My husband has a storage unit here. Its a small unit, but pretty expensive. And they dont allow 24hr access. Plus it was weird when we were unloading our stuff into the unit two of the employees drove the golf cart over and basically watched us as we were putting everything into our storage unit. I felt like they were scoping out our things. They literally drove over a few minutes after we parked, parked caddy corner to where we were and sat and watched us until we locked up and left to get another load. Then when we came back one guy came over and sat near us then when we left he went over and pulled on the lock checking it and putting a sticker on it for some reason. I dunno it really weirded me out.

Salesman didnt care about the sale. Ran through his high priced sales pitch fast and monotone. The prices are more than twice as high as the place I settled on. No climate controlled units for the ridiculous monthly rent either. No thanks!!!

Management getting a little overboard. On rules that do not even exist. The company in general is good but wont step up when needed.

Mike was great. Waited to take his lunch waiting for me to show up to pay my bill. It’s nice to have someone go out of their way for a customer

Excellent interpersonal skills

Mike was a great help to me. I was looking to move into another storage unit. Within days Mike called me to ask if I wanted what had just come available, but it wasnt the size we were looking for. He just wanted to make sure and gave use the option to take the one that just opened. When the size we needed came available, he call. Then right before he were going to switch units we decided that we would just stay in the ine we were already in. Mike, was fine with it. Since Mike has come to this store Ive never had a bad experience. Nice to have such a pleasant person ar this store again!!!Unit 1375

I had a wonderful experience at Cube Smart, the agent was kind, friendly, and very helpful. He even found a more accessible locker for my belongings, due to a physical need. I would recommend this place to anyone. I did not understand that insurance would be required, but that may have been because I did not fully read the information.

Perfect location. Was probably the only location in the city with units that suited my needs at low and reasonable prices. Worked with Mike to get a great unit. Very happy with what I got too, didnt feel rushed or pressured, and he did his best to make sure I saved time and money as well.UPDATE: Mike has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Very friendly. I was in a hurry to sign the paperwork for a new unit, and leave. Mike was very helpful and friendly. There was two other customers in the office when I was there and he did an excellent job help on getting all of us without being rude or ignoring anyone. So far very happy with the customer service, price, and cleanliness of location. Would recommend over public storage, cheaper and more friendly.

The management change the code to the building and didnt send email to let me know. Couldnt physically get ahold of them to get the code and the call center even was unsuccessful in reaching the employees to get the code. Very irritated!

The front desk folks were friendly and helpful in informing me what the requirements are. No issues, no weather damage, storage was in decent shape and clean.

Easy process of getting a storage unit and great customer service.

The location is great and the area is maintained immaculately. Every employee I’ve dealt with has been so helpful. I was given several options and have somewhat unique storage needs and they were able to help me figure out exactly what I needed. No one ever tried to push me one way or another, they were simply interested in making sure my needs were met within my budget.

Since day one, I have had a great experience with this CubeSmart location. I sent in a request online for a 20 x 20 unit and received a response back pretty much immediately from Christopher about next steps.Getting the unit (2 10x20 units in this case) was a breeze and Christopher made the whole process easy and seamless. Not only are the units clean and secure, but the customer service has been top notch.I cant say enough nice things about Christopher -- he brought us waters when we were moving in and is always up for a quick hello or a friendly chat. I recently needed to downsize from those two units to just one. There was some miscommunication/misunderstanding on both ends about whether this was possible, but Christopher and the rest of the team went above and beyond to work with me to make this happen.I have experienced nothing but professionalism and great customer service, and feel like we are in good hands. Mike was helpful and showed me a few different units after the original one was not going to work. I ended up needing a unit closer to my house and CubeSmart allowed me to move to another facility without a hassle so I really appreciate that level of service.

Storage rental prices are high everywhere so I cant really compare Cube Smart to other storage facilities in that area, but as far as their customer service goes they are the best in my opinion! The employees are consistently helpful and friendly and will often go out of their way to help me. Debora in particular has been wonderful! When businesses and their employees take care of their customers, that company will always get my business.

Mike from Cube Smart was very professional and had good communication setting up a time to come in and check out a unit.. The process to rent the storage was very informative, yet didnt take too much time.

Quick, professional, and personable. Julie and Jasmine were very helpful and courteous. I only needed the space for one month and they made everything easy for me to be in and out on time and all for a minimal cost. Just be sure to get out before the gate gets locked down at 10pm!

They rope you in with a discounted internet price then charge you a $26 administrative fee when you get there then you have to buy one of their lockswhich is $18, complete rip-off Uhauls is $10. then they provide you a gate code but when you go to enter and it doesnt work. Went in expecting to pay 76 for unit walk out paying 139

If you want more please give me $25 for my time.

Really nice experience. Jasmin was very good giving us the proper information and great rate - even though our stuff is only going to be there about one month, you still get the first month free! They were also proactive contacting us when necessary when our mover showed up about a week later with some misplaced items they found on their truck. It is very important to have a staff member there on the premises to be available when something unanticipated happens as we were coordinating a mover, our availability and a subsequent truck to take the stuff to another destination. I would definitely look for a CubeSmart if I ever needed storage services again.

The reason I got my storage was for my belongings to be more secure. I left after visiting my storage space at 1015a.m. the other day. Updated: After dealing with them since April 6th, could not get in contact with any office personnel for 2 weeks of calling and stopping by to discuss an issue with rain gutter above unit. Doors are horrible to open and close and we were told that theyre just old and theres not much they can do but give them some lube, which didnt really help much. Finally was able to switch to a new unit on April 20th and was told my payments would be due on the 20th since it was a new contract, but everything else would remain the same (monthly payment amount, etc). Only to be called on May 10th stating my payment was late. I reminded him that it was supposed to be switched and was told it would be fixed. Went in to pay today, May 19 and was told my monthly payment amount was $60 more than originally quoted and that the amount had gone up since last month. I refused to pay that amount until I spoke with a manager and was told to call 800 number. Called the 800# and was told she couldnt help me, but would send a note to the district manager to get back to me and in the meantime, Im locked out of my unit and cant get my stuff! I would not recommend doing business with them if you intend to store stuff you actually want to keep in there!

This place is rediculous. For the first week and a half over Christmas my door came off the track... 80% OFF and it would not close or lock but dangled instead. The managers all had no problem with this. I couldnt access my stuff but they assured me that if anything gets stolen, the insurance will cover it... really? Next they offered me to move everything out and into another unit. Thats it. All the managers all yelled at me for getting upset and said too bad they offered me to move... it was unlocked for over a week. Do not trust this place. Your stuff is not safe. Want to hear the phone calls from the pathetic district Manager telling me too damn bad and to get out? Contact me!
