explaining and follow up with me to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with the functions and that I was satisfied with the quality of sound. im still learning some of the functions available but Im very comfortable wearing the aids and the different settings available for different sound conditions.
