This storage facility does its best to resolve any issues that clients may have, thanks to the efforts of Kurt, who truly seems to care about those of us who rent a unit here...kudos to him--he is a professional through and through. Santana could learn some lessons in dealing with the public from this guy, especially those of us who are handicapped/mobility impaired. Thank you, Kurt. I believe you truly care about our needs. :)

Its a storage facility and, like all other Public Storage facilities, you store things here. Customer Service is about on par and the prices vary depending upon the season. Not much to review. 3 stars - its just ok.

This location has a history of theft of units. Mine personally twice now. The 1st one was obviously a break-in however the 2nd time, not so much. Trust and believe its now under investigation. . .

Curt and Santana are both amazing! grounds are always clean, they are both always willing to help and have great customer service. Nearly every time i pull in they are cleaning something up, checking the grounds and will always waive at me. Both are very respectful and do an all around amazing job. I feel very safe keeping my stuff here knowing how good they monitor the place

Celia has been great . She is very polite to my wife and I when ever we ask a question. Very knowledgeable about her location and locations around her . Keeps a very nice clean site and units . Always happy to help where she can . Bathroom is very clean, not a common thing at storage places. Always look forward to seeiing her when we come to move stuff around .

I was looking for a storage facility that was closer to my fathers current residence. The location of 4550 S. Federal seemed to be perfect. You should know that without Charlotte’s patience & incredible customer service I would be pulling out my hair by now! The service I received from Charlotte was more than 5stars. She answer all of my questions in detail & in a way that I understood. She was Awesome in her details, listening to our needs & took great care of the situation.

Very unfriendly never went in and lady came out and told cant park in shade on public st. Half block from centennial lake stay away !!!!!!

I like this place. I just moved my storage stuff here last month. I especially like the friendliness and helpfulness of Kurt there. There is a woman who works there too, so answered my call a couple time when I was first getting settled, and she was not helpful! I thought about leaving because of here. When I explained why I was calling (I was waiting to hear if a new lock had been cut for me), she behaved as if I was bothering her - she didnt respond when I finished talking, just silence until I asked hello, are you still there?, and then told me it wasnt cut yet. Waited for Kurt to come back in a couple days later and he told me it had indeed already been cut by the time I had spoken to her. I cant remember her name, but avoid her if you can. Kurt is the man! Thanks for all your help Kurt!

Rented storage from dallas to oklahoma and now colorado and i will say this is the most friendly staff who makes small talk and let me know i was the only cowboys fan in town lol they also have easy access and pest free

Dont rent here. The manager stole my credit card number when my wife called the payment in and put me on auto pay. She tried to trick me twice into it too. They are never in the office and never answer the phone. Nothing but a rip off since day 1. Reporting you to the police, corporate and BBB.

Sherrie was extremely helpful to my husband and I. We just moved here & just needed to store some small items. I got a call from her right after my reservation, came in & was taken care of immediately. So friendly & welcoming. Very good storage facility. Long-distance, online payments are easy. The price quoted online, however, does not include mandatory insurance. The correct lock for these units is also mandatory and an additional fee.

I love to leave reviews for exceptional service. There are plenty of opportunities to leave reviews for mediocre service or average service but I love to leave reviews when my service is so exceptional that you cant even resist. Celia hands down is the best in the business . I have had storage units in Utah before but this is my first one in Colorado and I will never have another one anywhere else unless she leaves. She did everything that she said she was going to do she showed me the units and the price was exactly perfect for my budget with easy access to the street plenty of lighting and excellent security.

My experience at this Public Storage has been the best. Celia has been great, awesome customer service. She’s very knowledgeable about the process and has helped with all my moving needs. Had to get a storage last minute. I thought it was going to get stressful and be expensive. But not with public Storage. I spoke with Steven and he was great to deal with. Very nice and helpful and made it a walk in the park getting in my storage. Wouldnt choose anywhere else after six a wonderful experience. Clean and very well lit up. Definitely would recommend.

I scheduled a reservation online. Upon my arrival at the 4550 S. Federal Blvd. location I was greeted by a Manager by the name Celia, she was friendly, courteous and made me feel welcome. She did a great job at helping me find a storage unit (10×15) that fit my needs. Awesome customer service experience.

Robin the manager was great and the whole process was super easy and clear. The facility was clean and tidy as well.

Went to this facility about a week ago to find out information for a friend, was very impressed. Facility was very clean and had security monitoring was greeted by Celia the manager who very informative about the units and packing my things. Some how bats got into the place.

While the previous person we worked with, I believe her name was Chris, was fantastic. I am beyond unsettled with the attitudes and unwillingness to help from Lindsay. We have used their services for just about 2 years, called and Lindsay was unwilling to help us. Jumped down our necks about how it’d be $40 for our request and blatantly lied about how we had to go in to make any changes.Little be known, calling the call center back I was able to complete what I needed online and they guided me through the process.The people manning the front desk need training and an attitude check as she was completely rude and didn’t do her job.

I am a former public storage customer. I stopped by this office because your manager Anastasia has always given us great service in the past. And I was not disappointed again. She has wonderful customer service skills and is a joy to work with. I fully trust leaving my belongings in the hands of public storage because of this amazing employee. It is hard to.get good service these days but Anastasia does not disappoint.Vparnes

I had my basement flood and had to move out 21 years of my life in 3 days. They had me set up to move in in less than and hour while things at home were being loaded I already had my keys in my hand for my unit. Reasonable pricing and wonderful people. They even followed up a few weeks after move in to see if I had any concerns. The unit is clean and accessible. I highly recommend this location and business.

Weve had our storage unit for 2 days now and so far everything has been great! I would recommend bringing a floor mat because the floors are slippery if its snowing or raining. Christine was a great help and really friendly!

I was sharing a unit with a friend who didnt pay the monthly fee and didnt tell me until 25 days later. I paid off the storage unit + late fees and Celia worked with me to get into a smaller unit with a promotional first month price that will cost me approximately the same p/month as I was paying to split the larger unit.I very much appreciate their service and understanding in helping me get into a better situation where Im not dependent upon others.

I am a first time renter on a storage unit so I had a lot of questions and concerns. I was able to get the majority of my questions answered online. When I found enough info online I scheduled a unit online. I came in on a Sunday, early, and Christine was there to help answer my remaining questions and show me the unit etc. I was sold. The paperwork was painless and the site is easy to access. I couldnt have asked for a better first time renter experience. thank you Christine for making everything so smooth and painless!!!

Ashley was very helpful in getting me into the right size storage area and going thru the paperwork. I have used this location before and found it easy to get into and store my things. The security gate and the fact that they do patrol the area a few times a day just to make sure nothing out of the ordinary is going on helps. I recommend this location.

Alisha is always so friendly and helpful! I come to my unit almost once a day and go into the office just to say hi. I would strongly recommend this facility to everyone and would recommend asking for Alisha. The facility is also always very clean.

Clean functioning facility, but unwelcoming staff. Very angry looking everytime I see them. Other than the staff being grumps the place isnt bad at all. Update: first time paying my bill with the bank card someone at the facility charged the card for an extra month probably to take the cash from register. Nobody knows how it got charged. Seeking new storage

Great customer service, Vanessa help me to find an adequate room for my things, she explained me how the payment system work, and offered me insurance. She was very nice, and pleasant through the whole process. I recommend this place.
