When I decided to move I had someone move all my things to keep into a storage unit, I am pretty much of a hoarder, and needed to get everything out of my apartment so that I could think and organize. I already had a unit, but we needed an additional one. I called and it was arranged, he sold me a lock and even programmed it as asked, and the people were able to keep working without a moment lost.The office person is absolutely fabulous! When I first rented the unit he was extremely helpful, and again this time. I signed everything through email and it was seamless and very fast. I absolutely love the storage area. It is very close to home, very accessible, and the people are very helpful.

I love my storage unit! I couldnt live without it. They had a wide variety of sizes that worked perfectly for my needs. The load-in area was very easily accessible. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and easy to work with.

The project was to organize and downsize materials that have been kept for 30 years. Ultimately what remains will be moved to California. The manager of the Leonia Extra Space building, Ken,was unbelievably helpful.

Nelson and Ken were very professional and helpful to show me multiple spaces that I reserved online. I thought that it would be like before renting an apartment, I would need to make different unit reservations to see where these units are located with factors like lighting, location to the car or elevator. As it turned out, the online reservation to see storage spaces is different than finding an apartment. The facility gets penalized by the company and upper management for not close the sale with each reservations made online. I am sorry that I did not know that is the situation with storage and caused trouble for Nelson and Ken. I hope that their district manager understands that it’s not their fault but my misunderstanding about the online reservations.Nelson was very considerate about my storage need and Ken was an angel to share a story about how he saved a woman, who became his customer from a house fire. I would trust these gentlemen to protect my belongings in the storage units. Highly recommend this facility for their wonderful service.
