This is by far the friendliest most professional storage facility in Bergen county. The staff is extremely helpful the facilities are always clean and well lit. A definitely recommendation for anyone in the market for reliable storage.

Im glad I chose Life Storage. Manny at customer service took the time to answer all of my questions and was efficient in providing me with their new customer kit. LS also has convenient and flexible times to access the unit. The only small issue I have sometimes is getting the entrance code right. Other than that, it was the best choice.

In a rush to find a storage solution after a house fire, I met Manuel, the manager at Life Storage 731 in Englewood, NJ. He went out of his way to explain options, show me around, and give helpful advice. An hour later we rented a space in this facility (which is very tidy and clean by the way). The Associate Manager, Manuel Guzman, was terrific. He explained everything clearly, showed me around, and the price was very reasonable with no hidden charges. This was my first time using a storage facility and frankly, was surprised at the variety of unit sizes available and how spotlessly clean everything was. The experience couldnt have been better to which I give Manuel full credit!

Life Storage is a great place to store personal belongings if you can afford it.

Overall good experience. Units are expensive but pretty much in line with other storage places in the area. Move in was easy and quick, and moving out even more so. Cleanliness again seemed pretty standard. Its a convenient spot if you live in Brownstones/Sheffield/Vivian and need extra space.

Normally I would not say much about a storage facility but this facility has an extraordinary team that is sure to run everything with care and professionalism. Katrina extended extraordinary customer service to me making things so simple for me. I am a medical rep who receives many deliveries and this team including Felicia and Jose make you feel like you are in competent hands! Awesome customer service and a friendly warm tone from Katrina also did not go unappreciated. Bravo!

If youre looking for a place to store some things, this is definitely the place to go! The storage units have a good amount of space and the area is kept clean and organized. My experience with the employees was above and beyond. In particular, Manuel, provided much insight in his work and was overall a pleasant person to work with. He showed excellent customer service, and made me extremely comfortable and want to come back again. I look forward to doing more business with them.

Havent used it yet but I walked in inquiring services and prices and the person at the front desk resolved all my questions and even showed me most of the storage sizes in the premises. If needing storage definitely will use them!

Excellent facility! 24 hour access available. Temperature controlled units available. Gated entrance and elevator access. The staff was incredibly accommodating and polite and friendly to work with! I originally had an Extra Space storage unit and the elevators were breaking and my code wasnt working the first two days I got my unit. Uncle Bobs storage worked great without a problem.
