Charlie and the team is amazing. The price was great, the painting was A plus and they had car done early. I actually had two cars there, driveway accident. Both look like new and both were very reasonably priced to fix.

I got into a car accident and busted the headlight and dented the side pretty bad, most shops said it was impossible too replace the headlight and unbend but Maaco did it for me easy! Super reliable and a good business, they even washed my car after!

I’ve had my car in 4 times now. If you’re looking for a fast and cheaper option this is the place. DO NOT EXPECT PERFECTION. Seems they cut a lot of corners and don’t do things perfectly. Expect blemishes, marks under paint, improper taping and bad cleanup !This is all from an honest experience with this company, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. If you love your car, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE,YOU WILL REGRET THE WASTE OF MONEY. They simply don’t care about you or your vehicle.

Horrible quality, no prep work was done, bad runs in the paint, material under the paint, pin holes everywhere. I took it back to have it fixed and they marked it with a paint marker (circling the worst spot) made a million excuses, started yelling as soon as I said the word refund and proceeded to kick me out and refused to fix it. Took it home and started wiping off the paint marker and it left a permanent hazed green half circle just to add insult to injury. These people take no pride in their work and once they get your money they are done with you.

The person I talked to on the phone was very condescending, so much, that I’m putting this here. They won’t be getting my business.

We had a small dent in the trunk deck of our Optima. It began to rust and was like a big pimple. I took it into Maaco where Charlie gave me a reasonable estimate.I waited sometime and went to Old Dominion just to see what they would charge. It was 3 times what Maaco estimated!I took the car into Maaco on a Monday morning and picked it up Wednesday. They did an awesome job! Truly!Not only that, Charlie and Mike who are the public faces for this business are genuinely friendly and customer oriented. Great experience!

I took my daughters car in to be repaired and painted, I was given the price ($1200.00) and scheduled an appointment. They waited to take her car apart and then called me and stated it was now going to cost me over 2000.00 dollars to repair other damage that they could plainly see when they gave me the first quote. They also broke her car door and did not tell us!When I picked up the car I noticed the broken door and asked them about it, I was cussed out and yelled at by one of there employees. Maaco can not be trusted, they lie and wait to get your car In before changing the price.

I wanted to leave these guys more stars. The work they did on my car was amazing after a rear end accident and they were very helpful cost wise. Other than the fact that the cords in my trunk wont stay in place it looked good as new.However i forgot my sons 3DS was in the glove box when I dropped my car off and when I got my car back it was missing. They seal at this shop and that extremely unprofessional and means someone went through my car.

Body work turned out good. Second time fleet management sent me to this location. Quality of work looks good. My only complaint is it seems they sanded body filler with the window down and i have a coating all over interior. Been sneezing since ive picked up.

These guys are nothing but crooks. Mike, Jack, and the owner/manager (dont remember his name). The three of them had a little scam they were trying to run with extra charges after I dropped it off, double clear coat costs, and a timeline they had no intention on keeping. Its just to get your vehicle in the door, then they start with the gouging. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.To start- I made an appointment for a couple weeks out to get my truck painted, but when I dropped it off they ended up sitting on it for over another week. On top of that, when I went by to get something out of the cab I found that they had pulled my windshield and were letting my truck sit in the yard for who knows how many days/nights without it. Meaning it was wet and dirty which is BS. Mike then lied saying they had moved it out at 5am. Only problem, it had morning dew in the cab that falls overnight, and I was there 10 minutes after they opened and no one had even started working yet. Im pretty sure they only pulled the windshield to make it a little more difficult for me the customer to leave with my truck seeing as they were just sitting on it.As far as the prices, they hiked the cost after they had my truck. Fat Jack had added light scratch and chip repair and universal sealer to the quote for $99.95 bucks each even though it was in for a complete paint jop. Then at some point mike added a second clear coat to the coast calling it a full clear coat at $299.95. Those four charges alone come close to an extra $500 dollars (see uploaded picture) When I went in to confront them about all this mike lied even more about everything, and was backed by the owner who was right there listening to everything three feet away. All in all, I ended up pulling my truck back in pieces. Im now at another shop in town that is honest, uses better materials, has a better painter, and all at a comparable price.Bottom line- these guys are used car salesmen selling paint and body work.

I scheduled an appointment to show up and sit in their waiting room for a half hour. No one spoke to me and after 30 min after I was supposed to talk to someone about a quote for the appointment I scheduled in advance. I left. Find a local shop screw maaco. And it only gets one star because thats as low as it goes I would give negitave if I could

These guys paint the taxis for the company I work for. They have good prices & a quick turn around time.

Terrible paint jobs. Terrible body work. when I got my car back I had paint on my carpet, roof, and steering wheel. Paid extra to have the jambs and hatch painted, yet claimed hatch wasnt included in the extra cost. Paint started chipping after 18 months, and the dent they fixed re-appeared after 4 months. Screw Maaco.

The more i look at my new paint job the better it looks...Thanx charlie camaro looks great! Tho off to a slow start quick to the draw charlie made it all worth it by offering a dent to be fixed that recompensed the money i was out in gas paying workers to get me to work. Charlie really has good customer relations and seemed to know how to resolve the situation with lightning fast speed.. i have since erased a poor review of 1 star only to replace it with a 4 star. Only reason u not getting a 5 star is u have to be jesus....anyhow it all worked out and thanx for bringing my car back to life and being ever so fair with me...Dwight
