I purchased an iPhone car charger from this location. The curly cord was something I really liked. The cord was defective so I went to exchange it over 8 months ago. Every time I go in, they say it’s on order. Today I stopped in and I was the only person there. The clerk says they can’t order one and I could drive to other locations to get one. First of all it’s this location that I was told to get it exchanged. VERY ….. could care LESS about my issue. I also wanted to pay off my phone and get it off my bill. It’s due to pay tonight, so I wanted to pay the balance less what would be paid on auto pay. Well he says it’s either ALL or NONE.Sorry I walked out! I’ve had AT&T since the first bag phone. Ennis deserves better and a store that has service. You have to walk outside to even get your phone to connect.Sorry, this store needs help.10/5/21
The guys were very helpful, and really willing to go the extra step for me. But not happy that I had to buy a new adapter just to charge my phone. Buy this new phone you wont be able to charge it in you vehicle as past charger cords you could. Another way to get $20. More out of you.
Only one employee in the store helping everyone. Couldn’t get a phone. I sat there for 45 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. I Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. I guess att doesn’t want my money. Now I see why your stock price sucks as well.
Everyone in the Ennis store does an amazing job. Definitely reaching out to my friends about the deals they have going on.
Worst customer service ever will not return to this location again. I do not recommend doing business with this location, cannot believe att would hire people with zero customer service. No manager on duty either. She told me if you want the manager you can drive to Dallas to go talk to him.. unbelievable

Really happy with customer service from Kristy. It’s my 2nd visit to this store and during first one just to get a new connection one of the representatives misguided me. Today when my account was completely messed up and getting charged extra kristy helped my very calmly and smartly. She’s a true example of impressive costumer service. If the store owner/manager ever read this comment, I kindly suggest to promote and appreciate such employees.

Kevin D. Screwed up my plan when I activated my new phone. He added to cell plans to all my lines. My bill totally messed up big time. he was no help whatsoever as he pushed the blame onto someone else. Stay away from Ennis ATT.
Have been waiting 30 minutes currently. Still waiting. Took 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. They have one person working up front. Can easily hear other people in the back laughing/chitchatting. Someone else walked in and was served before me. Manager keeps coming to the front to talk to employees while he is trying to help ustomers.
The store rep’s attention was divided between me and a conference call that was on speaker. I had to listen to all this while trying to tell the store rep what I needed. The store rep became frustrated trying to help me and listen to the call at the same time. She did ask for permission to to leave the call because of a customer but was denied. I stepped back and sat down for a few minutes but it became apparent this call wasn’t gonna end anytime soon. Evidently that lady on the other end of the call just loves to hear herself talk. She was going on and on and on. Just about drove me nuts. I felt like whoever was in charge of that conference call had no respect for the customer.

I went in to get help transferring my phone. I had great customer service, by a gentleman named Michael. This kid went far and beyond the call of duty, I asked him if he could save my mothers voicemail, who has been gone for over a year and I miss her dearly. He said sure no problem this meant a great deal to me I couldn’t help but tear up and cry. Micheal rocks!! He deserves the highest reward!! I really hope his supervisor and store manager recognizes him for outstanding customer service.

Would be nice if the owner would address the down sides in here too. I see you do not. I guess you have enough satisfied customers paying your bills while our requests to speak to the Ennis store Supervisor about our discrepancies get avoided. Would like to know who I can speak to other than this one store supervisor. Have been dealing with this issue for three months now. Was told we would be reimbursed and have not. So if anyone knows who I can speak to, Id surely like some info.
Joshua and Morgan were outstanding today. I went in to use my ATT trade-in card, but the system would not process my credit. Joshua and Morgan called customer service and had to hassle with them for over 30 minutes to finally get someone to process my bill credit. They are an awesome team!
Juan was very helpful when we came in to get our new screen protectors out on all our phones. I couldnt have asked for better service. We were greeted when we came in and he was very helpful when we had our phones worked on.
Had a last minute personal emergency that required assitance with my phone and cell plan. The associates Morgan, Christina, and Josh went above and beyond to provide me with wonderful service, information, and help in all aspects. All 3 were superb team members and made a hectic situation efficient and easy!
All the members there were really helpful and super friendly I was helped by Claudia, Dominique, and Micheal . Once we were attended everything was pretty fast . They were super busy but got us out of their as soon as possible with a great deal on my case and phone .

Bought new phones on 9/4/19 at the Kaufman store and was told after that the internet was down so they couldn’t switch our stuff over...so annoying.So drove over to the Ennis store to see if we could get help.In the 15 years I have been with at&t I have never had better customer service than I did that day.Christina.. waited on us. That girl took care of three customers at one time, plus answering the phone and never skipped a beat or got frustrated. She was friendly and smiled the whole time.. She really knows her stuff.It was like having a good friend wait on you.We need more people like her in customer service.
We visited the store today to get an upgrade on my daughters phone. Everyone was helpful and took great care of us as always. Love doing business with AT&T and Ennis.
I had a problem with transferring data from a very old iPhone to a new one purchased from another AT&T store, and Juan went totally above and beyond to help me with transferring the data. I was blown away by how helpful he and some of his co-workers were, especially when the old phone did not come from AT&T. I am truly thankful.

I love that they don’t treat you like a second class citizen if you’re not there to buy. I went to Waxahachie and they were rude and unhelpful and wouldn’t fix the problem they created! Ennis did help me fix the problem. I will be going here from now on.

Got what we came for but not only did we have to wait awhile but the salesman took a customer that just walked through the door ignoring us. We had been waiting over 15mins while both salespeople waited on a customer before the new one walked in. Thats when the salesman rushed over to the new people. The people working in the store had already been told we wanted a new phone. An hour later and I almost passed out by the time we were taken care of. Shame on you ATT.

This is the best experience Ive every had at an ATT store! After a very unpleasant experience at the Cedar Hill store, I had gone to the one in Midlothian. They were great - very helpful - but didnt have what I wanted. Without my even asking, they called the Ennis store and found that they did, so I went there. Crysteena waited on me and she was fabulous. Happy and upbeat and eager to help any way she could. She talked about how much she loved working there, but even if she hadnt said it, it was obvious - - she enjoys her job and wants to do the very best she can for her company. Thank you Crysteena! They should give you a raise!
